Randomly closed when it should be open. Worst UPS store in the area. Horrible service. They don’t answer the phone. Simply pick a different one—not worth rolling the dice—even if you have to drive a while.

This is brand new The UPS Store in Cleveland Convention Center in heart of downtown Cleveland offering full services mailboxes, shipping, printing and freight services. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They sell stamps and limited office supplies.

Asked for passport photo and cashier was very rude. They didn’t know the regulations and when I submitted my form, the photo they took was invalid. Charged me $15

If possible, I would give this store NEGATIVE stars. I dropped off a return package, and it never left the store! Beware...

Excellent customer service. You may have to park a little far away from the store, but once inside things tend to move quickly and the employees are ver courteous and polite.

They need a sign on the outside of building, almost passed it up. Other than that the employee was Very nice and helpful.

I go to drop off a package and the employee tells me there is a $1 drop off fee for UPS packages, but no fee for USPS. packages??????? So let me get this straight......someone thought it would be a good idea to charge a $1 drop off fee, knowing that almost all UPS stores have no drop off fee, knowing customers will frequently walk in with prepaid packages expecting to drop them them off quickly, or returns from amazon that stated there are no fees to drop off at a UPS store. What person in their right mind would even CONTEMPLATE this idea. No fee for USPS, but fee for UPS....youre a UPS store! Is this some type of social experiment? Please Please Please, whoever is responsible for this policy let me know so I can ask you about other ideas you have.

Im a local artist and I always come here to get prints of my artwork. The turn around is very quick and the quality is amazing for the price you pay. I would recommend any small businesses or entrepreneurs to come here for any design and printing needs, the workers here are a great help and will work with your to make your vision happen!

Walked alltge way to this store on my lunch break to be told there is a fee too drop off packages. The explanation for the added fee was “because we are not a conventional location”. Save your time and momey and find another location.

Came by at 7:35am and they werent open despite it being during their listed business hours which means Ill have to take more time out of my day to stop by again later and hope theyre open.

Charges $1 for drop offs. Only location I know of that does this.
