India Grocers is right next door to Cuisine of India, which makes it easy to pick up groceries while Im waiting for a carryout order from Cuisine of India.India Grocers has incredibly fresh produce, many kinds of yogurt and dairy products..paneer cheese in different sizes. Many choices for frozen food items. The spice aisle is amazing as are all the choices of various seasoning mixes. If I remember to bring a cooler, I always pick up some mango ice and ice cream. The store is clean, well laid out and the employees are helpful.

This place is very awesome because one time I needed one thing for my “puja” and I forgot to took that when I was in store and it took me almost 45 minutes to reach there. I was last person at 8:15 even though store close at 8:00. When I get back at home I realized that I forgot that thing so I called store and told them these things and Owner said that he will put that thing outside of store at safe place. That he even said that don’t worry about payment whenever you come next time if you remember then pay or it’s fine. When got there they put that thing very safely. I really love that behavior of owner. He is just good. Thank you so much sir. Always appreciate your work 🙏🙏

There is a large array of Indian products, such as rice, frozen foods, fresh produce and spices! An employee helped me search for specific ingredients, he was nice and friendly, and knowledgeable about the items, and even recommended items that he personally uses. It was a nice store and a pleasant experience!

We love going here. They are very friendly and helpful. Great prices and love the atmosphere! Since Im not Indian, but half Asian, Im not familiar with the sweets they have by the register and always curious to try, Sheve sometimes let me taste a small piece...I usually end up buying some.

Hello,We are very old customers of indian grocers and I really love this place. In fact it’s the best place to buy Indian stuff but this time I am giving it just one star. I just want to let you know guys today I bought Indian chocolate pastry from your store and I found someone’s broken teeth in that. At first I thought it’s cherry but when I found it’s not soft, I washed it and saw it’s a broken teeth. I wish I would have taken picture before reviewing it here. I don’t know what’s wrong this time. I always buy these chocolate pastry but this happened for the first time. Please check.Thank you

After standing in line quite a while, had to wait for cashier to use his cell phone. After he rang up my 17 items, I discovered he charged me $2.49 on 8 items which were boldly marked $1.99. When cashier was informed about overcharging me, he continued to wait on another customer. Very likely that cashier intentionally overcharged me. Be on guard for disingenuous people.

Everything in this store is 3x the price than normal price at Indian Grocery store. I have already reported them to the state and I suggest more ppl do same.

It is a wonderful grocery store for Indian goods, Staff are very kind there.

We got Nescafe Coffee bottle. We saw tiny worms moving in the coffee bottle when we opened at home. We took the coffee bottle back same day and showed it to the owner. He said he doesnt see anything and refused to exchange or refund the product. Walked out leaving the coffee bottle at his counter and left.

Diwali offer its good... otherwise pricy and never ever buy coconuts from here. I got 6 and all 6 had fungus

It’s nice place to buy Asian groceryBut, they aren’t particularly honest.I called them before I came to the store to make sure they have what I want, and asked them to hold it for me, because my home is 25 miles away from the shop. They did not, in fact do that, because when I arrived, they said they didn’t have any, when, on the phone, they clearly said they did.

Best Indian grocer in the Cleveland area. Many other locations are slow and have long expired goods on the shelf. This is the one every Indian person I know shops at, even though its quite a drive for some of them.

Best place for fresh Indian Vegetables.Customer service is good. Plenty of fresh vegetables. Lot of groceries to choose from in Cleveland area.They also serve few fresh made Indian snacks which are delicious.Make sure to go there on a weekend as they usually have plenty of fresh groceries during the weekend.

The store is organized and it makes it very easy to find items. Even if you have trouble finding something the employees will always help you find it . This store has everything from ice cream to wheat. This place has good prices and good quality and I can find just about anything I might need. Its also right next to a bunch of restaurants and other stores.

This place is great. It has more product than the other stores in the area. They sell this lemongrass tea that I am addicted to. I can only seem to find it there. They sell really good samosas too. They have them behind the register.I would have given them five stars, except the organization is rather haphazard. If they got it a little more organized, I would give them another star.If you are coming there as a non-Indian person, like me, dont expect that all the employees will speak English. Im not faulting them for that. I just dont want people to get upset about it.

We decide it to take 3 boxes of sweets (not Peda as it was open) back and the Owner/Sales Person would not refund the money for all and just wanted to refund the one that had dead bug and kept giving attitude. He also carries expired product. Dont go here its just really bad. Even the store inside is dirty. Ive already reported this people or many people will get sick.

Busy place with a very good assortment of items

They sell expired foods and they will not take them out even after showing the expired items. Please be very very very careful with expiration date. These guys just want money and they have very arrogant helpers in the store. Just because you have all kinds of food it doesn’t mean that you can be arrogant, disrespectful and irresponsible.Next time i will add a pic of expired product and its relevant bill.

Our Go to Indian store. It is near to us from where we live and you would get almost all the Indian grocery stuff. They usually have fresh vegetables twice a week. The staff is generous and will take requests from you in case you need something that is not available. Most of the time they get it for you unless it is rejected by their supplier. Also, they get stuff that is usually required during festive season. The prices are competitive too. I recommend this store for all Indian grocery stuff.

No mask by staff and I dont believe they check whether they are sick. It is very crowded since most of the aisles are blocked by boxes. There is a high chance to contract the virus. Billing queue - No 6 ft distance is maintained and there is no sanitizer available at different points in the store. Also dals, pulses, dry fruits, poha, flours are more expensive than nearby Patel Brothers. Be careful with their billing. I wish there are other options in Cleveland to switch to other Indian grocery store.

Welcoming staff who are willing to go out of their way to help and answer questions. Produce is great quality, best prices on ginger and cilantro in town, wide selection of rice and flours. One of my favorite places to shop in CLE. Dont forget to grab a giant samosa from their hot case before you leave! $0.90 each and better than any restaurant in town :)

Best Indian grocery shop in Cleveland. You will get all the spices, vegetables and Indian snacks you are looking for. Even homemade chapathis at a reasonable rate. During Diwali they have a special sweets section. Lot of people shop here so things circulate quickly, so don’t have to worry about finding any expired items on the shelves.

The store is big with a variety of stuff available. All the products are marked with their price, which makes it easy to pick up. They had a large collection of fresh vegetables too. The staff was helpful. Overall a good experience. I am surely visit it again for my next grocery shopping. And you know what is the best thing, this store is just next to an Indian Restaurant.

Indian Grocery store from where we get all the possible items of daily needs like Vegetables, fruits, lentiles, spices ,Rice, wheat flour, Indian snacks and beverages,dairy products and sweets. We also get steel utensils, stuff related to different festivals & occasions. There are also offers and sale on Indian festivals, overall its a nice place to shop.

The guys running the store are not enforcing social distancing guidelines. People are not maintaining distance while waiting in line for billing. Too many people let inside the store.

Always crowded so you kinda need to know what youre looking for. Lots of hard to find indian vegetables and never out of fresh cilantro. Like the frozen shredded coconut and bought a jar of Rogan Josh sauce...cant wait to try it.

This place is wonderful. I came here not knowing Indian food, nor what to expect and was more than happy with the foods, and the employees. The foods were intsresting, for a good price and now that Ive eaten some, delicious. The employees offered help and gave me good service. Even the customers smiled just as I walked by them looking for new foods. Great experience, well worth it.

Be careful they sell expired products and also they charge you more. The staff is very rude. I stopped going there. They don’t know how to talk to the customer. Rude behavior. The workers are more rude than the cashiers.

Best Indian grocery in Cleveland area. Very huge selection of Indian stuff. You will always find fresh vegetables, fruits and dairy here. I am their customer since they were smaller shop with 2-3 folks running it. Now they are big. Satish and team is always helpful and do there very best to keep customers happy.
