Needs better signage to get into their delivery parking lot. Typical coke plant. Load was tipped over because they never wrap the pallets enough to keep them together

Its a normal coke, hurry up and wait so dont show up too early. There is parking at the Lowes , you can park at the speedway but its limited . When you get off the exit 27B off I-271 N , go straight thru the light to the second drive on the left. Very friendly staff .

You get here late they refuse you, you get here early you wait!! Need to put a fire under somebodys bottom and get them to unloading trucks, idk where Im not seeing no fast unload

5 hour unload. Unloaded two trucks that came in after me before me. People were generally pleasant except for one or two but five hours for 15 pallets is ridiculous. Anytime I deliver to Coca-Cola its a nightmare anywhere in the US

Fast unloading. Got there early for my delivery took me in and I was out in under 2 hrs.

Trucks Entrance not on miles rd. Go straight when you take exit cross speedway and Amazon Entrance on left. Nice security officer. Empty in 2 hours.

Once u are on 287 erie pa get off at 27b miles rd..as soon as u take the exit ramp u will see a speedway just go straight cuz google maps and ur trk gps will tell u to make a left...u cant miss the building coca cola once straight its self explanatory u will also see amazon..but of course if u are coming thru miles rd turn where u see speedway gas station

Fast, friendly

Good places to work but you want advance in the company if you can throw cases. Some people keep you from advancing and there is no team worker and they dont have incentives for good hard workers.

When you come off the highway go straight thru the light past speedway into the Amazon warehouse its the second driveway on the left, NO SIGNS or GUARD HOUSE or anything to point you in the right direction, no bathrooms have to use speedway, got me in and out in about an hour, great work yall!

Be careful truck drivers they change the entrance, now the entrance for the building is from the amazon warehouse, just go straight from the exit traffic lights, pass the speedway, first entrance on the left.

It did take quite awhile to get unloaded even though it was a Saturday. I was there about 4 hrs. There were 3 other trucks ahead of me and at first there was only 1 forklift driver. Towards the end there were 2. I rated 3 stars, probably overkill. But Im extremely patient. Ill go back again but itll definitely be during the week

I had a wonderful experience with the Cleveland Coca-Cola Bottling Co in Cleveland, Ohio. I requested empty barrels to be used in a rain retention project at my home. The companys workers were very helpful and both sides enjoyed good nature ribbing. I arrived with a Prius and anyone at the complex let me know that the vehicle was not large enough, but circumstances worked out well.

The security guard makes this place! Anyway the gate doesnt open until (6am) no parking in the driveway

Yesterday was good today for me because first time Coca-Cola warehouse did a good job my appointment was 9 o’clock and they take me in 7 o’clock I got a empty within 45 minutes so The old guy working security he’s a very nice guy so I should say him thank you Not a Coca-Cola warehouse

ABARTA IS NOW ONE OF THE LARGEST COCA-COLA FRANCHISEES HOW UNFORTUNATE. CLEVELAND COCA COLA BOTTLING ALWAYS GAVE US EXCELLENT SERVICE. APPARENTLY ABARTA IS SUCH A LARGE COMPANY NOW THEY DONT EVEN CARE IF THEY GET YOUR ORDER DELIVERED. TRYING TO PLACE AN ORDER OR TALK TO SOMEONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE -BE PREPARED TO WAIT AT LEAST 15 MINUTES ON THE PHONE EVERY TIME. TALK TO A SUPERVISOR- THEY DO NOT CARE AND THEY LET YOU KNOW IT. UNBELIEVABLE. CAN ANYONE RECOMMEND A LOCAL SODA BRAND THAT SERVICES CLEVELAND? I WANT TO GET RID OF THIS DISASTER ASAP.

Businesses that have a union are slowing down America. Unions are not needed anymore. Truck drivers wait here too long getting unloaded and loaded. It takes them over an hour to unload a truck when most non union business take on the average of 20 minutes to load and unload their product.

We are a small business and Coca-Cola reminds us of that at every turn. They dont return calls, the woman answering the service line is incredibly rude. We have been trying to get our fridge serviced and its always a challenge. All we want is a fridge that keeps the products we sell cold. It shouldt be that hard.

Was calling for information regarding touring facility... Person answering phone, had no information.. Didnt know who would have the information .. Sooooo I was transferred to all kinds of voice mails .. With no assistance.. I hung up .. Sorry that businesses in MY OWN COMMUNITY have such POOR customer service .....
