The level of care and knowledge is second to none. They go the extra mile and appreciate the work. I am so pleased they do all the work on all my cars and more. M&M Motors International cares about 1 thing and 1 thing only, getting your car FULLY REPAIRED in 1 shot so you only have to come back for regular maintenance, even the maintenance is performed so in depth they even cover the inspection on your cabin air filter and diligently clean every crevice of your engine bay, I will never need another mechanic as long as they stay open

I went there today because of a bad rattle in the motor turns out that it needs a water pump and lucky for me I went straight there after a doctors appointment to find out that anymore driving would of ended up being broke down on the road in the winter they immediately gave me a loaner car & for me to leave my car there to be repaired which was incredible knowing there were very short handed because of the Covid only 2 were working on a list of cars that needed to be tended to. So I praise them for being thoughtful & caring about there customers, they are the only place I will take my car to & I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years.

I waited for some repairs in the shop longer than I expected and was admittedly quite frustrated. Turns out the Audi labor estimate was incorrect for the work. Not only were Adam and his team professional, they did not charge me for the extra labor and my car was spotless when I picked it up. Bought my Jeep wrangler from M&M back in July. Since then I have come back for routine maintenance and some minor repairs. M&M has been honest (which is a big plus for me, no shady deals or questionable charges) The Jeep was purchased at a fair price and the repairs have been quick, thorough, and fair priced as well. I would recommend them both as a dealer and for mechanic work.

My family had bought a few cars from them and they repaired my 08 srx. Very happy with the service and their communication. I will only have them work on my vehicles not only because I trust them but they show you how a part failed and why it needed to be replaced. Looking forward to purchasing another vehicle with them.

I am 57 years old, Ive delt with BMW & Many other dealerships over the 41 years Ive been driving. M&M Moters is Bar-None the Best Experience of Service & Mechanics Ive ever known . Ive been coming here for 6 years and wouldnt think of going anywhere else.!!! They treat you as if youre part of their family .

Overall, i was happy with the customer service. A old friend referred me to them. My car was in bad shape when they got it and told them to see if they can diagnose and fix all the issues they can find. A few thousand dollars later I still got the car back in a generally poor shape. While they did the best they could, they missed a good portion of things wrong and made silly mistakes.Overall if your car is generic or you own a European import I would say they do a good job, but I dont recommend sending your car their if its Japanese or heavily modified. I was going to bring back my pickup truck to get lifted but I opted out of making that decision later.Customer service : 8 out of 10Diagnosis : 3 out of 10Price for services performed: 5 out of 10Quality of work performed 7 out of 10For a local shop in that area I wouldnt reccommend them for complex diag skills or for them to find a variety of issues on cars that are not European or well known domestic. But they do good work, its just very expensive.Any issues I have now were not their fault. But over all they deserve 3 out of 5 starsMy car isnt a easy car to work on and I knew that going in it wasnt going to be cheap, I just felt that a few things were later deemed unessisary but Ill admit at the time I agreed to the services so that was my fault. I just kind f expected more. They were willing to work with me on a lot of things. They arent miracle workers but but are okay .
