Hands down best experience I have ever had at a mechanic. Great team all around- didnt charge me on initial check-up no one else does that. I would reccomend Guaranty to anybody looking for an honest and fair business.

Once again, these folks have proven to be quite worth my while. I brought my friends car in because there was a fast-leaking rear right tire. Turns out there was a nail in it. So they patched it. It was ready to go the same day, but I was out doing errands and elected to pick it up the next day. Later, they noticed it was flat again and recognized a valve leak. Which they also fixed. These guys are timely and dedicated. The lady who works the front is friendly, and has a sharp memory.

If your young or ignorant to cars beware. They will, especially the owner take advantage of your ignorance for financial gains, I guarantee it

Brought my car in for body work after an accident. Front desk was helpful and knowledgeable. Kept me updated and was able to communicate everything that was going on between them and the insurance company. On top of it all, they cleaned and detailed the interior of my car. Truly 10/10 service

Im very happy with this shop..my Subaru was sitting for 5 weeks in another shop awaiting to be repaired.. I sent my car to this shop and they fix my car in 2 days. Then I sent my chevy Suburban and they did a great job.. Im now a life time customer of Guaranty Auto... Great customer service..

I was involed in an accident mind you im 8 months pregnant the other vehicle involvrd took off my navigator was towed by them after getting out of the hospital i went to check on my truck and to inform them i cannot pick it up till thursday that eas fine they gave a price of 249.50,i called them back to get a price to fix the parts that got broke which was the tie rod and i needed a paint job i was told they do the work but dont have time to fix my truck or paint it the guy i spoke to was very rude and i would never reccommend this shop to anyone who lives outside of Clinton ma.
