HiWe used these guys and we are so happy with the install .Very professional..I was amazed how he used a laser on a tripod hooked up to a computer to measure ..When they came to install it wow ..All the cuts were perfit and you can choose where you like your veins cut on the slab before they cut it ..They were reasonably priced and very helpful..Thanks for making our kitchen beautiful..Thanks Again

I now see she wrote a defensive and personally accusatory response.There are many locations for choosing renovation projects in New Jersey - we are blessed with good, other options.My experience was disappointing and unprofessional. I was given misleading information over the phone only to realize that upon driving for 30 minutes for an appointment. Would not recommend this place for projects requiring professionalism or accountability.

Went there for kitchen countertop quote. Talked to the guy and i asked simple questions. He didnt really know how to answer but its fine.After i choose roughly 3 different materials, he said he will do the estimate. Meanwhile he answered a phone call and i had to wait as that customer was more important. However, no seats available for customers . While he was working on the price i had to stand from the side.At the end , he came with hand written price for only 1 of the materials i choose and i said ok anyway can i have a copy of this and he said: I CAN GIVE YOU COPY ONLY IF YOU SIGN THAT YOU AGREE ON OUR TERMS OF PAYMENT?What terms man, we are not making any agreement, i am not purchasing anything, i just need the quote so i can compare with other sellers. Simple as that. he said again, I NEED YOUR SIGUNATURE IN ORDER TO GIVE YOU COPY OF THE QUOTE.And nope, i dont care for your quote, price or how you work. making me sign for a quote tells everything .... from the very beginning you turn your customers away....2 STARS AS THEY NEVER ACTUALY GOT THE JOB DONE, AND THEY WONT GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT ACORDING TO THE OTHER REVIEWS

Ive heard so many amazing things bout this place, 2 of my girlfriends got their kitchen done here. Their showroom is closed due to the Covid19 but I was still able to reach their sales rep Kornelia, she was very helpful. I told her what I was interested in and she sent me some options in photos taken in their warehouse, I was able to pick a color from a picture and now Im waiting for my template. I cant wait to see the final product.

Great one-stop-shop. My wife and I came here looking for a specific quartz from Reliance. Turned out, these guys had it in stock and only charged us for what we used not by the slab like everybody else. Jocelyn our sales associate helped us choose an edge and sink and explained the order process thoroughly.At the time of templates, the technician brought out a laser to accurately - my wife and I were very impressed with the level of attentiveness and precision our project was receiving.Pricing was upfront, no hidden fees no extra charges. What you use is what you pay. We had 73 sq/ft and even recieved a free sink which saved us a lot of money opposed to going to our local plumbing supply.During the day of installation a crew of four men came who were very professional. They used drop clothes before putting their tools on the ground and quickly got to work as soon as the stone was unloaded. Any questions I had were thoroughly answered. The job site was cleaned after installation and I was allowed to inspect everything after inspection.I highly recommend this company and the product they deliver. I will definitely use them for my beach house in Surf City. Thanks for the great work guys!

My total experience with Granite Kitchen & Bath was excellent from the picking out of the granite to the completion of the job. We had granite kitchen counters installed 6 years ago and they still look brand new. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, the sink disconnected and fell on Sunday. Damian was contacted by our general contractor on Monday morning and he had a new sink installed that evening. Yes we had to pay as it was out of warranty, but Damian basically charged us his cost for the sink and the labor.The guys did an outstanding job and left the area as clean as they found it.I highly recommend Granite Kitchen and Bath for the quality of their products and outstanding customer service.

Added on extra fees upon completion. No credit cards accepted. Cracked the granite during installation. Had to call back 10 times till I got through to someone to schedule another visit to fix it. Granite is nice, but my overall experience will send me elsewhere next time.

Could not disagree with these negative reviews more. I had such a positive experience with this company. Their show room is clean and organized and their selection is beautiful. Adam, the owner, came out himself a day early to measure. As promised it took 5-7 business days cut and install. The girls in the office were super sweet every time I called or went in (even when I went in to change my selection). I seriously have not one complaint about this company. As home renovators, we look forward to work with them again.

We have had several jobs done by them and are extremely happy. The last kitchen we did the countertop and backsplash. It came out beautifully. Ana was very helpful at the store and our installers did a great job.

I had a great experience with Granite Kitchen and Bath replacing my Formica countertops with granite. They were able to schedule the removal of the old counter and template the new counters quickly. The new counters came in 5 days later. My only complaint is that they charged me a $300 fee for having less than 24 sq ft of counters (I had 22 sq ft). It just stinks that I get an extra charge because I have a small kitchen. Otherwise everything was great.

They welcome you with a great service and after a few minutes they were able to find me the perfect granite to match my floor and the cabinets I highly recommend for all my family and friends. ( shantel, Luis ) ask for those guys

I recently purchased kitchen granite countertop from Granite kitchen & bath.The company was excellent. My sales girl provided me with a quote in less than 10 minutes and guided me through the procedure of getting my counter. The selection of the granite was overwhelming, but my sales girl helped me narrow it down and choose some samples of granite for me to take home. My kitchen was measured the next day as promised in the window time provided by the company. I used certified payment as a deposit and got my granite in 7 days. The installation crew was very professional, and did a very good job. I get a lot of compliments from my friends and neighbors about the new counter tops I got.

Ordered a granite top at comparable prices. They came to measure but never advised me that I needed to have a plumber remove the sink and disconnect the water. They charged me $100.00 for visit and I had to escalate the issue to get this fee removed. The employee that came to measure the counter seemed annoyed at any question we asked.I paid cash for an expedited installation of 5-7 days although they originally estimated 2-3 days if I paid cash.Its day 8 and no call from them. I called them today for various times and a fax answered my call. I tried the number a few times to ensure I dialed it correctly. I just called again and finally got through after the telephone ring numerous times. I was rudely answered and then without notice transferred to someones voicemail. I now need to await a call back.Not impressed by the customer service.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! I went to GKB because they carried a specific stone my wife wanted. GKB ordered it for me and I paid up front and then some for the deposit. Understandable. Its special order. Template was done quickly and 90%+ of payment was made. The day before the installation I was contacted and told that what I wanted did not fit on one slab. I would need to put seems in my backsplashes or buy another slab for $2200. $2200 for backsplashes? Why are you calling me the day before the install with this information? This should have all been confirmed after the template and before the special order was placed. Adjustments were made which left me with one 3 backsplash in the master bathroom and none in the hallway bath. The installation was done incorrectly. I never received my doorway transition. The sink cut is 3/4 off of center. I left the directions, the faucets, and a pedestal sink in the powder room has the same fixtures to use as an example. They drilled the holes with a 4 spread and said that it was my fault because I said to do that (I said 4 OC). I said follow the directions and look at the other sink about 15 times, but that doesnt hold water with them. Regardless, any professional should have noticed something was wrong. The faucets barely fit. The handles hit the spout and there was no room for the trim. GKB wouldnt return my calls. Had to go to store multiple times to try to work it out. Damien begrudgingly agreed to fix it. Waited several weekswhile he searched for his discount. Removed existing counter and sink myself and brought to KGB to expedite the process. Told Damien that sink cut was not on center. 2nd counter was finally installed. Sink cutwas now 1-1/4 off center. Faucets were drilled correctly. I asked to keep the old slab so I could cut myself and get the backsplashes and doorway transition I originally ordered. Damien kept it and said he was reselling it. If I wanted it, I could buy it back. After all the headache and aggravation, this guy is going to profit from this. Speaks to the character of the company. There is so much more I can say about the poor quality and service of this company but, Google doesnt have enough characters. Paid top dollar. Didnt get what I want. Difficult and painful to deal with. Horrible communication. Your treated like the reference number your given when you walk in the door. Payment terms give them all the leverage and put you at their mercy. They do everything to get you to sign agreements and disclaimers, which is necessary in business, but an honest company would not need so much writing. Two tries and still done incorrectly. The company is not capable. I just want them as far away from my bathroom as possible. My project has been delayed for over 2 months. Went back to my referral who used them 3 times. GKB was removed from their vendor list. Ill do my best to make sure that others do the same. With so many options out there, there is no reason to go to this place. Better quality and service at your local gas station. The one star I gave is for Anna. She is the only bright spot in this mess. She was courteous and professional despite the circumstances. She went above and beyond to try to remediate the short comings of Damien and his colleagues. She does not fit in with this company profile.

This company is very professional from the beginning to the end. They did a great job installing my countertops and I would definitely reccomend them. The installers that came to my house were very nice people. They seemed to know what they were doing. I LOVE MY KITCHEN SO MUCH, THANK YOU TO ALL.
