Fast and very clean. They took me back to get my piercing almost as soon as I came into the store and it was almost painless. My piercer (I don’t know his name, maybe Jordan or something?) was soooo sweet and he engaged in a fun friendly conversation while doing my piercing. It was very professional yet warm and welcoming. I’ll 100% be coming back and I’d highly recommend this place. My boyfriends dad also got tattoos here and they’re beautiful

They are beyonnndd rude, like customer service here is literally trash. Half the time no one is even up front , but then they get offended if you try to get someone to come assist. For years I’ve always tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt , because most of the artists I have went to, were polite and I had no problems but, I no longer will be supporting this establishment.

There are better tattoo shops but this place is pretty great and reasonably priced. Theyve done all of my tattoos and im very satisfied with the results ive gotten. Also i got my tongue pierced there and i didnt feel a thing.

Body revolution saddens me every time I walk in. Poor Customer Service. Every time I’ve been there I’ve had to deal with their nasty attitudes or being rushed. There’s only two guys that work there that Are polite. One of them did my pb&j tat && the other was helping me about my nose piercing. This was my second time coming in for jewelry && got handled wrong , I did not walk out with what I asked for. The first time they were all yelling at a customer so i walked out because I couldn’t get help.I’ve been going there for yrs & Sadly I will never return to body rev again.

This used to be my go to spot for piercings. Everything I have pierced was done here, over the last 10-12 years. The staff has always been super helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Went there yesterday 4/19/21 with my friend to get a fun piercing, which she has never had, and the ‘artist’ who helped us was soooo rude. So short with us, not friendly in the least bit whatsoever. I tried to talk to him and he only had one word answers. He was SUPER rough with me and my friend. Had to explain to her that’s not how this process usually goes. Tried to strike up small talk with him before and after he pierced my helix, nope, nothing. I am so utterly disappointed that my go to spot has changed to the point that I don’t ever want to go back. Let alone try to convince my friend to go back anywhere and get something else pierced. Makes me sad

I recently got a piercing here. The piercing service was quick and professional and I would definitely recommend it but the customer service experience was lacking. I’m very nervous with piercings and was told that I couldn’t bring my friend in the room with me to hold my hand because it was against Covid guidelines. They had one of their artists hold my hand which was really nice but there would have been three people In the room either way so that’s confusing. Meanwhile there were customers completely unmasked in the waiting room and the piercer had his mask below the nose and mouth. I am happy with the piercing but really disappointed with this double standard.

I just went there today to get cleaning products for my nose piercing because the other place I originally went to did not give me nothing to clean it with and this women named Ashley instantly made me feel comfortable and told me everything I need to know . She notice my piercing jewelry was a completely wrong bar and was very concerned for me because of how thick and big it was and so I instantly trusted her to take care of it for me and i left very satisfied with my service and Ashley was very gentle with me . Ashley is an amazing person and did great , could tell she has a passion for what she does . 10/10 recommend for any piercing and definitely recommend going to Ashley .

I went yesterday and got told to come back today and had to refill out all forms because they threw away ours from yesterday. Then took other people before us who walked in after and said “first come first serve” even through me and my mom were there before the others and they didn’t have appointments either. When he called them back, this gentleman was named Brandon, he called them back and I asked if he was taking them when I been here and he rolled his eyes and ignored me. I would not come back, we didn’t get anything done we just left because they were unprofessional and were rude to us.

Wow, will never go here. Prices go up on a daily. Or if their mood changes. So uncool tatooistbrandon has started two tattoos now for two people I know and upped the price after agreeing to the tattoo. I will be sending my people somewhere else now.

Went to go in just to buy a peircing called ahead of time to make sure they were open and they confirmed yes they were till 7, I drove all the way out there got there at 6:45. Walked into the door and one man said were closed get out. Very rude and if you are going to close early you should tell people on the phone that.

Beware if things go wrong!Ill begin by saying odds are that you will more likely than not have a good experience and end up with a good tattoo. This place has done two tattoos for my girlfriend now that have ended up fine. They were also recommended to me by a friend of mine who has had several done there. That is the reason they are getting two stars instead of one.If something goes wrong with your tattoo, dont automatically think that they will fix it. I got my tattoo in February 2020 and as it healed, pink spots began to appear. The artist at Body Revolution went too deep and I ended up with a scarred tattoo with spots. By the time it was apparent that these spots would not heal up, just my luck.... Covid-19 was full swing and the shop was closed. Not their fault.I finally visited again in July, and the artist on duty working the counter admitted their artist who did it messed it up, going too deep. However, he told me that because the original tattooing artist no longer works for them, in order to get it fixed I would have to pay $80 for a complete touch up. F to U to the CK NO!!! Im not gonna pay you to touch it up!!! Your artist messed it up, you (meaning SOMEONE at your location) should fix it!!!! He told me all the artists at this shop are independent contractors and for a different artist other than the original one to do a touchup, they would have to charge me for it. NOPE. If I owned a business, and one of my contractors messed something up when dealing with a customer, it would be on ME, the business owner, to fix it. Ive been told the owner of Body Revolution does not do tattoos themselves. This may explain a lot.In the end, I got all my money back I paid by filing a chargeback claim with my credit card. I would recommend going somewhere where the artist is the owner of the business, or the owner at least does tattoos so you dont get this BS independent contractor excuse.

They give the best service I really love my tattoo that I got that Sophia did. I will be go back to get other one soon

If I could leave this place 0 stars I would. Me and my boyfriend recently got tattoos here and left him with a scar. Also, my rose was colored I’m horribly. One of my leaves were colored in red instead of green. If you are a person of color, I would not recommend coming here at this location.

I was met very promptly told to wait. 2 hrs later im told i have to make an appointment. Fine made one for the next day. Get there and after 40 minutes was told ill have to be rescheduled. My artist went home sick. My appointment was at 5 they couldnt call? Guess I will be taking my money else where. I really felt that just because Im an older women I was not important

Went in for small tattoos on a Friday evening. Waited 10 min for someone to provide assistance. Once someone arrived to help us, The man was extremely unprofessional and condescending. Would not recommend.

We went shopping around for quotes on tattoos. We came here and waited twenty minutes and there were no staff to help us. The maxim limit in the place is 10 people. There were double that waiting to be helped and more people coming in. As we were leaving, a staff member finally came out from the back and asked if we were leaving. Told them that there were way too many people in there and that we would come back. They should have a staff member in the front so 25 people dont have to wait twenty minutes or longer. Came back about twenty minutes later after getting more quotes. We were quoted more than $100 more than all our other quotes. The staff member was so unfriendly and rude. I came in the past for piercings so thought I would try to tattoo. Will never go to this place again.

I bought throughout the years a few gift certificates and got quite a few tattoos and piercings from them as well as family members. My husband went to get his tattoo a couple weeks ago and was told the gift certificates are no good because someone in the company was writing them out and giving them to friends. Well Im very sorry but I legitimately bought these! Almost 200 dollars the ripped me off for! Because they got ripped off they ripped me off! Nice! I went into store and was told sorry the owner said to not accept them. So I called to try to talk to owner which of course they never called me back! shouldnt be surprise since obviously they are thieves!

The file pierced my lip twice and still messed up it. Now I have to wait for it to heal to get it fixed!

Very clean- constantly disenfecting in the waiting room during off times. Aaron had a lot of good ideas to help what I brought him look even better, which was great. I will definitely be going to Body Revolution for my ink from now on.

Great experience. They were very flexible with my schedule. And the price was amazing. Way less than I had planned on paying which was great. The service was very prompt and the staff was friendly and held good conversation while we waited. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and even showed them a pic. My artist was Jess. She drew up the stencil of what I showed and she made it look so much better than what I had originally had in mind. She was very clean; putting on gloves the moment she walked into the room. She opened everything right in front of me and helped me to be very comfortable with what she was doing. (Shes also a Fire Fly fan which made for great conversation). She did an amazing job and I have no regrets at all. I am very proud of what I got and am very pleased with the service and professionalism of the staff and my artist Jess. I HIGHLY recommend this place. You can call to make an appointment, or do like I did and just go in there and make an appointment which would be better, that way you can tell them what you want before hand.
