Okay! Good selection. Clean attractive. Hooked on frozen organic fruit, often on sale. Organic almond milk, Nut Thins, variety of herbal teas, high quality fresh eggs--very helpful staff.

Food city us probably one of my favorite grocery stores to use. You even earn fuel bucks for what you by in the store witch you can use for 15 cents off of gas and on Wednesdays you can use 2 fuel bucks for 30 cents off a gallon.. It can really pay off to shop here

The manager last night was very unhelpful. I am a constant shopper there and using self checkout last night the machine did not register my phone number for the member discount. I was over charged by ALOT. I wait in line patiently for help and when it was my turn the sweet lady brought me to this shorter man up front by the money orders who rudely took my receipt and informed me “I will have to return and rearing your entire order “ with a smug smile and handed it back to me.like that would be the worlds biggest inconvenience for him although he was standing there at the front just waiting people.I didn’t pitch a fit I just took my receipt and left. It will be the last time I shop here. You would think with all the options there are they would try to keep their loyal customers.

The store is always pristine. The aisles are clutter-free, and customers can move their carts around expediently. The floors are always very clean. All items are cleanly stocked and are placed at a comfortable level as to not put pressure on ones spine. Their on-sale stock can save customers money. I recommend this store.

It was a nice grocery store. Never been to a Food City before so I had no prior expectations. It was a clean store. And all the front employees were all pitching in since like every other business in our country, they were short staffed so they were all going above and beyond their job descriptions. It was good to see.

Ordered a birthday cake a day ahead of time requesting the cake be enough for twelve people. Went to pick it up on the day scheduled and the cake was big enough for four people.I have 8 people at a party without a piece of cake. The bakery people dont follow directions at all .I will never order a cake there ever again!!!

They do offer alot of different groceries but the prices are kind of high if you dont have the food city value card.

Bought the fresh Snapper and grilled it, ....it was superb, white fish, not too strong, ..and cooked wonderful on the grill. My husband bought the puppy cake for our anniversary, ....icing was very creamy and chocolatey.. very nice, and the cake was moist ..and very decadent.. very clean and fresh food in this store.

I love all the discounts and free food I can get with my food city card. Everything is always at a good deal. Store is very welcoming and organized.

Always busy but good in stock and sanitized carts. I get scared at the checkout because of the weird way they do the checkout where they separate you from your cart and obviously if you have separation anxiety dont go here. But otherwise do go here. They also sell wine and mad dog 20/20 which is good for the anxiety.

I wish gas points didnt expire in 30 days its too hard to get them built up as it is without a 30-day limit

I work here, Im pretty sure my boss made a customer cry. Two stars because I found it humorous but that was truly something to witness.

As always just 2 cashiers had to stand in line bc everyone is not going to use the YOU SCAN bc we dont get paid to do your job that u get paid for.

Got a dinner plate last night (had to cool down before writing this). I ordered mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans and bbq. The green beans had stems in them, the gravy was on both the potatoes and the green beans and the bbq was the driest Ive every had.

Not good experience. Staff not helpful at all.

I dearly love this store. Honda of Cleveland uses them several times a month for food. Their deli always takes care of whether we are getting 100 pieces of chicken or just 3 lbs of coleslaw. Wonderfully friendly folks that go the extra mile for their customers. Today they even helped with my second buggy. Keep it up Food City.

Ok for a grocery store. Found a pack of peperoni that was literally green from spoilage. When I refered it and the others that were expired to a manager, he did not seem surprised and just said, yep, that one is past its prime. Made me question the rest of their stocks.

This place is such a huge step-up from your usual basic grocery store. They have a lot of things you cant find in wal mart or simple stores. The produce and meat is always fresh and they have countless options for everything else.

Employees are willing to help with anything regardless of what one may look like. Just great helpful, smiling, patient people. They do remember regular folks. They step up even before one has to ask for help. They smile saying everything is ok.

Good local store feels like a home town store

The selection isnt perfect but understandable considering the location. The staff are excellent for the most part. We liked Bi-Lo but Food City more so. Getting good gas prices is another big plus. I rarely give five stars, but it came close. Dietz and Watson meats are gonzo amazing. Sometimes the deli has some ripe items and that keeps away a dive star rating. Love this location!

Prices could be better and they were out of milk..... but its open late and in a good location.

It is without a doubt the worst Food City in the entire region. They should be ashamed to even put their name on it. Take the time to drive to the Ocoee crossing or to Ooltewah location. Its worth the extra few minutes.

Why does google say you’re open until 11pm?? If you are not going to be open until 11pm CHANGE THE TIME! Can you imagine if someone drove all the way there to find out you’re closed because your time online is not correct!!!! I’d be TICKED. Not very professional if you ask me.

I think they are a great store but I just cant afford their prices. The sales(bonus buys) dont even make it worth shopping there. The prices are not just a few cent more than other stores, they are significantly higher than other stores.
