Will not answer the phone at the store customer service desk or in automotive. Called 3 different stores same thing. Needed to know if they had trailer tires in stock. Had to call because the web site is just as useless as the non existent customer service un the store.

I saw the other reviews and was really nervous about receiving service, but nope not today!!! I wish I could remember all the people who helped me to mention them.....they were terrific!!! From the time I came in with worry on my face from the time I left. They were informative, patient, and had great customer service, even when I had to call back on the phone. Not one attitude was mean or nasty. Thanks for replacing my tires and help keep my family safe 😁

Took forever to change a battery just to find out battery didnt fit. Waste of time.

Every time I come it’s attitude the guy I guess just started I asked him did he know what he was doing he stared at me and said I just started doing this I don’t know. Not worth coming here Parma or Olmsted for me

Brought 4 new tires here. They got completely worn off in 2 months. Came here to replace, they asked me to come next day and nothing happens. And my tire blew up while I was on the way.Iam waiting in line from 40 min. Iam second in line and there is no one here at the counter from the time they opened the store.

Do *not ever* go to this location. All the negative reviews are true. It’s a bunch of oafs who don’t know what they’re doing.

Bad customer service, they don’t answer the phone, and when they decide to answer they put you on hold without even telling you. Help center can not do anything about it so don’t even bother and call.

They lack good customers service. I bought my tires from them and when one of them flats, I waited on the line for an hour before they told me that theres no certified technician to fix it for me. Previously I bought my car battery and it dead after 2 weeks and I waited on line for 2.75 hrs before I was told to leave my car and they will call me because some people are ahead me for service, for testing battery? I dont think so. Then I left for Steelyard location and it too them less than 15 minutes to address the issue. Thanks to their Auto Manager, Hassan.

You guys are the worse place ever to get an oil change at. It makes no sense that it takes 2-4 for a simple oil change. I will never come back I’ll rather pay someone $60 for an oil change before I sit in that place again that long for a simple ass job. I would never recommend anyone to go here for an oil change or tire issues they move so slow &nd don’t give a damn about the customers waiting hours for their car. I’ll continue to go to Valvoline cheaper &nd very great customer service 15 min job like they say.

Regret going to steelyard Walmart auto center for tires. They jacked up my car wrong and damaged it. They also bypassed my tire pressure monitor system and they also got grease in my car and black tar like stuff all over my rims

Went to get an oil change and the website says the auto care open at noon however when I get there they only do oil changes from 9am til 11am very disappointing. Employee says the website hasnt been updated. Another day wasted

Best Customer service! Was here for an oil change the ladies at the counter always friendly, very knowledgeable, now we talk about the technicians again very knowledgeable about what they are doing, great job fast and clean. Give them 5 stars. Best experience!

Made a horrible mistake by purchasing tires there. They managed to take 2 hours (>90 minutes actually working on it) to swap 4 tires. Then the air pressure was uneven on all tires. Service was unfriendly. The instructions on the website didnt mean anything since they have their own rules and behave like the customer is an idiot for not knowing them. Attitude was plentiful and incompetence is an art form there. Enjoy watching the people working on your car. They have a lot of fun with each other and manage to stretch simple tasks in amazing ways. The place is badly managed. I cannot imagine that anyone would go there a second time. I will definitely not make any more purchases there.

This place made two appointments for us to have tires put on our vehicle only for us to arrive for a 7am appointment to find they didnt have the tires in stock! We were told twice over the phone that yes, they had the tires and would install them. The clerk was very rude and literally sneered when she informed us that they did not have the tires. She acted as if it was our mistake although the clerk who had made the appointment had looked up tire size for us according to vehicle type. She offered no solution. The place itself was dirty. I will never go back.

For being very short staffed, they provided excellent service. Granted, I had to wait 3 hrs, but you cant expect just 2 or 3 Techs to finish a whole list of cars. It takes time to work on cars, and to do it correctly. If anything, its not the Techs fault, Id blame upper management for not scheduling more Techs!

Got here at 12 no cars in the parking lot. Its going on 4 there was only one or two people ahead of me. They are very slow. Just for an oil change. they sent both lube technicians on lunch at the same time which doesnt make sense. So Ill probably be here till 5. 4 or 5 hours just for an oil change.

I gave one star, but I would have given 0 if I could. No appointments, so I waited 2 and a half hours to have my tires rotated. Manager apologized for my concerns, but insisted that Walmart feels the first come, first served is their best strategy. If you were served, appointment, and did t have to wait 2.5 hours would you improve customer satisfaction? Of course you would.This is the second time I had to wait. Avon, Ohio kept me waiting 3 hours. I thought this was an anomaly, but I was wrong. Does anyone care at Walmart?

This place is cheaper than other auto care shops but the reason i give it 2 stars is the wait. I have them 1 star for each hour i had to wait for an oil change. So the stars are not in their favor. Lol

I had a flat tire and this was the only nearby place open on a Sunday. I had to drive back to Louisville which is 6 hrs away. People in this shop had no concern for my problem. After 2 hours of waiting, they still havent fixed my tire. Terrible terrible place. Dont go to this place ever.

Had a puncture in my tire, I would just plug it if it were a nail, but no, it is a jagged piece of plastic... despite having no customers they turned me away, because it was 10 min. til 7pm... they are open until 7pm.. I understand it was close to closing but I was there before 7pm! If you are going to turn customers away after 6:30, then you should just say you close at 6:30pm.. I am very disappointed in the service here... Now I have to drive home with a damaged front tire. Rest assured I will get new tires from another eatablishment!

I love Wal-Mart auto center but they have neglected to vacuum my car with my oil change service THE PAST 3 OIL CHANGES. I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER

This is unbelievable- I’ve been waiting almost 2 hours to repair a flat tire. I was the first one in at 7am and it’s almost 9a.I kept getting told it’s because they had to unload a tire truck.1. I don’t know how to measure that timeframe!! I don’t work here!! Provide a timeframe- not an active.2. You wouldn’t need to unload any tires off a truck if you didn’t have customers! Customers should probably come first. Specially for a job that I could have handled on my own in under 20 mins total.Thanks for making me exceptionally late to work. I’d ask to speak with a manager but apparently no one works here.

Took my car here for a mount and balance and I was missing a lug on my front wheel. Returned a second time because my car now had a wobble so they re-balaced the tires and now they stripped the lugs by using a wrong a size socket.Oil change is ok and good price but I wouldnt get tire work done here ever again.

I called about a simple oil change but this is the wrong number for this department! So she gave me the actual number but I was on hold for a least 10 minutes waiting for he representative to transfer my call to only get transferred to customer service! To wait another 10 minutes DONT GO HERE

Just waited about an hour for an oil change. There was one car in front of mine when I arrived. I decided to leave before they finished the car in front of me. This garage is obviously understaffed and employees seem to be burnt out because of it. I regret wasting my time at this location- dont make the same mistake.

I was told if would take 3 hours to replace two tires and 3 cars were ahead of me. I waited the 3 hours and my car hadnt moved at all. I also observed 6 cars that were being worked on before mine. I was lied to and given the run around so I took my keys back and ill go elsewhere. They also dont carry my size of wipers lol

The employees made it clear they open up at 7am and they take the last vehicle 5:30-6pm depending how busy they are. They did even let me know it is a first come first serve basis. I have brought my car in multiple times for service and never had a problem. The ladies at the desk even let me know if i dont pick my vehicle up by 6:50p my keys will be up at customer service for pick up. Best walmart ive been to and the only one id go to for service.

Service at this location sucks!! Went in to get an oil change there was not a single vehicle in any lane, i was told that i would be out really quick, so went and walk around the store for 30 min. To come back and find out that they havent started on my truck. While every one was having a gathering, so I asked they got in a hurry and got started only to sit there another 30 min with the hood open, so then finally they come up to me and told me they dont have the oil ive requested, so use different oil, sat there another 45 min. For my vehicle to be done... no wonder they have no bussines,, am glad its not my neighborhood walmart cause am definitely not coming back here again

Slow as can be, one car in front of me and it took almost four hours to mount tires.

It was a 2 hour wait, so I went to the next place. But never had any issues here.

Second time stopping. Both visits I waited FOUR HOURS to get a single tire changed. Woman waiting with me waited four hours to be told they didnt have the part to change her oil. Yikes.
