I wish I could give out 50 stars! Our lifesaver(sorry I forgot to ask his name, the one with tattoos on his arm) kindly offer his help at the store’s closing time. Otherwise we could have been spending hours fixing the flat tire. Price, promptness and staff all great! Mostly, a CARING heart! No wonder they got such high ratings!

Steve is absolutely amazing always goes above and beyond for his customers. He always makes getting work done on my car a very pleasant experience.

This is the second time I’ve been to this business, and I’ll keep coming back! Steve and everyone here is always very helpful and honest with me. They’re great at explaining what is happening and why, without taking advantage of those that aren’t knowledgeable on car repairs.

Terrible customer service! I set up an appointment request online at 11am on Saturday 8/21 for 1:30pm. I received and email confirmation stating I would receive an email to confirm date and time. I did not so I assumed my appointment was confirmed. After I arrived to the store I was asked “Oh you didn’t receive your email”? “I can’t take your car today we are too busy and I’m backed up due to a compressor going down during the week.” So I looked at my emails and nothing was there. He then said “Honestly it’s hard to can’t get an appointment the same day anyway.” “I can get you in for 8/26.” I politely said no that wouldn’t work for me and went on my way. Why would online allow me to request an appointment if you couldn’t take my car? I understand things happen that you can’t control because I’ve been in retail for over 20 years. A quick phone call would’ve been nice not an just an email especially because I waited 2hrs when I could went somewhere else.

Steve, the manager, was amazing! There was a power outage a few weeks ago so my car was stuck up on the lift and there was no designated time listed as to when power would be restored to the area. Steve personally saw to it that I was not carless and went out of his way to make sure my weekend plans were not ruined because of the ordeal! Steve, you rock!

Steve was polite on the phone and got right back to me with a great price. I dropped my vehicle in the evening and it was ready early in the morning. They didnt leave grease prints on my visor or door knobs and gave me a great overall experience. I will definitely return!

Best place in town for vehicle maintained! They are changing their name to tire choice but nothing has changed. Great deals and really work with you to make sure you have the proper services for your vehicle. Shoe is a god and only sells you necessary products and services while advising when and what services are coming up for your vehicle.

We were on a trip out of state and our battery died while we were at the gas station. Thankfully Monroe Auto Services was right next door and the man there came right over to jump start our car. He was concerned we wouldn’t make the rest of our 12 hour trip so he checked our battery for us and on finding it needed to be changed he got us a great quote on a new one. They didn’t have it at that location but they directed us to this store where we got everything taken care of. Great service overall! Thank you again!

I visited for the first time last week after setting up an online appointment. I didnt notice the email saying they wouldnt be able to fit me in at said time, but when I arrived I was greeted kindly and was given a new appointment for the same time a few days after.Second visit my van was promptly repaired after being given an option for a total repair or a temporary repair and I was a quoted a fair price compared to what most others would for the same task.To summarize they did an excellent repair although I did choose the temporary repair of my exhaust system, I got quoted a very good price and had a wonderful conversation with their manager.

Poor online service.Although I have had good experiences here in the past, on Saturday I booked an appointment online for an open time slot and was disappointed in the handling of its cancellation. The store emailed a request to reschedule because they stated they do not do same day oil changes on Saturday. The store then went ahead and confirmed the new time slot (without my knowledge) and sent a confirmation email. I had only seen the Online Appointment Confirmed subject line and traveled to the store only to realize that they cancelled it on me.

They have the best take there. And they always take care of me when I come in.

Steve Scowary, the store manager, is AMAZING in every way. His staff is just like him, super helpful and professional.Since I found this place Ive been going back every time I have a car problem, they are the best! Last year, around Easter, everyone was closed, and Steve was open, but was going to close in 10 min. I walk in with my mom, she had hit a construction cone on highway and it scraped part of her plastic shell under the car and was dragging on the ground, and she was very emotional. Steve took the time to TALK TO HER and CALM HER DOWN and reassure her things will be ok, he then stayed open late just to fix her shell under the car (and her car had another issue), so he stayed a total of 40 minutes LATER after he had planned on closing just for us. And he charged us a very small reasonable price for her car issue, and he even checked her oil and tire pressure for free.I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW GOOD AND KIND this man is!! He is the personification of calm and professionalism, kind and so good at talking to people. I honestly look fwd to the interaction ill have with him when I go there, not just to get my car fixed. He never overcharges, and he gets things done fast and well. He is the ultimate professional, and the best auto place manager I have ever interacted with. Highly recommend!!!!

Although I have only been bringing my car here for the past year, I definitely recommend this shop. There is great service and the work here is excellent! The prices aren’t too out of proportion as well.

The employees are very friendly, helpful, and honest. They helped me diagnose a bent steel rim (cheap to replace) as opposed to a bad bearing (not cheap) in one of my wheels. I felt they really went above and beyond what I was expecting.
