We just bought two nice office chairs from the Cleveland TN STORE! They had no rope, twine. Nothing to the them for in the back of our truck! We went to the auto parts place next door all they had was budgie cords. Down hwy 11 the cords broke. Our beautiful chairs were damaged by being drug in the hwyway until we could safely come to a stop. We are so disappointed at the service we received there. No one care anymore. We have bought a lot there, but no more!!!!

Standing in line for about 30 minutes and counting now. No one is doing anything. Probably the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. Can not stress how bad it was and blant that people dont want to do their jobs or work.

Management very rude, policy changes happen, and we all work through them, but the condescending, flippant attitude when handling customer questions and requests is beyond the pale. Its not surprising that these stores are closing left and right.

I just wanted to get some printing done. Dawn the new employee behind the print center was fabulous! She stayed right by my side to make sure I got everything printed correctly. Nice job training guys! Keep her.... she is a catch!

Siera needs a raise I’ve never met someone so kind & patient in customer service. Siera doesn’t act as if she doesn’t enjoy her job. She was so patient & helpful I didn’t want to do what I needed to but she mad it so easy. A+ for SIERA

Jermaine is by far the best and most helpful person working at this location.That guy is a strong example of what REAL customer service looks like.I go to this locating all the time and every time Im there he is always so helpful and knowledgeable. He never seems to have an off day... like a lot of people. He certainly puts customers priority first. Kudos to you guys for picking a staff member who makes your team shine. And I was just up there recently and noticed that the staples organization made him a manager... smart move.

Alex the store manager very rude and disrespectful had one cashier open lady had some issues I asked if I could check out in another line and he told me if dont like it go to another store wow would never hire him for my business I left and went to another supply store office Max and.they were very customer friendly will never spend another Penney at staples Because of rude Manager Alex.

My place of business uses Staples Marketing and Print center quite often. While I have placed orders at other Staples locations in the area, the staff at W.117th is by far the best. Jermaine and his team are dynamite--always helpful and ready to assist, providing the most polished and efficient final product and always making customers aware of any coupons, offers or opportunities for savings.

Shout out to Anthony an employee at the printing desk. Great customer service! Not only helpful but kind and very patient, also with a smile the whole time he was helping me and with the customer before me!

Staples print department waits on you like youre their only customer! Excellent customer service in printing section! Although every time I use the services in the print department it is always busy, the customer service I receive has always been first rate. Yesterday was only an exception in that one young lady went above and beyond! Thank you!!!!

I have a new business and I had many options to choose but my holy Spirit lead me here my first day (Paige) was amazing and so very polite I thought she knew me and (Dan) was so helpful I thought he was with Staples a long time coming. Come to find out he is in training, He suggested something that helped my business grow and I love him for that. I had a fundraising event for A Special Wish Cleveland & had a very last minute printing need. After calling around to a few different stores and being disappointed, I finally called Staples and spoke with Sobrena, who assured me she would make it happen that same day for me and was so sweet about it! Sobrena and Jermaine came across to me as not only hardworking team members, but genuine and kind people! My ASW team members and I will be coming back to that Staples location for all future printing needs. Thank you, again!

Customer service at the fax and copy desk is very unprofessional. Their prices are always expensive when they know it is sold somewhere else for half their price. The only reason I went to this place was to send a fax but after this visit they have encouraged me to get my own fax machine. The only reason why I give them a 3 stars is because I have achieved my ultimate goal using them even though I didnt like the way they treated me.

I like Staples, the worker seemed to not like people though, sorry I started my day going there today. Being nice goes a long way.

The sales person Fernando was extremely knowledgeable & helpful in helping me pick a laptop for my daughter.

Very poor customer service. Was only cutomer in store, had trouble finding a specific printer cartridge. Employees in close proximity just standing chatting no one offered to help then when when I approached them they dispersed and made themselves appear busy.

The staff at the copying Center is unfailingly helpful polite and competent. The price is great and I no longer go anywhere else to make my business copies.

I was sending a gift to my daughter in Cincinnati and the lady that waited on me was very professional courteous .

The west 117th store has a real bad habit of having high ticket priced items on sale but never have them in stock . This is bad business and then the manager instead of fixing the issue or suggesting a solution gives me a lecture on how the sales start on Sunday and end today . I wouldn’t recommend this store or company . What’s sad is I called ahead and this was for my son who is in the military . Shame on this store and your false advertising!

Came from another Staples because they were out of stock on the desk I wanted. The manager, Chris, not only set it aside for us but also walked us through checking out and helped load the car! A genuinely nice guy!

Unfortunately i spent $12 for them to wrinkle a map I had laminated. 2 creases laminated across it one 24long the other 16.

I purchase a printer at Staples at West 117th Street and Angela the manager has been very helpful with me and shes replacing my printer which is very kind of her if you ever need anything from Staples go to the one in 117th Street they really cater to the customers

Good store, but low on stocks.The store is small, and they were under stocked due to a recent sale event. Staff is helpful though.

Went in for a SD card and found they are 2-3x more than anywhere else. I needed a 32gb card. The had a PNY 32GB “Performance” class 4 card for $29.99! PNY sells them on their website for $17.99! They wont price match or return it either. On top of that Sabrina their tech guru lied to me and told me Sandisk is out of business due to the China trade restrictions! Corporate was less than helpful and nowI will take this up in small claims court to prove a point.

West 117th had the best customer service I ever seen. It was refreshing to see such knowledgeable, mannerable, young people! It was my first visit and they were so patience with me. They designed exactly what I wanted and i get it tomorrow!!! Shut up!!!! Their prices are the best in Ohio( I surf the net high and low). They will be getting all my business!!! Dont let the management talk you out of returning merchandise that is faulty. I bought a Samsung tablet and the extended warranty. Within a couple days I took it back to the store because it would not fully charge no matter how long I would leave it plugged into an outlet. The manager, Jay, gave excuses on why and would not exchange it. He told me to use another outlet and try draining the battery a few times. Well none of that worked and the store will not exchange it and the extended warranty can not be used because its too soon. Now I have to go through the trouble of sending it to Samsung and waiting so much longer to maybe get it fixed by Samsung. I bought this to use at my business with my square credit card reader which has now become a big inconvenience. None of the managers can do anything to help, as they say, so they are useless. Staples shame on you. Word to the wise, dont buy any devices and extended warranties from Staples. And do not let them weasel out of taking back something that does not work when it is still within the return time frame and you have everything that came with it and your receipt. I wont be buying anything expensive from them again, maybe nothing. And I will definitely be letting their corporate office know what bad service you get at the retail store.

Tried to help but hadnt heard of puzzle erasers. Turned out they had a similar product which was suggested maroon erasers which my grandson was happy with

Print center is sooo disorganized!!!! Handed them an actual sample of what needed to be done. After numerous delays misspell words on stamp, constant delays on printing and after being assured I would be called when it came in NO CALL. When it did come in it was the wrong color and size font. Just a mess!!!!!!
