Ordered my windshield September 27th and it said it was available then after the deal was done it said it wasnt available and would take 10 to 12 business days. Ive called twice and they tell me itll be a week or so but still havent received anything.. Im at 5 weeks without my product which is pretty pathetic considering it said windshield was in stock.

Bought their awesome smack back buggy mirrors and then bought a glass windshield from them, had a issue with my order and they worked with me and got it resolved and sent me some free merch for the hassle. Very nice people to deal with! Thank you guys!

I originally purchased a receiver hitch from Drag Fire. It claimed 350 lbs tongue weight. Started bending down at 225 lbs. Dont bother calling or emailing their support. Just bought an EMP hitch. WOW. It is so much stronger and covers the entire differential. Really nice product. Thank you

Ordered a hard coated front and rear windshield for a Polaris Ranger 900xp. Front windshield does not fit the frame, is bowed out at the top. I emailed back and forth three times with Mike. Each time he questioned if the windshield was their product, although he was sent two pictures: 1) with their EMP logo etched into the windshield and 2) a larger view of the windshield on a 900xp. His last email was Id need to trim the windshield to fit, as thats what everyone does. I asked for a return or new windshield, no reply to date.

BUYERS BEWARE!! Terrible and slow service, also rude when dealing with them. Took a month to get the windshield and it was packaged not well, it arrived broke. They did pay for the windshield to be fixed by my local window shop, but it was a battle. I also ordered a wiper motor kit the same time. I finally got tired of them giving me the run around on when it will be shipped. So I cancelled the order and the called me back and said we have the pump if you still want it, well get it out today? I chuckled and told them no, refund my money. Well, I didnt get the full amount back, they said it was restocking fees. This is not how you run a business!

Very unhappy. Windshield starts to rust the first time I wash it. Garage kept the whole time. Definitely not powder coating as advertised. They said they would do nothing because its six months old and warranty is only 30 days. Do not buy there!

I ordered a 300$ item from them they said they delivered it i had some one sitting at home waiting for it and a camera on my gate we never received it they insisted they delivered it ! i would really re consider ordering from this company i never got my money back and they were unwilling to help they are a very shady company shop in person if you are able i would not even give them one star

I bought a Cooter Brown universal top for my Polaris Ranger. I promptly lost the directions and could not find them online. I had been procrastinating on calling the company because I hate dealing with customer service. That turned out to be a giant mistake on my part. I was extremely impressed with the amount of time and effort the customer rep spent helping me out. I dont know if the top is a good buy yet but the service I received so far is top notch

I wish I had read the return policy first. NO returns unless product has a manufactures defect or damaged in shipping. You cannot return it when you discover it is over priced junk. Even if they accept a return the customer must pay shipping and a 20% restocking fee! TWENTY PER CENT !!!I do NOT recommend this business.

Buyer beware! Very dishonest people. We bought a new powder-coated metal top for our utv from this company through Amazon. Top arrived end of November, installed December and came home 2 weeks ago to find the powder coating all over our yard from the top and the entire top was rusted underneath. They not only told Amazon they wouldnt do anything, they have tried to remove the product from Amazon so no reviews can be left. Stay away!!

Do yourself a favor and do not buy the slide on 5 foot plow for a Compact Kubota Tractor B2620 unless you know how to weld. I have had to remove this three times in 4 years to fix welds. The latest is replacing the piece with that the pin holes go into. This is a very light duty under Engineered plow made (soft thin steel) for a small 4 wheeler on a flat paved driveway only.

Ive bought multiple parts for my different side by sides for the past ten years. I have always been treated well and parts have always been easy to install. Just picked up new X3 glass windshield and couldnt be more happy.Plus made in USA.

We ordered side mirrors for our 2019 can am maverick trail 2 weeks before fathers day. I want to give this company a chance , Ive called numerous times they said the mirrors are on back order should be shipped out after the 4th of july. Well its now July 18th and still nothing. Come on summers gonna be over in no time and lots of rides will be coming to a end. So some kind of customer service call to us would be great to reassure us there working on it. Overnight it to us via good customer relations. Extreme metal products go above to make this a good situation for both of us. Still I wanna give them a chance but my patients is running out.

There Can am maverick sport parking brake doesnt not fit . Had to grind and file it. Also doesnt secure the power steering box very well. Look elsewhere . Once they have your $$$ the support is non existent. In fact if I ever travel in there area Im paying them a visit.

If its lower prices that you are looking for you found it but what you save definitely is not worth having to wait an undetermined amount of time to receive your order because everything is always in back order. The dates stated that you will receive your order are nowhere near when you will actually receive it. So do not have the preconceived notion that you will have your items anywhere near the estimated delivery date or any other date you are emailed about from Extreme Metal Products. Let customers know BEFORE they purchase and pay for an item that it is on back order so they have opportunity to buy elsewhere if they need it by a particular date.

Installed a flip up windshield on a polaris general and I was not pleased with the fit and finish of it at all and was confused why the seal is not long enough to go around the entire windshield. The install was not as easy as it looks so dont expect it to be a quick job. If your looking for a windshield that has more hardware than a hardware store and you have a handful of tools then maybe it is for you but I dont recommend purchasing one if your looking for a simple install with no fitment issues.

I ordered a windshield for a can am x3 with 2 wipers, recieved my order approximately 2 weeks later and only one wiper was in the box. I contacted the company and they stated one would be mailed out immediately. 2 weeks later I call and let them know I didnt receive it and they informed me it was never sent. They stated it would then be sent out the next business day and if for some reason I end up receiving 2 I need to contact them. One week later I received my item.When giving a review on an online forum I was honest and stated my thoughts when one of their employees decided to chime in and say it looks like I would be someone who wouldnt return the second item if I actually received a second item. EMPLOYEES NAME RICK OTT. If this is the way you run business you all will never get a penny of mine or anyone I offroad with

Well great that it’s a Cleveland company but spent $400.00 on a windshield for my 2018 mule fxt problem was that it doesn’t fit with the factory roof called them and their solution was to cut the windshield with a jigsaw. I thought as it said in there website made in cleveland I thought I could bring it back and have them fit it to the vehicle that it is stated to fit not the case. Disappointing they probably back Cleveland sports to.

I own twisted customs and just recently started sellimg enp products. I can honestly say these guys know their stuff with probably one of the most knowledgeable staff. If you have a UTV or ATV and you have tried EMP products yet dont wait any longer do it

Would really like to give a better review but Im basing this review on service. I recently ordered side mirrors for my can-am here at roughly around $65us upon checkout I was then charged an additional $45 to ship, although it was getting high in price it was still lower than dealer so I continued, now this part is my fault the exchange rate turned that $110 into $150 so I immediately send email to cancel, now at this price for such a small box you would think that would cover all shipping etc but nope I get another $50 at border because they did not cancel order as I requested. So again I reach out to them and this is where my review comes in play. In bold text I receive an email to just return the item, now buddy I dont give two s@#ts if you had a bad day I emailed you long before it was shipped out to cancel and you didnt, so instead of working with me on this I ended up getting stuck with a $50 bill and no product..

My windshield looks like Bobs with the rust spots. Probably havent put 10 hours on the machine in the year since installing. Stored in garage. Nothing else on the UTV has rust just windshield.

Buyer beware: poor customer service and they do not cover shipping for returns. I bought a windshield and roof for my 2014 Kawasaki mule. It took a ton of looking for what I wanted, in my price range, and both that would work together. I thought I finally found it and ordered it. Unfortunately there are no reviews on their website. I got the windshield first, and although it was VERY difficult to install, I did keep it. The roof was on back order and took over a month to get. When I got it, it was for a 2 seater and I have a 4 seater. Since I ordered the windshield was for a 4 seater I was disappointed that they did not catch that on my order. But my fault so I paid the $96 to return the $279 windshield. I did send them an email asking if maybe they would pay for part of the shipping. I never got a response at all from them. They received the windshield over a month ago, and I have yet to get the refund. I emailed them again last week, and no response. I finally had to call them and they said they had what they needed and they would process the refund. Still hasn’t happened. Will never order from them again.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the customer service and quality of EMP Products.

Purchased 50 light bar mounting brackets for a Ranger Crew. Couldnt be more pleased with it. Fit great and very high quality.

I dont think they understand off-roading. I purchased side view mirrors for my Polaris General. I contacted them to ask if they sent the right mounting brackets. Both mirrors have a range of motion that allows the driver to tilt the to their forward limit which provides a view straight up into space, tilt them to their rearward limit and the best you get is a standard on-road view of the vehicle in back of you. I live in the mountains of Colorado and where we ride we routinely have narrow trails with 500+ shear drops on one side. If you need to maneuver on the trail and want to tilt the mirror down for a view of your rear tire in relation to the edge of the trail/cliff forget it, no can do. If you want to look at the Milky Way without bending your neck as you sail over a cliff youve bought the right mirrors. When I contacted Mike at EMP to let him know that he simply has the mounting holes drilled in the wrong place this was his response: That’s just how we make the brackets Glenn. Not sure if you can bend them for what you’re looking for. Seriously, these are nice quality mirrors but what a ridiculous response. And if he just listened to what I was saying all he needs to do is drill his lower mounting holes 3/8 forward and problem solved. Obviously not big deal, I can spend the 15 minutes to remove, drill, paint and reinstall but thats not the point when you spend $65 on a set of mirrors. Maybe all of his customers use their UTVs on the street and at night for star parties. If this is Mikes normal attitude toward the design of his products, buyer beware... you should be prepared to rework his stuff to make it function properly.
