All items are priced 20-50% higher than most convenience stores, they clean out the refrigerated items on Friday leaving the weekend shifts to fend for themselves, and/or theyll put things in there that will be expired by the following Monday. Also, if there are drinks that sell out fast, theyll stop stocking those, and instead replace it with items people rarely want. The vending machines take your money quite often, and you can never get it back. I have dealt with this for almost four (4) years, and we all have asked our employer to try a different vendor because we are not happy with Five Star. The people are nice, but the servicing and prices are not what you would expect from a company this size. I bring my Items to work now because its just cheaper.

Bought a pack of gummies and it took the rest of my money I had $2.30 and when I bought the gummies it took the rest of the money the gummies were like a dollar.

Machines constantly steal money I have purchased 3 code red moutain dews the machine says vended, takes my but doesnt distribute the product until I purchased another one. It doesnt do it all the time but Everytime it has I use the keypad for the card reader thats new due to the coin shortage, let yall know and put my phone number in. Never in the past month have I heard anything back. Why say you will call a customer but never do?Just tried to get another code red moutain dew tonight suprise surprise yet again machine took my card, never vended it but charged me for it. Put in where it took money never vended even though I know nobody will get in contact with me. Only reason I used the machine I didnt have time to stop to pick up drinks on the way to work. I work at Foss carpet please fix your machines and actually look at your records for customers.

Too expensive and food is rarely fresh. I would not recommend this outfit to anyone.
