I cannot say enough good things about Bernie and Lia and their mechanics! I knew my car needed MAJOR repairs and he gave me a fair price, explained why I needed everything, and got the car completely fixed and back to me the same day. This is probably the 3rd or 4th time we have taken one of our cars in and I really am happy with the quality of the repairs as well as the kindness and professionalism shown to us. We will definitely take our cars back to Bernie again for maintenance and repairs. They even came to get me (I do live quite close) so I could pick up my car when it was done. I wish I could give this business ZERO stars! Not only did I not have my car repaired correctly, they damaged it as well!!!! I had waited for my friend to fix this issue with them because he took my car there and it never happened, although we called days later to talk to the wife about it not being fixed correctly. The owner had told us that we took it somewhere else and they are the ones that caused the damage. Thats funny because my car would be fixed if that was the case.....the air is still not working. Horrible business. The physical aspect that was damaged was a seperate issue they caused. The air conditioning never worked upon me getting my vehicle back after paying hundreds of dollars. I will continue to let others know about the quality and irresponsibility of this business.

Horrible place. Went for oil change and inspection. Let them do brakes. During their inspection they broke our intake and didnt tell us, didnt put screws back where they belonged, brakes are squeaking. And the kicker, owner smashed our car into someone elses. My husband was there and witnessed it. They said they would make it right. Their idea of making it right for a Mercedes was to dot paint into the scratches. Tried getting in my face when I said that was unacceptable screaming at me.

All my communications with Vince were top-notch with respect to professionalism, and I felt his inspection of my car was above-and-beyond thorough and at an extremely reasonable price to boot. He was crystal clear in his report and also took the time to ensure I was educated about the vehicle I was purchasing. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! The owner is very dishonest and unprofessional! I went to this man for a tune up on my Jetta and got quoted a really fair price over the phone, and before we hung up I made sure we were on the same page about this price. He assured me that the price quoted would be the price I would pay. When it was time to pick my car up, his receptionist showed me a bill that was $100 over the price agreed upon. When I asked to speak to the owner, he came out and tryed to make up lies about what he quoted over the phone as if I just made it up in my head and proceeded to argue with me over this bill. He must have known that I wasnt gonna go away so he told his receptionist to bill me the original quoted price. Long story short, I never had to deal with such an unprofessional and dishonest business in my life. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Family owned business. Fixed my VW check engine light then it came back on. Took it back they fixed it some more. Offered money the second time and they refused the money. Who does that? So very honest.

This is a team of professionals. The customer lobby was clean and well run by the receptionist who welcomed every individual as they entered. An estimated price was provided to me (verbally) upfront for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2017 GLC 300 MB. This estimated price was the price when all was said and done. I am very particular about my car, and where I have it serviced. I had heard nothing but good things about this place so I decided to try it out for myself. I had a timing belt and transmission fluid done on a vw jetta. The car runs like its brand new. The owner is very reasonable and very honest. He is a sweet Italian gentleman to whom I went through a referral. I had to kiss his hands and tell him how much I really admired not just his service but also his personality!🙂It cant get any better than this!

Weve taken our car here twice and have gotten wonderful service. First time for the brakes and they did the work for almost half the price of what the chain shops quoted us. They were quick, upfront, and did a great job. The second was for engine problems. They were very upfront and honest... Even checked to see if the car was covered under warranty (it is).They were very thorough both times, even when the chain mechanic wasnt, I feel confident that they are fixing the car right and not skimping or overlooking anything.We will always bring our cars here!

Bernie has operated on several vehicles over the past 20 years to the highest degree of professionalism. I have brought lumps of coal to him and he created a diamond. He is fair, honest and most of all thorough. All work is discussed prior to the teardown, etc.He really knows what he is doing - there is no guesswork!

They are honest and respect their customers, the techs and office are knowledgeable and explain everything, and they dont try to oversell you on repairs you dont need. Prices are very reasonable. This is how all auto repair shops should be run.

Took my Mercedes in to this shop for the first time this week. The AC compressor had failed. Bernie took the job in and had it done in less than one days time. Fair and honest and does quality work. I highly recommend this shop versus going to the dealer, (stealer).

We took our Audi up here to fix a electrical problem. They claim they rewired our car. We had to take it back up there 2 more times after that. Our car is not fixed. $276 down the drain. We do NOT recommend this place.

We have been taking our cars to Bernie for 11 years. He is smart, knows his stuff and is fair and honest. We trust him without any reservations about his recommendations. One time, we were thinking about getting rid of one of our Hondas; it was getting old and rusty. He convinced us to keep it because it was mechanically sound and would serve us for years to come. We kept the car, our daughter learned to drive in it, and it was her first car to drive around town. We appreciate his down-to-earth approach, sense of humor and love for his craft.

Worst experience I had ever had. And I think it was only because I was Hispanic. Made an appointment on one day, told me to came in Next day. Went there next day and the Mechanic almost kill me with his eyes. I do not know what was his problem, we all have those days . I did not deserved to be treated that way..I am just a customer like every body else. He is lucky I am not a bad person and I do not have time for that kind of service otherwise I would ended suing that company. Hopefully nobody else gets treated that way ...
