Im new to the industry and requested pricing. After much back and forth, I received pricing for something that I didnt ask for and had to continuously check in and ask questions. Pricing received was not informative, couldnt get samples, and when I tried to clarify I was snapped back at with an I already told you this response & then was responded to asking me to take my business elsewhere. Not helpful to new people.
