From the very beginning of dealing with these folks, they were extremely professional and friendly. Reginald and Rex came out to get the measurements for our replacement front awning on Monday morning, and initially said the work would be done by Friday. They ended up finishing a day earlier than planned! We did have a smaller job, but altogether it took less than a half-hour for the removal of the old awning and the installation of the new one. Every single person from this company was pleasant and kind. If I ever needed another awning, I would definitely call them again. Pricing was great too!

Just called this company and asked if they came out and did estimates and they dont which is fine. They want you to come to the store and they will doing pricing and etc there. Im reviewing the awful phone customer service I received from the person who picked up at 11:20 AM on 4/12/21. This person was not kind at all and basically ended the call before I could ask another question. I dont care how good your work is or how many five star reviews you get because if you have someone who is rude to a potential customer on the other line it means nothing. This is not the only company in town and we will be taking our business elsewhere.
