Great staff, and the only place in town I go to get my hair color.

I have been a loyal customer of Sally’s foo over 30 years. Several years ago there was a certain employee in the store and while I was in there shopping one day one of the customers missed took me for putting some thing in my purse and actually it was my glasses and Case. Since then I get the cold shoulder every time I enter the store because of what was said about me. I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years and have never taken anything from Sally’s Nor would I ever. I was raised to be an honest person and did not steal. I feel like I should post this because I’m tired of getting the cold shoulder every time I go in the cleveland store.

The women there are so sweet and helpful😊and the prices are so unbeatable🙌its my go to store for all my hair needs!!!

The store is clean and well managed, my wife had no trouble finding what she needed and the staff was very attentive.

The people here know their products and the prices are better than any other beauty supply store Ive been in.

Ive always loved this place, always nice ppl an smart. They at least know about the products they sale....I will be back again. Thank you for being there..hope you never leave. 👍✌💜

Staff is helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I only get my hair color here as they have a great selection that is excellent quality. They have good sales on professional hair care.

The staff has always been very knowledgeable with the type of hair color I need and the prices are great! One time I got a free bag for the type of hair color I bought. That was neat. It was a nice bag too!

Friendly staff helped me order supplies for pickup by taking each item on my list and running back and forth to check inventory for me. They were amazing.

I usually have a good experience here but today not so much. I walked in the women at the counter said hi and that was it I walked around the store no one to help. I was looking for a certain product and when I went up to the counter to ask for help I was given a stop hand was told they need time to fix there regiesters before any help was given. They began to ignore me and keep having their conversation and counting money. I left no reason to give my money to a place that can’t even help me find a product. Won’t be going back

All your needs in ONE place from head to toe including a wide & excellent line of makeup. All your salon needs whether you own one or not, waxing, nail care, skin, hair etc, for kids and adults too! I highly recommend this store bc its one of a kind and the ppl there are very sweet and helpful!! Im not a cosmotologist but everything is I believe much cheaper than drug store and buying in a salon, go in and check it out and sign up for text/sms/mms notifications too!!!☆☆☆☆☆

Found things mom wanted, there was a pretty blond girl at the cashier that day, very helpful, I cant recall what she said to me while Mom was deciding on what to get, but it made me feel safe, I really appreciated that as a current PTSD sufferer

Its 9:20, the store is supposed to open at 9 and theres other people waiting for them to open too.Cant sell product of your not open.Keith street Cleveland TN.
