Lack of customer service, follow-through, and unclear ordering on website:1. Their website is unclear which pickup date you are ordering. I ordered for what I thought was Saturday pickup that unknown to me was Wednesday - no email to confirm the actual pickup date.2. We arrived at location for order pickup, they didnt have any idea who we were based on name/phone number or order number, no computerized system to identify us.3. Finally our order was located in their fridge, 3 days old, and they discarded it. We ordered $60 / 5 days worth of food- so how is it old already?5. Company rep apologized for the inconvenience and promised to follow up with a phone call and incentive to order again/fix the issue - we havent heard from them in over 2 months.I wont be ordering from Elite Eating again. As other reviews have stated in the past, the online ordering system doesn’t properly identify or confirm the pickup date you might assume you’ve purchased.

Delicious and clean meals. Awesome if youre on a tight schedule or strict meal plan, but Elite also has tons of variety and really tasty food.

Best meal prep service in Cleveland. The food is delicious, healthy and can be delivered right to your doorstep. Plus, their staff is super friendly and easy to work with. Doesn’t get much better than that!

Where do I even begin? Elite Eating Cleveland helped me before I even set foot in Ohio.Some background information on me:I travel more than 60% of the time for work currently and am in the middle of prep for my first show. Working full-time, being in a different city nearly every week, and being in the middle of a cut is most definitely not ideal for prep, but a company like Elite Eating sure does make it a heck of a lot more feasible.I want to give a special thanks to Victor for getting back with me after operating hours, as I was in desperate need to have this done and they made it happen with little prior notice (poor planning on my part).The food is AMAZING...and thats an understatement. Super fresh veggies and high quality proteins? What more could I ask for? Did I mention the pricing was on par with all of the bigger companies? They even delivered to my hotel and had it in my fridge before I got off work👌🏼You have to give these people credit for what they do. Elite Eatig is by far the best company Ive worked with regarding meal prep. Thank you again!

Hooooooked! These meals are a lifesaver for this soon to be bride that is working away from home as a travel nurse. The food is seriously delishhhhh and really helping me stay on track. They have all the nutrition facts listed as well which helps me keep accurate track of my macros. The ingredients are fresh and everything lasts through the week tasting just as good on Monday as it does on Friday. It is now a part of my weekly meal prep. The team has also provided excellent customer service. The communication they provide is very timely and they are always so kind and helpful. I would 10/10 recommend them!

Ordered and had it delivered... the food was AMAZING!

Nothing mentions that you have to order at least six meals at a time and they deliver only on Wednesdays and Saturdays between 6 pm & 9 pm. You also can pick up on the same days, in Ohio City, between 3 pm & 5 pm. We received a gift certificate, which we will be unable to use, since we are senior citizens and six meals are WAY too many. I cant comment on the food.
