Great little gun shop. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The product selection is good, and they seem to have the best prices around on guns and ammunition. They also offer gunsmith and gun cleaning services in-house.

I can not tell enough people about how awesome this place is. The folks here are very personable, respectful, knowledgeable and are just plain old fashioned dedicated to customer satisfaction. Recently I had a problem with a firearm and this was the first place I thought of when I needed it sorted out. And they literally solved a major issue for me in less than 24 hours.

Todd is a fabulous wealth of knowledge about firearms (among other things) and provides a great shop environment, he’s always got some cool pieces in stock.I took a CCW class and it was fantastic—don’t waste your time at other CCW courses, you won’t get the level of depth of training you would with Todd. Other places will file in 30+ students at a time and you’ll only put a couple shots down range during your two hours at whatever range they choose with sub-par instruction. If you take a class at the Cleveland Armory you’ll get to go to a fabulous range in the Grays building downtown and get some very helpful personal instruction.I had a great time all day and was rapt the entire time because Todd carried the class, I know I came out a better shooter and feeling more confident about my abilities.It’s worth every penny, don’t waste your time elsewhere!!

All I have to say is hands down to the complete staff Jason and the owner ( I do so apologize I didnt get your name) and even the extra help we received from Andy and even the good looking dog behind the counter keeping the whole place safe! The guys there treated us with respect and explained everything to us in laymans terms so that we knew EVERYTHING we needed to know about our first firearm purchase! ***BEWARE*** I purchase a gun from them and had to do a 3 day background check. When I returned to pick up the gun I realized it was not the one I purchased. They tried to persuade me that I was mistaken but I know who I am and what type of guns I like and it was definitely not the one I purchased. I recognized that the one I bought was in the gun case at a higher price. I dont know what is going on but I do know that is very bad business!!!

Very professional crew that sell top quality products only. The big malinois daisy was a bit of talker but shes more of a barker than anything else it seems. Highly recommend them for price and quality along with the friendly joking atmosphere they create while also being highly knowledgeable about their products.

Hands down, this is the place to go when youre interested in a Firearm. Came to get one for the first time, Todd the owner took his time to give me the pros and cons and goes above and beyond to make sure you are confident with what you are looking for. Not open on the weekends, closes at 7 before some people get off work, so I will always go somewhere else, could at least open up on a saturday for the people who cant make it during the week.

I came in on short notice looking to get an AR15 upper receiver put together. He was able to squeeze me and and assemble my rifle for me in 30 minutes. He’s very knowledgeable and professional. On another note, he has a NUMBER of things in store that I would usually buy online (especially for rifle builds). Now that I know he has them, I’d much rather go to the store to purchase the products opposed to waiting for them to arrive in the mail. Daisy the dog is friendly as well!

Stopped in last week after realizing they were around the corner from my business. I found the staff incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I came to the extent of my technical knowledge with building my Glock and rather than continue to create headaches for myself I decided to stop into Cleveland Armory.Fantastic shop, wonderful selection of items from top to bottom.I was having pins, magazine catch, extended magazine drop, and a pearce +1 extension grip.Ran into some issues but those were on my side, Todd the owner, did his best to sand down the interior of the Pearce base, to no avail.Will definitely going back for services that are out of my depth.

I took my conceal carry course with these guys. The instructor, Larry, was excellent. I had hoped for more training on the legal aspects oc CC, but that was beyond the scope of the course. The range time was at the old arsenal in Cleveland which was cool.

The owner, Todd, treats people with respect and as an old friend. Im pretty new to firearms and the times Ive been here Todd has been very helpful and answered all questions. My last visit, I came in needing help install and time a muzzle brake I purchased online. I came in about 15 minutes to close and he tried installing the brake, but it was just not timing quite right. Instead of saying he couldnt help me, he stayed nearly an HOUR after close to custom fit a shim to my rifle and then time the muzzle brake correctly. Absolutely above and beyond! I will defenitely be back!

This review is from Ray Smosarski: I handed him a k98 mauser to put a new barrel on and provided him with the 2nd barrel. This was March 28 ,three weeks later I called to see if it was done and he said he was unable to do it because he did not have a head space gauge for 8mm. I had a field gauge for 8mm so I took it to him. Then I called about a month later and he said he couldnt do it because he didnt have a barrel vise but was trying to get one. Again, another month went by and I went to his store and talked to him and he stated he was having a machinist make him a barrel vise and would keep me informed. I did not hear from him and when i started to call there was no answer and the memory on his machine was full. Finally, I went to the store to get my rifle back and when he gave it to me it was completely disassembled. I took it home and will put it back together myself. He did not charge me. The date I picked it up was 8/16/18 the only reason I gave him one star was because the review wouldnt let me give him zero stars.
