I dined in at this establishment and had a great experience. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful to me. My breakfast sandwich and mocha latte were freaking awesome. And the black currant soda I literally couldnt get enough of. Highly recommended.

I mean the coffee was good. (i got the Honey Cinnamon Latte) the staff is nice and honestly the decor was beautiful. Id say if you had the choice between this and starbucks to just go here instead 🤌

My favorite coffee place in Cleveland. They have an app with curbside pick up. It is such a good place to grab a coffee and enjoy it sitting inside or out. The outdoor seating is limited. I have never had a bad drink here. Staff is fantastic.

It was okay - I had a cookie and milk and the person with me had coffee that was only okay. The decorations were cool but over all, the place was not friendly - honestly felt looked down upon just by stepping up to the register - the general feel about the place was just one of arrogance with no real reason to be.I dont usually like posting reviews like this because I enjoy being positive about places, but it was just an unpleasant experience all together.

This place is great. Best Vanilla cappuccinos in East TN. Love the space to work in & the hospitality. Prices are fair. Good location as well. Wish they had longer hours! But still reasonable. Great place!This place also is very aesthetic in everything. From the shiplap on the wall to the glasses they put your drink in. If youre in the Cleveland area looking for the coffee shop to go to in order to get a good experience, then BonLife Coffee Roasters is the place to go to. BonLife is a highly rated coffee shop. Everyone that goes there I have heard good things from. The employees are helpful and most of them know what they’re doing and what they’re making. The Ethiopia Kenya blend was a perfect, smooth medium roast . It was a great finish to a beautiful bike ride right across the route 11 bypass on Clevelands great bike path at 17th street. Ive always had a great break at Bonlife coffee shop.Lots of tables inside and out for individual study or work or small conferences. Its wonderful to see this shop fully open. In the past I have also sampled their treats an their homemade granola for a filling breakfast

Wonderful coffee but the service heavily depends on who you interact with. The guys there are friendly and helpful, but two of the girls there said little more than hello.. I wasn’t even sure they intended for me to order they did so little to acknowledge me. This happened on multiple occasions.

I like this place but they do not fill the cup. I get a 16 oz cold latte for 5.02 and they leave an inch of empty space at the top of the cup? This is the second time this has happened. When you spend over 5 dollars for a cup of coffee atleast fill it.

Drinks are always great here but I didnt like that I couldnt pay with cash. Not accepting cash is a form of discrimination because not everyone has a bank account or credit card.

Today was my first visit to this new place and it was fantastic. I dont know how Ive driven by this place so often and never knew it was here. The staff are super friendly. The ambiance of the place is absolutely welcoming. They have so much to offer from coffee to beer. Love the baked goods. Great place to hang out on your laptop or with friends. This place definitely feels like home. Absolutely glad I found out about this place. Well definitely visit every chance I get!

Best coffee in North America according to the Golden Bean North America Coffee Roasters Competition! Having learned this a few months ago, I immediately added this place to my Want to Go coffeeshop list. I was passing through town today and made the stop. It did not disappoint. Immediately upon entering, it certainly looked like a great third wave coffeeshop. I had a great single source Columbian Americano that had some nice flavor. I was pleased that they had more than one bean choice for espresso drinks. This is certainly a new favorite in my list of favorite coffee.

DO NOT: take a cup in with you, even if it has a lid on it, even if its empty, even if you are using it to transfer the drink you purchased from there, even if you buy something, even if its a One Time situation, even if you are a regular (5) day a week Patron. They dont allow outside beverages..

Chairs are very uncomfortable and sweetheart mocha didnt taste like raspberries at all.

Excellent coffee - the best tasting coffee in Cleveland. I have been impressed with their coffee beans - not highly acidic and full body flavor. I still support the Mill coffee as well, but to me this is the best coffee in town.

They’re pepper jack waffle and Vietnamese cold brew are the best you could ask for.

Was just visiting Cleveland and wanted to check out the coffee shops nearby. The atmosphere was great, the people were helpful, the shop inside was purposeful, and the coffee/food was great!! Would highly recommend!! In addition, it wasn’t super loud like you will find at Starbucks! Its a great place if you need to study, read a book, or just relax!

As far as coffee goes, five stars all day long. This was my first time here and I enjoyed the atmosphere, the decor, and the coffee. But as far as customer service, this is one of my least favorite experiences. The barista was a bit rude, and made my girlfriend feel very unwelcome. I saw him interact with a couple of costumers and it’s constantly rolling of the eyes, snarky remarks, and death stares. He does make good coffee however. I’m hoping he was just having a bad day, and this isn’t an everyday thing.

Best cup of coffee in Cleveland. Its the best Ive had anywhere, really. And the best waffles. The remodeling is also nice.

Best latte out of all the coffee places in Cleveland, and the service is phenomenal. Definitely stop by if you need a place to study, the quiet atmosphere is great. Keep in mind it is cash-free--debit or credit only. They have a lot of unconventional options that you may not see at similar spots around town like French press and pour-overs.

I have never been in here before last week, but I really like the atmosphere! I only got a blueberry muffin, but it was delicious. The whole time I was there the coffee smelled so good! I plan on going back in the morning some time for a cup! Also they had cool glasses for their frappichinos. The service was very friendly and knowledgeable too!

Between the 3 of us we had 4 different types of coffee, I had the roast on tap, plus we bought 2 of their own roasted beans to take home and drink later. Not only were all the coffees amazing the staff was exceptional!! Helping us with coffee choices as well as knowledge of the area and information that we, tourists, definitely needed. Amazing experience..We will be back every time we come town!!

Really love the coffee and quality here, however the staff is always rude. Whenever ordering a substitute ingredient, they never do the substitute. When checking at drink pick up, staff seems like the customer is wrong and is never courteous. Anytime I have said “thank you” there has never been a response. Once we waited in line for 25 minutes before any staff spoke to us, with only one customer in front of us. Again, the quality and coffee are amazing BUT the staff has always been rude and disrespectful.

I know I’m an old man.. That doesn’t mean I don’t deserve respect. I just wanted a coffee nothing too complicated & I let my grandkids order; there’s 2 of em. Mr.ponytail rolls his eyes. The entire staff seemed like they didn’t care about their jobs or if people came back to this dirty establishment. That’s right; on top of the staff making you uncomfortable nothings clean & there’s no were to sit y’all.. There’s a few seats already taken but a man like me with a new hip & a heart condition cant sit down with the kiddos because they let someone buy the cheapest thing on the menu & sit there all day long

Great place for coffee. Enjoyed the Ethiopian pour. Mostly medium and light roasts. Friendly staff and a clean bathroom. Enjoyed the experience and would definitely return! Also purchased some beans and they are fantastically delicious.

Hands down the best coffee in the Chattanooga area. I’ve been to almost all the coffee shops in this area and nothing compared to Bonlife. They even have great coffee alternatives for those sensitive to caffeine. Seasonal items, waffles and gift are a must as well!

The coffee is really good here. If I had any complaint, I would say that the cups are too small and it is a little pricey. But the people there are amazing and it has a great atmosphere.

The best chai in town. Flavor is great and they dont serve it scorching hot (you dont have to let it sit for 10 minutes before drinking). The atmosphere is nice, clean and relaxed. Highly recommend!

The quiche was too dry and cold on the inside. They took 10 minutes to get a salt shaker and thats after asking twice after I was almost done. The table was filthy and not wiped properly. They need to seek excellence. Instead they are just seeking tips. The coffee is excellent but thats about it.

Good coffee and my muffin was delicious. Glad they can do decaf and half caf as well. Clean bathrooms. The only bad thing is the chair are a bit uncomfortable. But thats not a deal breaker, just something to know if you plan on being there a while.

Best coffee beans. The Justice is my go to bean, but I also like trying beans from different regions, occasionally. If you make espresso at home, Bon Life is a must for your beans. Locally roasted, fresh, delicious, great environment, and the crew is always friendly.

Absolutely fantastic coffee shop. Great, fair trade coffee. Wonderful brewing methods and amazing staff.I would highly recommend the areopress brew method, as I think it brings out the best flavor in the coffee..... And the owner is the areopress champion..... Which helps.

The coffee is amazing with great beans and methods of brewing. The shop its self is not good for longs stays, especially for those with laptops (very few plugins) and it shares space with a t-shirt company which hurts the atmosphere.
