Very convenient location. Parking lot is tight and can be hard to find a spot during peak hours. Great selection of merchandise. I found a really cute framed piece of artwork on clearance for $10 that I love.

The ongoing pandemic has definitely taken a toll on a lot of businesses and public places since a consumer’s mindset to buy anything outside of essentials or to visit a public place like a park or beach, has crippled down significantly. Now by living with what has become the new normal, it is commendable on how these businesses and public places continue to remain open and cater to the general public by following the safety standards. It is now all the more important that we as customers, support these heroes during these dark hours to mankind.I’ve been to this store twice so far and did not experience any problem in finding what I needed and also while trying to return an item I had bought at a different BBB store in NY.The parking looks wide open though there are multiple different stores and restaurants that share the same parking, so finding a spot wasn’t difficult both the times.The store has easy access to walk through the aisles and look for what you need with different specialty sections. We purchased some pillows once and when we walked in to return a pan, the store associate did the refund in a jiffy and we were out of the store in no matter of time. Even when there was a long queue of customers, everyone wore a mask and followed the 6’ distancing and the checkout was very safe.

I ordered online and picked it up at customer service. They proceeded to shout my name through the store so someone would go to the back and get my order. I honestly felt like a slug under a foot.

Very poor customer service. I bought pillows from an online order made at a store and payed cash and came here to shop and get my money back on the online order because it was canceled due to stock outage. They called 100 managers and then the top manager said that the person the does these these kind of returns already left and we have to come back tomorrow. Then she said go back to the store you got it from.Also, on the same day I ordered pillows online from this store and the guy that took my order put the wrong address: he made a mistake between blvd and ave. The system gives him another address to select an he chose the other address. And now the store is closed because it’s late and I can’t edit or cancel the order. Smh

First of all I spend a lot of money at this location no but longer. Prices are extremely high and you can buy same products online even better. The manager is rude and customer service cashier a young guy is very unprofessional. He’s not only rude to customers he’s taking care of 2-3 customers at same time. Which is totally unprofessional service. This should be someone more experienced and know what their doing.

I understand staffing is short throughout retail due to what we are going through as a society. But there were absolutely no associates on the sales floor to help and only 2 cashiers on registers. Lines were literally wrapped through and around display aisles with nobody offering direction. Additionally, Frank, who I believe was a part of their management team was rude and seemed to not want to be there. I believe he was overwhelmed... shouldnt be in the business if he cant handle busy times.

They pulled my order asap but once I arrived and followed the curbside instructions, I sat for 25 minutes with no response and finally went in and had to wait another 15 minutes in line because they initially only had one customer service employee so I understood why it took so long.

Sold me a used vacuum cleaner. I paid 399.99+tax for a brand new Dyson vacuum cleaner at this particular Bed Bath and Beyond location. When I got home to unbox it, I noticed that the vacuum had already been used, it was missing the manual and warranty information booklet, as well as all of the brush accessories. On top of that, the dust chamber, and the bottom floor brush had very clear signs of use. I am going back tomorrow to seek an exchange for this inconvenience. If the Exchange goes well, I will delete this negative review, if they give me a hassle, then it stays.

I was extremely disappointed in the towel department. The selection I chose was not complete. I.E., there were no face cloths. There was only bath and hand towels. Also, I didnt feel they had a good selection.

Staff are always very helpful in what you are looking for. It made shopping quick and easy. Usually you go to some largest department stores and find staff hiding in between aisles to avoid customers, but Im glad it was different here!

Their curbside team was quick and courteous!

It didnt have everything I need.

I went to look for an air fryer and I wasnt sure wich one was better for me. This young gentleman Kevin he works there saw me confused with the different types of air fryers. He came to me and explain all the products. Very knowledgeable and excellent customer service. First time I feel welcome and satisfying with the service. I hope management realize how valuable is this employee Kevin. By the way I bought the air fryer best. Thanks Kevin. I love my air fryer.

Customer service could be better

I love bed, bath & beyond. Anything you can think of is there having to do with bed, bath and more! . ESPECIALLY kitchen stuff. But I love the fact that they have the AS SEEN ON TV items. Never disappointed when i shop there & i appreciate the coupons.

I went there on a Sunday and the shelves were bare. I had intentions of buying 2 items from their flyer and they didnt have either item...I ended up walkiing out empty handed and didnt buy anything....What a small store

I went to pick up gift registry, first gift rapping area is very small literally 2 work desks right next to each other on a wall, difficult to gift rap! They didnt have ribbons all the ribbon bins were empty and when I asked the customer service desk is there anymore ribbons they werent really interested to go take a look to see if they had any, she did check but they didnt have any ribbons. This isnt the first time Im at this location but if you ask me personnel at the customer service desk acts as they own the bed bath and beyond and their only job is to stay at that desk and look busy. Believe it or not they can be judgmental and makes the customer feels that. I hate it when people work at at place and makes the customer feel as their less important than any other customer who walks in there! This locations cashiers are great, friendly and courteous. I wish the customer service reps can at least do the half of that It would turn out to be a much better experience! Greeters at the door and people on the floor is courteous too. Customer service desk need to update their personnel!

For all the brides out there Im sure you know that Bed Bath & Beyond is definitely the way to go when it comes to a bridal registry! But I do just have to say that Gale from the Clifton, NJ store is without a doubt one of the most helpful person there - as she is the head of the bridal registry department. Not only was she great at easily reading you, what you like, your style, helping you coordinate, telling you what you generally need & quantities, etc., she also even helps with some outside information from venues to vacation spots! She made the whole day such a breeze. My fiancé & I enjoyed roaming the store picking out items for our future but Gale without a doubt made it even better! 5 out of 5 rated experience working with Gale today for my bridal registry, I highly recommend meeting with her!

I usually go to this location, because its the closest. The sections are a little tight to navigate around and item pricing is not always evident. Scanners would be helpful. Other than this, I usually find what I want and the employees are friendly and helpful.

I received THE WORST customer service at this store. Do yourself a favor and find another location to shop at.I went to buy a mattress protector, but when I tried to put it on my bed I realized it was not the size that was labeled on the package.After driving all the way back to the store, I spoke with manager Sam who told me that a previous customer probably switched the sizes and resealed the package. She told me that I could exchange it, but had to pay the same price since it was another customers fault, not theirs. I then had to walk through the store to find another one, since she wouldnt offer to help me.I suggested that cashiers double check the tags to make sure theyre in the correct package and prevent this problem from happening to someone else. She told me That would waste too much of our time. I asked her to check mine so I didnt spend another hour of my day driving back and forth. It took 5 seconds. Apparently 5 seconds of her time is more important than an hour of her customers time. On top of that, she never took responsibility for the issues going on in her own store.

This has long been my go to place for many items for my home. I must say I was very pleased with the help I received at the Paramus north store on my last visit. One employee spent quite a long time looking for an item for me, and then ordered it to be delivered to my home. Very professional help on a busy day.

I went to BBB to find a queen mattress pad. There were 3 associates standing by a bed displaythe young lady had spoken to me in passing a few rows back. The two guys never greeted or asked if I needed help they all were just standing there chatting. I found what I needed on my own used my coupons on the 4 items I purchased and exited.

Of all the stores in the area I feel like this specific branch is my go to because theyre so organized and keep everything well stocked. Their customer service department is the all time best! Staff werent super friendly, but great location!

I have been to several locations and the staff here is by far the most helpful. I also noticed products I did not see in Jersey city or Union such as an indoor garden for herbs or vegetables. This will be my go to location although it is not that close to home

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I waited in line for 15 minutes for customer service. No one acknowledged me and they seemed like they had a very lengthy return. One of the supervisors was helping the cashier and not once did she send someone to assist me. I waited. Finally after I couldn’t patiently wait anymore, I had to asked a sales person for someone who could assist me. It seems like they help the regular people they know. I will bring my service elsewhere next time.

I often shop at the store and find that employees are helpful. However, during my most recent visit on 7/9/17, a worker by the name of Ardius left me wondering what his job is. He had no product knowledge and did not provide assistance in accessing an item on the selling floor. I hope he receives the much needed training he needs.
