I had never been into this store, but being intimidated by Home Depot, I decided to check out Sherman Williams. I am so happy I did!! The customer service was awesome and I was helped right away!! I seriously dont know anything about paint but the associate walked me through the options. It really felt like i was at a mom & pop store. : )

This is a nice store and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, although friendly and always willing to help, we were led astray by a staff member when we went to select paint for our bathroom. Its our first bathroom remodel so we were a little unsure about finishes.With the help of the staff member, we settled on satin finish for walls and trims, and flat for the ceiling. The staff member told us we should use flat paint for the door since the trims are satin. That sounded a little strange to us, but weve never done this before so we gave him the benefit of the doubt. When we brought the paint home to our painters, they looked at us like we were crazy and told us the bathroom door should NOT have a flat finish because it will be difficult to clean (in hindsight that seems obvious, but were not professionals). So they used the trim paint on the door instead, and Im glad they did.Now for the trims, the staff member was adamant that we try their special trim paint because it has a nice sheen, I guess, that will stand out from the walls. So we agreed. Low and behold, after the paint job was finished, I noticed the trim and walls look exactly the same. When I took a look at the paint can after the paint job (completely my fault for checking after the fact; I shouldve looked at it in the store so I could have questioned it there, but we were in a rush), I noticed the finish says satin. So the walls are satin and the trims and door are satin. And as far as I can tell by looking at my bathroom, one satin doesnt stand out more than the other. So I feel jipped. I hope the special trim paint isnt a notable price difference from regular paint because I cant see a difference in quality or shine.Other than the above, the paint itself is beautiful. The bathroom looks great, but Im just not sure we were given the right guidance on finishes for the money we spent.

The color consultant came to our house and it was an awesome experience. She had asked ahead of time to send her pictures of our ideas. She listened and gave us suggestions. We could not have picked the colors we did if it wasn’t for her expertise. She was more excited than us! You can tell she enjoys what she does. It was definitely a colorful experience working with her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for some color!

One of my favorite things about Sherwin-Williams is that they keep a record of all my paint purchases in the computer so if I need to go back and get some more paint for a room I painted 5 years ago I can do that without any issues. Also the color match was spot-on that I used. And it wasnt even their original paint color.

Best paint. Tried behr, benjamin moore, valspar, etc. Emerald and duration have excellent coverage and durability. Recently tried their water based water proofing deck coating and could not be happier with the ease of application and coverage. Definitely will never use any other than sherwin paintUpdate on 10/2020: I cannot believe how well water still beads off the deck. We have never had any water proofer application last this long!

Reasonable prices and professional service

Solid location with great, helpful, skilled staff. They will match the color youre looking for far better than you would ever expect. If you know what you want you can get there, have a color matched, paint made, pay and out the door in under 15 minutes.

If the Manager is not taking care of the customers, the sales associates are. My first two times shopping there was a quick a painless process. They helped me out with pricing both times and even recommended with great detail why a certain paint was better than the other.

Bill was very personable and helpful in the store and Rebecca who came out to help pick paint colors was a great help.

A paint store. Went there because reviews said staff are helpful. However, no one even approached us to help. When I went to find staff, person was doing some clerical chores. Disappointing. Bought paint at another location with very helpful advice.

It was close to my home. There was plenty of parking outside the store. The salespeople were informed and helpful in leading me to choose the right paints for the room I was painting.
