Visited Great Cuts. I forgot the hairdressers name, but goes by T. Great attitude, service, great cut and advice on hair products. Amazing price. Will return there.

Decent little place, the have lots of comics, vinyl, video games and electronics. Trade most of it for cash or store credit. I gave only 4 stars because while I understand that they are trying to turn a profit their trade value is a bit low. My Fiancé traded in a few games and it was 90$ store credit vs $60 cash.

I love getting all my older games and newer games here. Way better then GameStop

Ive loved this place since the first time I ever visited one. I used to go to the one in Kent, now the steelyards. I remember the one on warrensville road, shows my age, I suppose, lol. Highly recommend

I love the exchange. However I cant say I am a fan of this location. I worked there for three weeks and I was slowly learning the process of the day to day duties. I was let go due to me misreading the schedule and I came into work at the wrong time. But honestly, I felt a very uneasy energy there when I worked. As if I made everyone uncomfortable or something. I havent worked customer service in years so I needed to warm up to answer the phones, finding items, etc. But it just seemed like everytime I had a question, I was annoying them. I ask a lot of questions, thats how some people learn. I made one mistake, due to my hectic college schedule and they dropped me. No warnings or write ups, they just can you. Honestly I think they just wanted me gone lol. But I will continue to support Exchange, but Im not crazy about this location. Also, the Inventory is awesome!

Place was booming and the associates were moving as fast as they can and it felt like I was only in there for like 5min it was awesome to see this and I truly will go back there for that great customer service

I am not a gamer, however, I took Super Ramon here and he was in heaven. I posted pictures of all the various game makes and editions for which they have games. [See Photos] If I were a gamer, this would be MY place. Along with games, theres VINYL. Remember the ads from the 70s? Vinyl is final!

Good place if you want to go and buy a game console. I bought one for myself for the very first time. The employees there are knowledgeable and very nice.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, answering any questions I had. The store was clean with a huge selection of various media and merchandise, including Blu-Ray, Funko Pop, action figures, vinyl, consoles, magnets, and other items. I liked going to the one on Coventry (Cleveland Heights), which is owned by the same family that owns this Steelyard location. Ive never had a bad experience when visiting. This is my new favorite store, especially since it is closer to home.

So we had a ton of movies to get rid of & the staff looked them over while we were shopping, took our # then let us know when they were ready, They gave us a call, we picked up the money & we were out! Very fast service! We will def be coming back! Thank u guys!

Cool place to find random nostalgic items

This place is pretty cool for the most part. There are deals but also some very overpriced merchandise. They are very picky on what they buy. They will however buy things that Gamestop will not. Most of the staff here are really cool and kinda of nerdy people, just what you need in a place like this. Overall a decent place to kill some time.

Just terrible. Never experienced service this awful and im not one to complain.First waiting to get an item from a case and staff walk by when its clear in waiting for assistance.15 mins later waiting to ring out behind the only cashier ringing someone up 2 staffmembers just standing there, but figured they couldnt ring out. Someone asks for a tv behind counter and staff member then rings them up. Literally 10 seconds later the other staff members tells someone not waiting in line ill cash u out at the end. Guess i was just waiting in the line to get a sun tan. Had to leave and not get a action figure i promised a kid, at that point willing to take the backlash from that instead of dealing with clear disrespect and incompetenceGet staff that look like they want to be there or understand customer service and working in retail. Was all females working when i experienced this. Only stating so its clear who commited the terrible service

Prices are a little steep, especially knowing how little they give for it and trade it. But that aside, the store is clean the staff is friendly and they have a decent selection.

I cant say enough great things about this Exchange location! Not only do they have great selection and prices on used games, movies, and collectibles, but they also have enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and helpful employees that make it an awesome shopping experience. My 4-year old daughter is super into Power Rangers, and the employees spent time with her showing her were the Power Rangers movies and toys were. Whenever I have friends visiting in town, I take them to the Exchange and theyre always happy we made the trip. I have a GameStop right by my house, but I always make the 20+ minute drive to go to this Exchange instead!

Great Exchange location. Its not the largest in their chain of locales, but it has a big selection of music. All of the employees were helpful and quick to find exactly what I was looking for.

Update: This location is currently closed permanently.Great selection of games, music, and misc stuff.And prices are on par with many online retailers, including Ebay.If you value supporting a smaller local business, this is a good one.Walking through this store is very much like walking through time.Trust me, Im a professional time traveler.Tip: Order a pizza at Dominoes next door and walk next door to here while you wait.

I love this place! They have vinyl, discs, and games from all systems. They have the newest stuff and tons of items that will bring back childhood memories. They have audio equipment as well.

Prices high they charged me 90 plus tax for a used skinny ps2 and online it was only 45 but they games are priced great and great service definitely recommend for games

This place is freaking awesome. If theres anything geek/pop culture related that you cant easily find in any other store around, this would be the first place Id recommend you look. Rows of old and new movies, video games, toys and figures, music (including vinyl), even comic books. The employees there are great and helpful (and actually seem like they like working there), and walking into this store is always an exercise of what cool, random thing did I miss last time I was here that Id sell a kidney to get?(though prices are pretty reasonable). Only real complaint is the locale; its not in a very convenient distance from my home, but cinsidering there now IS one I can get to by Uber or at least bus, Ill gladly take it!
