I have received the best care from this office, from diagnostic, hearing aid choices, and after fitting sessions. Their service is exceptional!!I have used other vendors over the years, but none had provided this level of expertise.Sometimes we tried to save a few dollars in other places, but we do not receive the attention and level of service Physician Hearing Center provides.Thank you Allison for your great attention to detail and caring. I recommend this office.

I just love Dr Brown and Alison Lipp if you need your hearing taken care of these are the people you want to do it. They have taken care of me since I was a teen. There staff is very friendly and accommodating also

I would recommend physician hearing centers to anyone I meet. The atmosphere is so welcoming as well as the positivity of the staff. They truly love what they do and it shows with the relationships they have with their patients. I also appreciated how serious they took covid and went above and beyond with taking the necessary precautions. They really made me feel safe and comfortable coming to the office.

Dr. Lauren Rollo is the best. I really working with her so much. I never realized the importance of having regularly scheduled audiology appointments just like the dentist or eye doctor. My new rechargeable Starkey hearing aids have given me so much more quality to my hearing. Love the Bluetooth feature that slows me to hear phone class or podcasts directly to my hearing aids .... amazing earbuds! ❤️

I have special and specific requests for setting up my hearing aids to adjust to different environments and she took the time to help me get those options on my hearing aids.

The doctor used high pressure to get us to sign right then. He said if we didn’t buy the hearing aids at that moment he would take the discount away. We walked out. A bogus experience

She cares about her patients and answer any questions you have, she goes above and beyond to make sure your comfortable with your hearing aids and finds the best alarm clock for you as well!! I moved here to Cleveland in 2016 and so happy i love my audiologists I will not go to anyone else!!

I have worn hearing aids for close to 45 years now and believe the difference between brands is small but the key differentiator are the Audiologist. That said Dr. Rollo is second to none! She listens and actually tries to accommodate the needs of her patients.Great experience!

Its often hard to face the inevitable reality of growing older and/or losing the full capacity of one of our senses. I have put it off for many years but then realized that I was not really hearing portions of what my kids, partner and colleagues were saying. I finally mustered the courage to seek help. I went to see Dr Brown and was asked to meet with their Audiologist; Dr Rollo. She was amazingly patient and understand of my years of procrastination and walked me through my specific issues. I was fitted for aids that worked well for me and offered multiple payments plans to fit my schedule. Today Im hearing things that I have not heard in years. If you have experienced hearing issues and feel you are ready... this is the place to start that journey. I know Im glad I finally did.

Great place and very thorough. I had done business with another ‘hearing’ center, paid a high price for the equipment with poor results. Sound was amplified but speech comprehension minimal. Dr. Alison Lipp did a far more thorough exam and is taking the time with me so that I have comprehension as well as acuity. My wife also appreciates this fact! Plus they give AARP discounts. All this makes aging more bearable 😉 UPDATE - still love this place. Why go anywhere else.

I was unhappy with my prior hearing aid supplier, even though they were cheaper. They certainly were not as professional as Dr.Lauren Rollo-Juchno, Au.D. She did an excellent job of fitting not 1 set, but 2 sets of hearing aids for me. 1 behind the ear, the other in ear canal. Physician Hearing Centers are also great with follow up, making sure I am happy with their preformance. Service is great! 👍

Providers are wonderful! Caring, patient and available! Trust them with my whole family!!
