Very well thinking update. Nice place. Good quality products. The entire staff is very well trained and friendly.Great produce section, hot food, nice Deli, good fresh seafood section, the meat department is great and fresh too. They even have a birthday little section, flowers and cake.

Most of things I needed were there, pretty good on Hispanic products.

The store is very well organized, vegetables and fruits a huge variety and excellent quality.you can find wherever you are looking for. The staff very kind and helpful

We headed here because it was recommended to pick up anything in one hit for a long stay as the single best spot. It did not disappoint us when we visited several of the smaller grocery stores. From small electric appliances, kettles, rice cookers, toasters and fans, theres a wide range of choices! This grocery store has everything at a good price that you like!

The one in clifton, nj is absolutely great. I go there all the time to get my meats from the butcher in the back of the store. They are so fast, if there is a line, it disappears so fast and the tall guy is funny and entertaining while he works. The cashiers are also really fast and courteous, all of them are good but there are 2 that stand out for me because they are excellent. I love this particular store and honestly do recommend it to all my friends.

Before going to the store, I checked online to see hours of operation. Their website says Sundays by 9pm. It was 8:42pm when I arrived at the stores door, and it was closed already. I waited to see if someone could let me get in. The person who opens the door for another customer that was coming out said we are close. I told him I only need one item and its 845pm. First, he looked at me from head to toe (I was wearing a sports dress, but it was kind of cold, so I had pants on, who cares is Sunday night). He was rude, and his response was, I said we are closed. I told him, well, your website is misleading because it states you close at 9pm. He said, oh well, we close at 8:40pm; I understand, then you should update your website. He said, ok. I visit the store at least once a week for some food shopping; tonight, I only needed a jar of Nutella that I forgot to get earlier; they have a great variety of products, but their customer service sucks.

This market it’s ideal for a quick stop. It’s never busy with lines. You go in an out. They got prepared food. Produce it’s fresh and inside the market it’s clean

This is a great supermarket. They especially have a great fruits and vegetable selection. Both American and Latino products. They always seem to have everything I have on my list when I come here...-The only thing that I’ve noticed is that the prices have been slowly steadily increasing and that’s really bad for us, now that we really need help . That’s why I didn’t hit 5 stars.

They have a lot of variety of things however I wouldn’t buy meat here again. I went to the meat section and asked for a meat I wanted one of the guys there said it’s over there on the meat fridge and it wasn’t had it been there I wouldn’t go ask to get it from the actual meat department guess he was just too lazy to cut up the meat if that’s the case find another job. Also the chicken here bleeds tremendously even after countless amounts of cleaning it. Everything else is doable.

Shopping at the Botany Plaza one since they’ve first opened. The cashiers are professional and kind,they have a great amount of products just as shop rite and other supermarkets, the prices are good and just today tried out there freshly made hot food of rice & rotisserie chicken-definitely hit the spot! Last but not least their manager Leena... she’s extremely professional and courteous at what she’s doing there.

Please check how your workers talk to older people. It’s not okay for your workers to talk to them some type of way , our older people don’t comprehend things clearly and for the worker to talk to him some type of way in front of everybody was not okay . 💯

My friend and I went to this location for last minute cake, flowers, and balloons. The gentleman at the bakery counter was so courteous and assisted us in finding & writing Happy Bday on a cake and was prompt (wish I wouldve written down his name). BTW, the cake was delicious!! Sonia was amazing!!! She assisted us in finding candles and helped us with balloons. This was most appreciated due to the amount of time that we had to put everything together. Griseli at the register was also very nice. Great staff and customer service from all employees, is very hard to find but it is most appreciated. Thank you!!!!!!

So, I honestly believe the positive reviews for these people are FAKE... Almost every item here is over priced. Ive bought many items here that are OLD or SPOILED believe it or not even ice cream.... Im never going back here again.

Please be careful with the meat. I picked up a pack of chicken cutlet which smelled rotten! I brought it to the attention of someone in the meat dept..he said the meat was good just that juices from the meat was on the outside of the package which is why its smelly. Really? How gross! Im wont give that place another chance! Stay away from the meat!

Chicken was dry. Unable to penetrate with provided plastic wear. Eat with your fingers and a ton of water or preferably with a fork from home or the 1.49 42.2fl of ginger ale at the $1store across the street by Kmart.

Out of all the supermarkets that I go to this is by far the best place to get meat. Its always fresh always cut beautifully and always greatly priced. Ive had issues when it comes to stop and shop and ShopRite and Walmart with their meats either being old or repackaged but never had I had a problem here. I agree with other people that some of their other products are way overpriced but you got to keep in mind that this is a smaller type of supermarket its not really a full-blown National brand so their things are going to be a little overpriced.

Great place to quick shop, A little disorganized. Maybe because it’s new. Prices are actually good compared to the only two competitors around the zone.

The supermarket reminds me of Gala supermarkets near me. Not a huge Name brand selection. Some items are over priced. Well stocked. Good number of cash registers open. Language barrier; spanish speaking cashiers couldnt understand that a customer was asking what aisle is the soap in? I dont think Ill go back unless I am nearby or its an emergency.

Store packaged, diced, sliced and veggie medleys rival those at higher end markets at competitive prices! Very good fresh fruit platters. They also take orders for restaurants and food vendors. Free local delivery for purchases of $50 or more. Delivery is quick and driver is courteous. They have a substantial meat department as well as fresh seafood and a deli counter. There is a prepared hot food counter and seating to eat in, if you want.

Hands down the best Customer service i have had. Mananger is very helpful and accommodating, he will order a product if they dont already have it. Has dont it for me on three separate occasions, amd because of this i will continue to show here

Sorry to say that but last Friday i tried to buy New York strip stake which i usually buy there Some older guy was working there and i wanted to get one Guy gave me some really bad one I started to explain i want bigger but he didn’t speak english and he only said it is lastone by the way it was lot of them there.After words i took it with me and in the house big surprise smelly like sh...t I didn’t want to go back to a shame the store but u have to fix it It’s not a first time i also got smelly ground meat and baby pork ribs It’s scary sometimes to buy something there

They sell old products, be very careful with what you buy here. Ive called and complained multiple times after contracting food poisoning and losing a few days of work, management could care less. The final straw was old fish that smelled rotten. My photo was taken July 7th 2018.

This supermarket should be closed Ive tried Ive gone there one time I got ground chicken brought it home and cooked it that night when I opened it it was bad I called them they took care of it okay I gave him another chance I would another time I asked him a question got nothing but disrespect this last time was it for me I purchased hamburger rolls and it within 3 days they were moldy this place is overpriced and disgusting I will be sending these pictures to the board of health
