Sold me used shoes. And wouldn’t exchange them for the same ones the next day. Didn’t ask for a refund just to exchange them. Then I was told the other store had a different pair I wanted and when I got there they didn’t have them. So I go back and there all sold out. Mind you I’ve spent thousands of dollars here. I’ve purchased over 50 pairs in the last year knowing they are over priced but I still would buy shoes. Never again

Ordered a two piece matching track suit - was notified that I would only receive half my order after the items were due to arrive - I asked for a refund on whole order and was told I would have to pay return postage + original expenses... low and behold the items were never delivered/received so dont know what I am paying postage for? Still waiting on refund ($240) I have emailed several times and have been ignored all but once to tell me I have to return items I never received!! NOT A TRUSTED RETAILER DO NOT BUY FROM HERE I HAVE LOST $240 AND HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT! WILL BE CONTACTING MASTER CARD TO GET MONEY BACK

I placed an order in mid December. It was a Christmas gift. I received the merchandise but it turns out it was too big so after Christmas I asked how to exchange it for a smaller size and I was told it was outside their 14 DAY RETURN POLICY. WHAT TYPE OF COMPANY ONLY HAS A 14 DAY RETURN POLICY OVER CHRISTMAS? A desperate one! Completely unacceptable!! I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I RECOMMEND NO ELSE DOES EITHER! AWFUL that they think it is ok to keep your money.

I purchased a pair of shoes from this so-called store and they sent me the wrong pair of shoes! Ive reached out to them every way possible and have yet to receive any type of response or valid answer. How do you make a mistake this big by sending a customer the wrong product, take their money, and then completely ignore them?? If I wanted to be treated like that I would shop on eBay....save your money and shop from somewhere more reputable in terms of customer service. Good product means nothing if you treat your customers like trash. Never getting my money again.

Friendly, engaging staff that are very knowledgeable and carry high end designer brands and not just hypebeast logo stuff. My only complaint is shoe raffles being on the iPhone exclusive frenzy app. For us Android users who arent able to be there for the in store raffles, it is not fair.

Ordered shoes on December 19th and didn’t receive them for weeks. When I inquired about the order they realized they forgot to ship them. They then proceeded to ship the wrong shoes and I paid duty on them because I’m in Canada. I’m asked to return the shoes and I do and they ship me the new shoes and say I can keep the old shoes after I’ve already shipped them. Bonus: I pay duty again for the right shoes so I ended up paying duty on shoes that weren’t even the right order. Top notch customer service from these folks.

Very Trendy love the brands, however I am In Ohio for 2 months filming came across the store while I was driving back to my hotel. I purchased a shirt for my son mailed it to him and he sent it back didnt like it. I went back yesterday to either exchange/return the item which would not be a problem since there are NO POLICIES regarding returns or exchanges on the receipt or in the store. I was very unhappy with the service/response I received. the cashier called their other store and I was told I have had the item for a couple weeks therefore I will not be able to return/exchange. The tags are attached receipt in the bag etc. Not a great impression for me nor a professional way to do business. I will not return. I did discover a store called Krush downtown Cleveland to bad I cant post my receipt on here. big mistake Xhibition.

Received the wrong box for a pair of shoe I bought there. Extremely disappointed. I contacted the store but havent heard back yet. I thought I could expect an original product from Xhibition but i was clearly very wrong. Will never go back.

They do not answer emails, or answer any questions leaving the customer stranded.
