To many drivers park where ever they want. Dont like paying for parking but when I do I shouldnt have to get several trucks to move so I can leave in the morning. Pilot should monitor. Drivers should know better.

I came to the store at 5:45. All of the self serve registers were closed, which is fine but I couldnt get mad the cashier on duty to bother coming over to help me check out even after I requested service it still took him 2 minutes to help me out. He was too busy messing with the hot dogs. Im trying to get somewhere I got better stuff to do than stand around At the pilot because he cant be bothered

Friday July 23rd 2021 @ 0230 am. The driveway for trucks is a TWO WAY driveway. One lane in and one lane out. Truck drivers will park at night on the curb lane side of this driveway and now its a one-way. God help you if you are pulling doubles and you and another truck is exiting while you are entering!!! HOT MESS!!!!.

I like Pilot. The food behind theCounter is actually good like pizza, sandwiches breakfast and lunch, very big drink selection. And if it does not serve the hot food, they have a Subway attached. Good stuff with good restrooms.

Well kept😎 and easy to access from the interstate. This was a great place to stop on my mini trip from Ohio to Florida. It has many great places such as McDonalds, Subway and an amazing road trip drink selection.

Best Pilot ever. Even had good souvenirs, was well stocked and all the employees were friendly.

My brand new car got hit in the parking lot by a bobtail and they will not do anything to help me thankful for MY insurance. They do not have camera’s or anything other than on fuel pumps according to on duty manager. They really need to patrol the parking lot like they say “they do”. Because of 2 semis and 2 bobtails double parking there were 2 accidents and the company does NOT care. Customer service representative got an attitude with me and told me not to park there. Police say they come out to the parking lot all the time for accidents. The parking lot it’s self has poor lightening and too many prime parking spots. It’s sad there is not a lot of truck stops from Chattanooga to Cleveland and Pilot wants to make extra money off of truckers that need a place to park when they are desperate.Also the McDonald’s is closed on the inside and most of the time when restaurants are closed like this at truck stops they will allow truck drivers to walk through the drive thru and order but this location will not.

Busy place, Mcdonalds and Subway included. Restrooms are clean, however the womens restroom has a unique odor.

Clean showers, but seriously the amount of reserved only parking is ridiculous. You are limiting parking down to about 25 spots for paying customers, we pay for everything especially as an O/O. I parked in reserved anyways because I could care less about your companies politics and greed. Circled in photo is reserved only spots, more than half the lot

Clean Truckstop. Staff is very nice. Showers are always clean. It never takes a long time to get an available shower. Great coffee. They have Mcdonalds and Subway inside.

We stopped here on the way to pigeon forge & got subway about an hour before we got to our hotel my husband puked 2 times. pretty positive he got food poisoning. its been 24 hours and hes still puking. definitely dont recommend eating there.

ALL pilots/ flying j should take more consideration of trucks WITH TRAILERS needing a place to park. No Im not in agreement with paying to park so this oversized corporation can pocket our money and not use it for anything more than making themselves rich at our expense. Im referring to ENFORCING no bobtails taking up full length parking places. Then as they say over their intercom how much they appreciate us professional drivers, they could care less about if we have a place to park or not. Not to mention everything is OVERPRICED. Thanks for the appreciation pilot.

Not sure what going on with this place but it wouldnt take my credit card at the pump. I went in and paid cash because the gas was cheaper then the last place. Cost me about $20 to fill up before so I gave them $9.00 because I had a little over half a tank. After I pulled away I noticed it didnt even give me a quarter tank when it cost $20 for a full tank before? Ripped off!

Shower was closet sized, as was the parking, and the double cheeseburger I ordered from McDonalds was on the grill about an hour too long three days ago. No laundry. Really, there is nothing appealing about this Pilot, at all. Now I understand why the Loves was full at 1600 on a Saturday.

Clean, friendly, and quick which are good. I also really like that it is located by a movie theater if I have some down time. Showers were clean and warm and I didn’t have to wait long in line. Good food to choose from and not as congested as some pilots

First and absolutely the last time coming here. Trucks parked in the right of way. Shouldnt have to ask a driver to move just to gain entry to the fuel island.

We have an RV when we travel so we like this place. Its easier than most to get in and out of. They also have a dump station thats handy so you can get your RV ready for more miles. They have a place you can get candy and snacks and also a restaurant if youre hungry.

Some of us might be able to park and have no problems with these guys.These guys are working with city cops and with a towing company to rip off drivers.And pilot management is too afraid to do anything about it

Had the best experience here the other day while visiting .. enough so to actually wrote a review which is something I never ever do.If I had the guys name I would include it, but I needed gas and the card I had required coming inside to see the cashier ... I did not really want to do all that cause I have my 2 year old daughter with me and who wants to go in and out multiple times with a little one in tow right!!??I explained my situation to the gentleman behind the register ... Long story short he made my visit a very easy one I was able to do everything I needed with no issue ... Bottom line from a moms perspective it was so much less stressful than anticipated and I wish to thank him a hundred times over !!!

This place is the first ones to make drivers move if not parked in a space well how about making bob tails double up and not allow dropped trailers. Or make more parking.

Ready to get in and out, and clean.

This is my favorite place to stop for gas between Chattanooga and Knoxville. They have SO MANY pumps. They also offer a lot of services and products for travelers. Plenty of snacks and drinks. They even have a McDonalds inside if you like that. I have never had a problem getting in and out of there, even when they are packed! Plus, their gas prices are among the best around!

I felt this Pilot was ok. Its better than many other gas stations but compared to other Pilots Ive been to it was well below expectations. Bathroom was leaking water from the light fixtures while it was raining. The gas pumps are older and I didnt realize but the card reader only works one way (mag strip to the top right) and then the pump I was at had several inches of water sitting in front of it from the concrete displacement creating a little pond.

I’ve been driving a truck almost 10 years now and I’m impressed with this location. Good food options and very nice employees and this is one location that actually enforces the reservation spots most don’t. If you pay online it’s waiting for you. Other locations either don’t enforce or they tell you first come first serve and no refunds.I’ll be coming back to this one from now on.

Generally speaking, Pilots are decent places for the traveler. Gas, diesel, food,bathroom, showers. Most are pretty good and many are being remodeled. There are several in each state along interstate routes. I give them 3 stars because there are some that simply suck. Poor parking design or pitiful staff. Good luck.

My cashier was depressing.

Extremely clean store. Employees were polite and very helpful. Great selection of merchandise. Excellent pit stop off I-75 just north of Chattanooga in Cleveland, TN. Easy On-Off interstate with reasonable gas prices and clean restrooms...And it doesnt hurt that Mickey Ds is right next door.

This is probably the nicest and cleanest Pilot I have been to. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. Everything in store was orderly, employees were very courteous, and the Subway was also very clean and food was excellent and help was great ! I would recommend this place, and I cant say that about most Pilot truckstops.

Nice store! Most of the time it is clean. The workers are friendly and very helpful! It has a little bit of everything that someone might need. If they dont have something, just ask one of the employees and they will try to tell you the nearest place to get what you are looking for. They also have one of the best gas prices around this area. It is right off of the highway which makes it convenient for the people traveling through Cleveland Tn. It has a huge parking lot for the volume of people they get at one time. It is a nice place to go to for gas and refreshments! The two restaurants are an added bonus also. For people coming off the highway, it is a one stop shop! I give it an A!!!! Have you been victimised by these cons? The city helps them rip off drivers.Watch out for their tow truck drivers. The city will give you the ticket while the tow truck gives you a bill and the road side assistance will be there helping with a bill too.Tell everyone about this including PILOT FLYING J customer service.

Most wonderful employees I have met in a long time. Been in customer service most of my life, so I like to compliment those doing a wonderful job. This place was so busy, but the manager Tina took time to help us find what we needed. Also the subway was excellent. It was the cleanest we had ever seen. We were greeted by Sarah that was fast and made an awesome sandwich. Will definitely be back.

I really love that everytime time we are traveling we can trust that if we stop at a pilot travel center we are going to get treated great. Their restrooms are always clean and well stocked. Their coffee is always fresh and well stocked with sugar cream and additional flavors.

I usually get a shower just to use the bathroom because theyre supposed to clean those..... but even the shower, toilet was flushed, dirty towel on the floor. & I let management know one of the pumps was broken, they already knew but didnt even block that pump off or anything

I almost always stop at Pilot when traveling. They have great fresh coffee and very good ice tea. There selection of fresh homemade desserts is very good.

This is hands down the nastiest Pilot I have ever visited. Save yourself the hassle of going to the McDonalds, it is also nasty and the staff are TERRIBLE!

Not a best place to gas but the avg. price of gas. The area is not the greatest. So hurry and get your gas. They do offer food item this does wide range and variety of items. Prices are reasonable compared to places. They have name brands and off brand. Service is not bad at all. Some time lines are little long. I do recommend coming here if you’re close by

This is a nice, larger Pilot. Plenty of pumps, and about the biggest selection of drinks they have. The Pilot staff is efficient and well trained.OTOH, the attached McDonalds seems perpetually understaffed and dirty. And crawling with flies.

Other than us purchasing and truckers having no choice, so they can get by with it. Very unfortunate when the soda in the machines only cost seven cents a drink to make.Greed, since they bought out the other major truck stop.You can get everything you need here though in one stop while traveling; which is fantastic.

We stopped for gas and the pump would not take our credit card, had to pay cash. Went into McDonalds and there were only 2 people working. There were 4 people in front of me and we all waited in line 10 minutes before someone started to take an order. I could see they would be waiting forever to get their food so I walked out the door. There was no explanation. Very unprofessional.

Clean, decent, respectful all depends on the time of the day and definitely not on a weekend. All truck stop are the same. Some of us truckers dont have a choice and it sucks. Dont put gas lanes in a truck stop be more parking for us. Keep a truck stop for the truckers only. Four wheelers go to a gas station. You just get in the way. An its usually the trash that want to purchase their gasoline there of all places.

We love stopping at this Pilot any time we are traveling towards Chattanooga. They are always clean and well stocked, and the staff is always very friendly. They also have the cheapest gas between Atlanta and Knoxville.

Clean for the most part. Easy to spot do to bill board advertising. Right off of Hwy 75 , 20 miles just north of Chattanooga Tenn.Sub-way is a choice for a quick bite if your on the go . limited parking of maybe 75 rigs at night. Well lighted for security .

I was told they dont sell beer after 12am. But the other pilots do! I called corporate and was told that it is not a policy, since I was told corporate policy is not to sell beer after 12am. Then I spoke to the manager today and she stated that they dont serve beer after 12. I went to the pilot in Strawberry planes near knoxville around 1:30am and was able to purchase beer. Called the manager today spoke with her. She stated all registers have a sign not to sell beer after 12am. Then I explained to her my conversation with corporate. Then got hung up on. Rude and rasicts!!!

Nice place to stop

This is the coolest thing I have ever seen attached to gas pumps. Its like a department store in there. Clothes, food, radio stuff, knives, etc. Also there is a McDonalds attached to it and it has Szechuan sauce. I didnt try out the hygiene facilities there but I did give them a look and I left impressed. Even if youre not a trucker and youre just passing through, take a moment to stop here and appreciate its awesomeness.

Was hesitant to stop here because of the reviews with the towing problems.Decided to park in a reserved paid spot to be safe. And took plenty of pictures of how we were parked just in case. Talked to the manager about the issue and he said they are very strict about the parking.He was friendly to us.We did notice lots of no parking signs along all the curbs. Curbs are not painted but again there is plenty of signs. Noticed 2 signs that were twisted and couldnt see the front. Truckers still parked in the no parking zones.This is not a truck stop that will let you get away with parking anywhere like other places not even if the truck fits. And after reading the reviews it looks like they will not ask you to move, the tow truck company will move you.Showers were down so not sure how they looked.Theres a McDonalds and subway inside.It was nice that theres a movie theater next door. We watched a movie and its a pretty nice theater with reclining seats and self serve fountain drinks.Again watch were you park or if its full just go on down to next truck stop.

The Pilot Station was nice itself but, the McDonalds inside shorted us a cheeseburger. Didnt know until miles down the road traveling home from Fl to Ky. Wonder how many people have not gotten what theyve paid for? 🤔

Service in the store is slow, McDonalds is nasty and the people are always rude. The girl at subway was super friendly, but she was by herself and had a line of customers that she was doing her best to take care of everyone. It took 30 minutes to get to a fuel island. There was a tow truck towing trucks that were not in marked spots. If youre a truck driver looking for food, fuel or parking, you should go anywhere but here.

Considering how crazy busy this place stays, service is always quick and easy! Not to mention its one of the few with actual clean restrooms lol. The McDonalds on the other hand.... Definitely could use some work in customer service and satisfaction. Subway however never lets me down 😉

Decent pilot hard to get in some spots because people just park wherever they feel like it.

Boycott this placeThey treat drivers like a money opportunity, and rip them off as often as possible. The tax is high here just for truckers.They lie about truck parts availability just to double or triple the cost for a driver when they go get a part.I even watched a black mechanic threaten a driver there.The white guy with him threatened to have the tow truck hook up to him. The bad towing stories are true here.Through the night they kept towing anyone parked in a bad spot for very long. I bet they are getting kick backs from the tow company.They hate white people it seams. They would not warn any white drivers there before hooking up to tow them. And then call the cops on the drivers.And the black mechanic loves to rip off people... him and other mechanics charge triple the price for work and he stands around telling the driver what to do.Hey pilot flying j... read the reviews. An upscale truck stop with a Subway and other convenient sodas and snack. Even has showers for the truckers who want to smell nice before they deliver their loads.

Workers inside are friendly and always smiling. On the other hand, I hope their cameras are constantly scanning the parking lot........I was approached while fueling diesel by a fella selling an Apple laptop & a tablet. I was interested in the laptop, so long story short......I was basically got for $200! He wanted $300. It wasnt until I unwrapped the bubble wrap, that the Apple logo showing through the clear wrap was not what it seemed. Beware of the parking lot foolery. Being a trucker, I work hard for my money even if it was only $200. If I ever see him again, Im going upside his head on site! .....But other than that, Great Store!!!

Too bad there arent more stars! The staff here go above and beyond keeping this store in tip top shape. One visit I met with the manager on duty about it. I could see by his example that he ran a tight shop. He was well dressed, neat, clean, and I took him away from cleaning the front parking lot to congratulate him on having a great store. I followed that meeting up with a conversation with corporate reflecting that conversation. When I pass through, I always try to stop if for nothing else but coffee so I can admire a job well done!!

My favorite place to stop, to and from Alabama from Kentucky. Well lit outside area makes you feel safe. Super clean restrooms!

Great clean hot showers!!!! Cool staff.. I just dont like the way theyll tow your truck if your parked incorrectly. Plenty of land behind and on the side to expand a bigger lot. If it wasnt for that, they probably wouldve got a 5 star

I was here briefly. I got some gas, a coffee and a slurpee/slushie (whichever you prefer). The staff was friendly and quick, all while the store is well maintained. The restrooms are clean, the inside of the store is clean and the pumps are clean as well. The selection in the store has variety so fee free to look around, or grab a quick souvenir.

Our usual stop on our way to camping and kayaking. This place has everything you would need for travel. Lots of different things to eat and enjoy as well as being tools to fix or repair minor problems with your vehicle. The staff is always friendly and tries to get you the best deal. No showers available this morning because none of the staff are willing to clean one. Have to wait for Maintence to come in. I hate this so much. Some of us drivers start really early in the morning. We spend enough money at these places we should be able to get a clean, hot, shower whenever we start our day. Ill park here again if I have to, but I wont spend a dime.

Bad dont plan on finding a place to park after 4 30 pm because they will be knocking on your door all night and send the record out for you even if you get 400 in fuel. I wont be back. After my EXPERIENCE here the other night I have decided to avoid pilot fly j all together I will be getting most of my fuel at LOVES for now on.

The McDonalds refused to make me two triple cheese burgers made to order...nasty place anyway.
