All the staff here are so friendly and helpful. Ross in sales is a great guy and made buying my new bike so simple. Cam in parts has helped me multiple times and has always been great to work with. Every time I walk in I’m greeted and welcomed in like a member of a community. It’s the best Harley Dealer I’ve ever worked with or shopped at!

Service is horrible. Paid 260.00 to have neck bearing adjustment. when all said and done took to south east and they readjusted for 50.00. the ONLY reason I went to R&R is they Said they could get right to it. They got right to it alright. Took two days. South East has always treated me right. NEVER AGAIN... when your gut tells you something is wrong, there is.

Nice people. Decent location. It was cool to sit on some brand new bikes and dream about having the money to buy one. Decent selection of used bikes, wish there were more to check out.

Wish I would have bought my bike a Western Reserve out in Mentor. Could say more but it feel like it’s to hard to explain. Buy a bike and have problems and can’t even get a call back. Everyone is always talking to a customer and a girl had to take your name and number, and they just never call you back. At least 3 times this has happened. Wasn’t like that when I was talking to them about buying a bike shoot they were calling me.

I just bought a new shrine edition harley at rock n roll. My salesman was Dee,my salesmanager was Nate Randall. I walked in,never having been there before and expected nothing. There was no pressure from anyone, I eventually settled on my shrine. I also traded in 2 bikes, a 21 goldwing and a victory. The trade in values were very fair and possibly the deciding factor in getting my new 21 harley. All the staff was extremely polite,patient and friendly. Dee,Nate,the finance guy and I negotiated for a bit and came up with a great deal. Ive purchased a number of new motorcycles, cars, and more. The experience I had at rock and roll was absolutely the best Ive ever had,very pleasant. I absolutely love my new harley, and strongly urge any one who wants a great experience to see Nate Randall!

I completely understand that a company can get very busy but i also believe that customer service is important. I dropped my Bike off at the dealership a few days ago but every time I call to check on the bike no one is available or they put me on hold and I get disconnected! I was given a number to text with questions but the lady either takes hours to text back or just doesnt respond at all. Unles you have time to go up to the shop with any questions or concerns, take ya bike some place better staffed and more appreciative and respectable of the customers.

Customer service is bad called 2 times on different days both times a lady said a service tech will call me back but no one ever called. Finally just went up there and they tried to charge me 50 dollars more for a fob that the other Harley dealers I talked to quoted me and told me would be final price. Sucks the closest dealer to me is the worst one

Was going to buy a 2021 street glide special. Got what I wanted for my trade. Everything going good. Told them I had to have a backrest for passenger. (Had one with me). Was suppose to be free. Saw a $600 charge for backrest on paper work. When questioned, salesman said he took it off. I asked why it was on paper work. No answer. Had a similar problem at another dealership they own. Was told I had to purchase a 3 year warranty.

Nice building, they have lots of bikes in stock- new and used. The sales staff seem nice and willing to help. I went in for some parts & actually had the parts I needed in stock, so that was a plus although the price is up there. Easy to get to from 71 or 480. And there is a little Bike Shop across the street for the metrics so thats nice.

Dee,in service at Rock and Roll Harley Davidson on 150th and Brookpark rd is the most awesome young lady I know. Dee, to me anytime I come to visit she always has time to say hows things going no matter whats shes doing.Thru some of the stress that we all have been thru she awesome. Purchased a 2021 Street Glide. The purchase process including trade-in was flawless. I also feel that I got a good deal. Although Harley will not budge on Retail Price, I was able to hold out and deal up more on my trade and got a set of nice 4.5 inch Rinehart Slip on exhaust pipes (installed) for a couple hundred less than I could have purchased them. (Sound Great!) Would use the dealership again in the future.

I didnt hear too many good things about them but all the critics were wrong. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable. The service was a bit pricey for the work I had done but thats to be expected when working with MC dealers or auto dealers.

I recently purchased a 2020 Lowrider S from this dealership. The salesman Dee who sold me my new bike helped me in my purchase, has followed through by calling me to see how everything is going. Excellent customer service! When I had a mechanical issue he and The service department personnel specifically Dee fixed the issue promptly under warranty. I highly recommend this dealership.

They never have anything in store you need.every time I go there for a part they never have it In stock . And they never answere the phone. They say they will call you back but never do.

The employees are there to help they are knowledgeable enough to answer almost any question you ask and they do not follow you around so you can pick something you like and if you have a question about it theyre are not too far away to answer.

I ordered a new oil cap for my bike It was supposed to be in a week ago When I called yesterday the girl told me it was in So I went up there after 2 hours they finally tell me that it never got delivered there.then after talking to a manager he hands me a food voucher for their food truck and said they would call me when it comes in. It is a nice place but the right hand doesnt seem to know what the left hand is doing and the manager seemed to have a bit of an attitude

This was by far the best bike buying experience in over 20 years!I have had a half dozens bikes over the years, bought them from a bunch of different dealerships and none have come close to the feeling here at Rock n Roll. This was my first time in. Immediately I was greeted by multiple sales people (not in a high pressure way, just each making sure I was covered on a day when there were a ton of customers there). Every other dealership I went to recently, I was ignored for long enough to walk out and Im fairly patient.I came in a bit unsure of what I was looking for, I wanted something fun and unique that wouldnt break my bank. They not only helped me zero in on what I was looking for, but they ensured I was out to meet a timeline I had that day. The team worked together so well that even when peoples prescheduled appointments came in, another staff member stepped seamlessly into the process. No one was too pushy nor too relaxed, the place ran like a machine and an example of what a bike dealership should be, a community. Im truly blown away and a lifetime customer!Once I found my bike they helped me dial in terms payments etc. without hardballing. It was the first time I have bought a bike and felt great about it.Overall incredible, kudos to all of the staff and management for making this the destination for Harleys in NEO!

These guys r a joke to order parts from been forever for floor boards that I had no idea it was back ordered when she said 1-2 weeks after a month waiting ! And a smoked windshield taking forever and can’t even talk to anybody on phone say they’ll call u back never hear a thing! This is crazy!

Good bike buying experience. No issue with sales, parts or management. The tour you go on at the store was a great marketing ploy and was fun. My poker hand sucked! Fast forward to the first oil change...the filter was on way too tight. Some one should show them what hand tight means. Sales, parts and management get 5 stars. Service gets 1 star.

I bought my first Harley here this year, after being turned off to other Harley dealers in the past for varying reasons. Zach, Adam and Julia are all fantastic, genuine people. It doesnt hurt that Harleys 2018 lineup is unmatched in terms of quality and design. I never thought Id see myself on a Harley, but its the best handling, best looking and overall best performing bike in its class, hands down.If youre considering buying a Harley, I cant think of another place to refer you to. I fully intend on coming here for a long time. Their service department is fantastic as well. If I were the owner of this place, Id be very pleased with the people that have been chosen to run it. Fantastic from top to bottom.

Well I took my bike in last week to get the lifters changed they were supposed to fix it by Thursday it is Saturday they have not touched my bike at all very displeased with the service department at Rock and Roll City Harley-Davidson. not even a phone call during an entire week to tell me that it was going to take longer to fix my bike your customer service really needs a lot of work very disappointed dissatisfied as a customer dispatified as a Harley owner

Company is not up to date with electronic or remote delivery process. Sales associates are to arrogant to assist with delivery of product. Company has archaic electronic signature process. Not a good purchase experience. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
