As usual VNTG Home helped us get TOP dollar in a real estate transaction with their superior eye for detail, design, scale and color. Their home staging arm of the company is reliable, talented, and our clients always really enjoy working with them. Fantastic store for antique, used, rare, unique finds. Rehabbed or as-is furniture at a variety of prices, from budgeted to lavishly, upcycled upholstery. Excellent service from the movers, sellers and owner. A great all around experience. No pressure, but extremely helpful all the same. Take some time to look around this immense warehouse as you will need it to find that perfect piece for your home.

This place is amazing if youre interested in vintage home furnishings. They had everything I wanted and needed except someone else had already gotten to them. Its a large warehouse so dress accordingly. They also do refurbishing and reupholster furniture.

The home I listed showed so well with the staging! You could really see how the space could be used! It definitely made an impact on price and speed of the sale.

Very cool store for unique funiture. It seems they refurbish and upholster things themselves. Prices range quite a lot but thats to be expected on furniture. A great spot to establish an eclectic interior or if you style towards ornate. They also have dishes, silverware, and do custom upholstery.

If you need furniture, this is the first place you want to visit. You will get the best old fashion quality furniture refurbished in your choice of fabric and colors. You are getting custom made, upscale look at design on a budget. Searching for the right piece of furniture in the waerhoue is as exciting as a treasure hunt. I highly recommend this place for those of you who want flare, style and opulence in their surroundings.

I honestly wish that I better things to say about VNTG Home because they do provide a wonderful service. I’ve been shopping at VNTG Home since they opened in 2017, so when I needed to recover a few pieces of furniture last summer, I didn’t even consider going anywhere else. The team that recovers and does the reupholstery and the delivery team do an amazing job. However, in my most recent experience, due to the severe lack of customer service, the process has left me tired, angry and frustrated. I did have a very nice consultation back in late August to have four dining chairs, two sofas and two armchairs chairs redone. I included a third, smaller chair I saw while I was there too, that I ordered new uhpolstery fabric for through them. I decided to start off with the two arm chairs (because I already had my own fabric for those) and the smaller one I saw in the showroom. A few days later, on August 26th, when I paid to have those three chairs redone, I was informed that because I did in-fact provide my own fabric for two of them, those two would be ready in about two weeks. (The third chair would take a little longer because they would have to wait until they received the fabric) Great! Only…that isn’t what happened. I didn’t receive those two chairs until October 30th. (There was actually a hard lump of glue left behind on the sides of one chair but, whatever…I was so disgusted that I didnt even care to mention it.) Over the course of those next two months, I was ping-ponged around through four different people. Now, I’m pretty flexible. Im not an inpatient or unreasonable person. I fully understand that things happen. The pandemic has certainly effected everything, and as a result, things are taking much longer to do than they normally would. I get that. I’m not at all angry at that. Im not upset about the timeframe. Its not what happened, but rather, how it happened that makes me frustrated. What I am angry about is the blatant, disrespectful lack and disregard for customer service and communication. Ignoring emails, text messages and voice mails is simply not okay, especially when a client is entrusting a business with a 2400 dollar project. I don’t know where the break down in communication is happening but no one ever bothered to call me to give any updates on my order and when I would attempt to reach them, I could never seem to get anyone straight away. Once I finally ever had a chance to actually speak to someone, after hounding them down, theyd have the audacity to always make me feel as if I was bothering THEM. I constantly got the run-around. If you honestly dont know when something will be done, simply say that. I can accept an answer like that that. It was always going to be done the next week and the next week. In fact, get this, no one even called to tell me they were done! I actually didn’t know those two armchairs chairs were completed until I decided to just drop by the showroom one day. While I was there, I also earned that the reupholstery process for third chair hadn’t even been started yet because, for whatever reason, (drumroll) they didn’t know what kind of fabric I ordered for it. TWO MONTHS HAVE ALREADY PASSED AND THEY STILL DIDNT KNOW WHAT KIND OF FABRIC I ORDERED?!! Again, why didn’t anyone just call me?! I was able to show someone what fabric I ordered in less than five minutes! What a huge waste of time! I’m actually still waiting for that third chair, too. It was supposed to be done the week of Christmas, but uh...as you can see it’s January 10th. Im not even excited about it anymore. I just want the process to be over. Whenever I do finally receive it, that’ll certainly be the last thing I ever get from VNTG Home. I’m completely done. Im having my sofas and dining chairs redone somewhere else.

Very disappointed. In their old location there was a good mix of old rescued furniture and refurbished pieces. They basically staged a funky vision in front of the materials. We bought one sofa and had an old chair refurbished and couldnt be happier. We came back to the new location and it was a maze of a dark warehouse where everything felt dirty. Just killed the vibe.

Very rude and unpleasant staff! I contacted the store about damaged property that was delivered, I ordered a love seat and a beautiful dining room set that I get lots of compliments on even bought nice vintage dishes from here my couch was delivered damaged I guess I spoke with the owner and she implied I damaged my own couch that I had only had for 3 days? I didn’t want to even be bothered with getting my money back .. nice vintage furniture but poor staff and management wouldn’t recommend unless you want to waste money

I was instantly delighted with the vast selection of vintage furniture. It literally is a warehouse of anything youre looking for. The staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are incredibly reasonable. Absolutely recommend VNTG!

Cool place. They will help you sell your furniture and, they have tons of stuff from super cheap to high end to shop from. You can even pick your own fabric to redo things you buy. You gotta give them a call. Or get in there and shop.

Great warehouse full of everything you can imagine from yesteryear. I am hooked. They reupholster with custom fabrics. Fantastic selection of used furniture tables, chairs couches, hutches, clocks you name it. Go just to walk around inside give yourself at least an hour.

VNTG Home is an incredible concept. Not only do they offer unique pieces of furniture but they also upholster them to fit any decor or style.

This is my new favorite store. Theyve got awesome rehabbed furniture that they spruce up to make new. Theyre very ranged in price but theyve got something for everyone. Theyve for a lot of steep discounts for the more you buy. No purchase over $200 isnt discounted. Theyve got new stuff coming in a lot it would seem too. Their floor space is huge as well, so you can get lost in there.

Fascinating resale/antique shop. Reminiscent of the old Sanctuary Antiques but on a larger, more organized scale. Large selection from ready to use to perfect for your own handcrafting efforts.

Definitely worth the 1 hour and 15 minute drive from Youngstown. This place is huge with high-quality original furniture. I love how you can upcycle furniture on-site. My wife and I usually pop in once every couple weeks because their inventory is always changing. Highly recommend!

I love spending a day in their warehouse! VNTG Home has some of the most unique pieces I’ve seen in the area and their staff is on hand to help you find an amazing piece of furniture.

This place is awesome. So many great pieces! It has pieces that are beautiful as is, the perfect pieces for those upcyling projects, and items already upcyled. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We also found some great buys for the house were furnishing. Well definitely be back here first for the next round of shopping.

Was interested in selling a few pieces a week or so ago and had a wonderful experience! The staff at VNTG home do a great job and are extremely helpful. It is worth your time to check them out!!

They get good reviews for people buying their furniture. HOWEVER, NEVER consign your goods with them.I consigned about $4,000 worth of antique furniture, mirrors etc. A few things sold but it took me 10 months of countless calls and emails (most never returned) with different answers from different staff (which has a big turnover). It was agony after the LONG run around to finally get my 2 checks for about $600. I cannot blame thrm for thinhs that do not sell.

Fantastic place to find all different types of furnishings! Very helpful staff to coordinate delivery. Every time we visit, the store looks completely different due to changing stock.

Beware. This is a phenomenal concept with mostly horrible execution. I’m not gonna say they mess everything up, but they mess most things up. I really, really wish they could get their act together.

Great selection, so so prices. I ordered 30 yards of fabric on September 29th. I was told it wouldnt take long, a couple of days, they just had to go to the warehouse to pull it. 4 weeks later I call to get an update. Only 27 yards was pulled. They would have to wait for another large order from Europe to fulfill my order. January, still havent heard from them.

They did a nice job arranging pick up of our furniture and getting contracts ready. However, they’ve had our furniture since January (it’s now almost October) and not a peep from them. I had emailed periodically over the first several months with no response at all. Now that it’s been so long, it seems like nobody knows what’s going on. Their responses have mostly been to “hang on while they do an audit.” I’ve been waiting for the audit to be completed for 2 months and nothing has changed. Still they only communicate if I initiate it. Very frustrating...

I sold my furniture through VNTG almost two months ago and I still have no received my check from them. I call them AT LEAST once a week to get some kind of information on what is happening and I can not get a call back to save my life. Avoid this store at all cost they will sell your furniture and not give you your share of the profit. They are understaffed and have horrible customer service.Update: Still waiting on payment. Today I have sent the requested information which was all located on the VNTG website. I am uncertain why someone at the store could not locate my account. Its disappointing when you see something in the store you like then they tell you that you cant buy it because its not for sale. WHY HAVE IT IN THE STORE THEN!!!

Inconsistent inventory between website and store - things are shown as available online, but when you ask about them in the store, you are made to feel dumb and told Those have been gone for weeks. They dont keep their website updated with what sells. Descriptions for items online are bogus and look to be copy/pasted from other listings. Pricing for items is all over the place- you get different prices from different people. Most of the staff is nice, but its obvious they have no idea whats going on or have any communication with the rest of their staff. They dont make anything easy to buy.

Dont go here! Youll come home with more furniture than can fit in your house!

My daughter has been trying to help me get my contract sorted out and get an update on the items since May 9, 2018. It’s now August 10, 2018 and she has made numerous calls and sent emails. She keeps getting sent to other people who then still don’t return calls or do what they say they will. Really, really poor service. Just tried again and we’ll see if we hear back...

Vintage Home did a great job picking up the furntiure we wanted to sell and selling most of it--we were thrilled. They are going through some restructuring and communcation has been a bit rough; however, we received our payment and wish this growing company well

They have beautiful furniture but too much inventory and its hard to see everything. Prices are very high.
