Great little dessert spot for a hot summer day! We love to bring my little one, he always has a blast picking out his toppings!

Has gone downhill. Toppings were stale and the yogurt flavors tasted funny.

My favorite yogurt place around the area. Lots of topping selections; fruits, candy, and chocolate. Very nice seating outside too.

The yogurt was excellent !!! As were the different toppings. Self serve - covid-19 precautions taken. The place was spotless. The employee was super nice and helpful. Will definitely visit again !!!

This is a tough rating for me ... Prior to Covid-19 ...and even durring the peak of the pandemic, this place would have gotten 5 stars. The froyo is always delicious, with a good amount of topping selections priced on par if not better then other places. However...the past two visits we have had to simply walk out. The first time (roughly 2 months ago March-ish 2021) the place had a HORRIBLE smell thruout, making it impossible for me to even step foot inside. My husband and child went in...and immediately walked out as well. Today... we walked in to find a table with sanitizer and gloves with a sign explaining what to do in order to approach the self serve area. This place was already packed with ZERO social distancing being practiced... However as we were reading the sign, a family of 4 walked in behind us and crowded us and proceeded to move forward without sanitizing or gloving ....with absolutely zero intervention from staff. Between just overall not feeling safe in an overly packed small space, and them not having gloves that actually fit mine or my husbands hands ... We decided that we are just done here. As we walked out 2 people came out...and about 8 more walked in. The pandemic is still very much going on, and reguardless of anyones personal feelings towards it...it is in the best interest of an establishment to ensure that each of their guests feel as safe as possible...and they failed terribly today. Perhaps we will try one more time in a month or so...but as of now ... We are done here.

The yogurt is very good. The place is a little bit to small so i recommend to take it to go. Service is great.

The ice cream is delicious and the fruits feel fresh but cashiers are a little rude, the one who help me looks like she dont want to be working there.

My first trip....on impulse....and Im happy that I did! They have eveything very organized and the staff handles the entire transaction.....fast process. The yogurt was delicious and the variety of toppings are great

Frozen yogurt is awesome. Staff was very helpful and great. They put your requested toppings on for you now but it was all good.

I love frozen yogurt. I come here because the one by my house closed down. They have good stuff but sometimes the yogurt gets a little freezer burnt, maybe they need to do rotate it or check the freshness I don’t know. Overall the frozen yogurt is really not bad. I will come here again. However I don’t like when the music is blasting loud though, it feels like I’m walking into a club which is a little ridiculous because this place should be suitable for everyone of all ages, such as the elderly and young children (who have sensitive ears) included.

It’s good but very pricey

Line was long but it moves pretty quick...brought my kids on a sunday evening....they extended hours from 8pm til 10pm closing daily...well thats what the sign says. They have a few associates inside that prepare the flavor you want and the toppings for you so there is no contact directly to the handles which was nice and calming during #covid-19.

I didnt mind waiting in the line outside as u know businesses have to adapt their service due to covid, but the line that seems not too long outside turned inside in some unventilated corridor with no AC. It was excremely hot inside and very crowded. Only two people were allowed inside the Cups place, but andt was like 20 people in hot narrow corridor waiting to get in. Just one girl was pouring the yogurt for everyone. They had a list of available flavors only at the of the corridor with about 10 flavors. They run out of some, including tart, and didnt cross them off the list, so I waited and struggled for nothing. I would not recommend going there until this pandemic is over and business is back to normal.

I would give it 5 stars except that the people work there are rude kind of and the start taking of the chairs water and toppings by 10:25 that’s 35 minutes before closing and I went back to ask for water she said no I took it away but they have one of the best tasty yogurt

Cups is located in between Allwood Road and Route 3 in Clifton in the shopping center It’s right next to Zinburger and across the street from city MD there’s a long line to get into the place and then once you get in because of COVID-19 you don’t get to do the frozen yogurt yourself which kind of stinks since that’s the whole point of a frozen yogurt place I went to a place in Princeton couple weeks ago And they made you put on gloves when you were assembling your fro yo and plus the store has a very weird decor

The frozen yogurt is excellent but the prices are too high. At first it seems like its a good idea to top off your yogurt with all your favorite toppings and then you realize it was a mistake when you go pay. I just recommend not to get too Happy when creating your frozen yogurt.

Upside is that the flavors are generally good, there are a variety of toppings and the store is clean. The downside is that the floor plain isnt laid out very well and on a busy night, the line can be long. They really should have considered using both sides of the store. Its annoying when you know what you want but have to stand behind packs of families with kids who are fooling around at the machines trying every flavor before they decide what they want. Its no better when they get to the toppings bar. Food for thought ...

Half of the flavors were not working. Employees didnt seem to where to much about it though. Definitely find another place for frozen desserts.

The product overall is great. Many flavor, tons of toppings, great music also. The staff is friendly BUT, everybody has their hair uncovered and in repeated occasions they were playing and fixing their hair near the toppings area. A little boy tripped over a FLOOR WET Sign and they werent even kind enough to ask if the boy was ok.They are way to over-staffed reason for which they are trying to keep everything so clean that theyll snatch the toppings spoon out of ones hand.

Why were they open ?! Like whyyyy ?! Just to make a pregnant woman crave things she can’t have ! At most and I mean AT MOST only 4 flavors were available ! The Eurotart flavor came out a purple color and everything else was watery! This is not the first time that I’ve come in and rarely any flavors available. PLEASE fix this or just close up shop !

Great frozen yogurt place, always packed during the summer. They have a hood aloid selection of flavors, with a few changing out every month. Plus they only have plenty of toppings, even fresh fruit!Pricing is fair, its by weight so its up to you to pace yourself if youre indulging on a budget. One of me and wifes favorites, open late!

I would have given this place a 5 star rating,but its small, which means they dont carry a lot of flavors,they also get large crowds and forget to refill the machines,which means at least 2 to 3 machines wont be working,and to top it off,the music level is at a deafening volume so you cant sit down and talk with anyone while your eating . The employees are young of course,but that shouldnt be an excuse for basic service,especially since its not a cheap place to get frozen yogurt. Ive been to other Cups stores which have better service. This one is just OK.

Horrible experience here due to COVID things have changed where they serve your yogurt instead of self serve the girl working tonight had the nastiest attitude and stank face possible Everytime you asked for a different flavor Or topping she rolled her eyes I’m very disappointed in the experience I just went through due to the fact you’re still paying for the oz in the yogurt and can’t get what you want without being looked at wrong , I work in the medical field and know how hard these times have been but if serving yogurt is stressful for you maybe you shouldn’t work here .

Usually pretty decent but tonight not great. Walked in and the place was empty, had a very bad scent throughout and a minimal selection of frozen yogurt as well as toppings.

It is the most human thing to make something as wonderful as icecream a little worse so we can have more of it. That being said this place is good

That place smells horrible I dont know if it always smells that bad but when I went there that wasnt even bearable I had to leave to who ever works there you deserve a rise and a medal your the true heros!

Ice cream is my favorite carb and Milk definitely delivered on theirs. Line out the door and roughly a 30 minute wait before I could get my hands on their Thai Iced Tea ice cream and an Everyday Sundae which features two ice cream flavors of your choice with peanuts, whipped cream and a cherry on top.

I was buy my ice cream and the staff pressured me to chose.

Come here to spend time with my grandkids. Is the perfect place to end the afternoon. They always give 2👍👍

Haven’t been here in over a year, went back 2 weeks ago and this place haven’t been changed. Less flavors to choose from and the ones are not that good. Parking is a hustle at this location.

This place is a DISGRACE!!! Its not the type of environment Ill take my children TOO! The workers there look more like they belong at HOOTERS! The whole staff were practically NAKED! Too much SKIN! The frozen yogurt were pretty much WATER DOWN! It wasnt much variety to choose from and the toppings seemed OUT DATED!!! They played inappropriate music with explicit content. Like what kind of family oriented place will play LIL WAYNE!!!!!!!!!! Like really? And dont get me started with the ipads! One of them had an open page of PORN!!!!!! I was so EMBARRASSED for my KIDS!!! Please do not take your family THERE!!!

Good location, good variety of flavors, fresh toppings. That says, many times the yogurt isnt frozen enough is a little melted coming out of the machine. Long lines at peak hours due to good location, but the line does move fast.

Basic place with lots to add on. Each time I have gone it is too loud, the small selection of frozen yogurt is confusing, and the staff is hit or miss. The staff does try it is just hit or miss if they can help you or not.

Delicious but a little bit pricey. Many of the flavors here absolutely delicious without doubt worth a try although I would avoid the EuroTart! Yes thats the name. I would call it a sour ice cream intentionally made so I believe you might want to try it as a challenge!core here is really cool I love the 60s vibe to the police and their seats inside to sit out. They also offer water so you dont get too thirsty after eating all the delicious yogurt!personal favorite is usually chocolate and chocolate peanut butter mix!Dont forget the toppings though. They have a multitude of topings to put on there as well as whipped cream and hot caramel!Just remember it is cost per pound so most people go more than they wanted to spend if theyre not careful.When you walk in they have little tiny sample cups which is great because as I said if I gone too much of that euro tart I would not have been pleased. LOLAnd dont forget to tip for great service.

The toping choices are okay, the yogurt options are okay, the flow/layout of this place is pretty bad, and the entire place smells like toilet bowl cleaner so thats a thing. Overall, would not recommend. There are many froyo spots in existence, and the large majority of them dont smell like toilet bowl cleaner.

Its so nice and clean here! The staff are friendly and its a large variety of yogurt toppings to choose. The yogurt is sooo tasty, I forgot I was eating yogurt. :)
