They arent what they claim to be.example;they arent proficient in top cars on electrical issues.not a real honest company.they will waist your time.had to get car from this company and took it to another shop.the parasitic drain was discovered and fixed in two days.i had my car first at branch electric for two weeks with no work done .

Hours of operation not convient.

On June 6, 2020, about 4pm, a male answered the phone as I requested to make an appointment and then he rudely hung up in my face after telling me he was busy with other customers. I kindly asked that he call me back since I had been calling for days with no answer and was pleased that I had finally gotten someone on the line. He then became aggressive and yelled CALL BACK! Then slammed the phone in my ear. Sadly, I was a returning customer eventhough they didnt fix my first vehicle. I was giving them a second chance to maybe diagnose my second car but was met with a rude and unprofessional male call taker. SMH...And they have the nerve to charge over $100.00 just to halfway look at your vehicle, not fix it or figure out the problem then speak to you like trash on top of it all. Terrible treatment toward customers...

Chris is very knowledgeable and affable and provided me an estimate for a service that i was taking my precious time getting performed because it was costly and i wanted it done right & in a timely manner. I returned 7/19/18 and Chris took care of me. I was hesitant because of some of these reviews, however, this shop was highly recommended to me by several people and I decided to stop procrastinating and get my car serviced. I am extremely satisfied and returned for an oil change the very next day. I may have found a new shop. If u are hestitant , dont be.

I would not recommend anyone take their car here, they had my vehicle over four days, never gave me an estimate and only started working on the vehicle because I came to the shop and waited. Charged me an outrageous price and after getting the vehicle home two items where taken out of my vehicle. Major lesson learned.

I have been taking my kids here for years. Great park and great for bbq with family and friends.

They really do not deserve one star. WARNING!!! WARNING!!! WARNING to all who may be inquiring their services. To make a long story short, I bought my vehicle to this shop because 2 windows would not roll up and my sunroof would get stuck at times. They kept my vehicle there for two and a half days and still hadnt diagnosed the issue. When I called to inquire about my car which I had to do multiple times, they would say your car will be ready at this or that time. Then when I would call they would say they havent even gotten to the car yet. Then when I called stating that I needed my car, the rude secretary, Louise, stated that Mike (the alleged manager) will call me back in 10 minutes. Well, he called me in about 25 minutes stating that there were no electrical issues and both windows needed a window regulator. So basically he did a rushed, incomplete diagnostic in 20 mins. and only checked one door. He priced 2 window regulators for about $1000.00. Mike also stated that he could not speak about the sunroof and continued to say, Honestly I didnt even look at it. I went on and paid the diagnostic fee of $103.13 for him to diagnosis only one of my doors and totally ignore the other problems I mentioned to him. He wrote for the diagnostic test basically the same information I came there with. So I left still not knowing what was wrong with my windows.Also, when I looked at the paperwork, he had the wrong doors listed that needed to be fixed. When I brought this to his attention, he then stated that he wasnt sure what doors needed to be fixed. So, I am out of $103.13 and still dont know the issues. Also, when I made it back home, I discovered that Mike had not put the door back together. Cords and the window levers were hanging out the door. So, I had to make another trip to the shop for them to put it back together, which was another 45 min. wait. AND TO TOP IT OFF, while Mike was driving my car into the garage, he was smoking cigarettes in my car! Before I got in my car I had to turn the air on for at least 5 mins. to get the cigarette smoke residue out. Please save yourself money, frustration, and time by not patronizing these rip-off folks.

I have a 2007 Impala and its aging. Ive been here a few times after dealing with some terrible service elsewhere. I explained my issues and each and every time, Ive never had a problem. The service is of quality and you can tell that these guys believe in their work.

I had to keep calling about my husbands car. The price they wanted for a test was crazy high. Then they broke the compatrment box. Now the car is overheating and was not doing that before we brought it in. Dont take your car here!!!!!!.

Service was sub-par and customer service was abysmal. Worst service I ever received from any industry. Here 2 hours for a 15 minute service.The best part is the pungent black & mild smell they left in my car.

Make sure you get a 2nd opinion. They quoted me $2200 for a PCM computer. I took it down the street and got it reevaluated and he told me it wasnt the computer and fixed the REAL issue for $850. How mad would I have been had I paid $2200 to correct the WRONG issue? The car has been riding smoothly with my $850 repair buyer BEWARE no bull$hit
