One of the technicians accidentally snapped my wipers while installing my new windshield and they were very accommodating in replacing them. Shortly after, I noticed issues with my wipers. When I brought my car back, it turned out that my wipers were installed backwards. The technician who helped me was extremely professional and was more than happy to make the switch. When I spoke with the front desk regarding this installation mistake, they told me that the wipers were covered under warranty for the windshield and wouldnt offer any additional compensation for my inconvenience having had to leave work early and deal with poorly functional wipers.Overall great technicians, poor customer service.Edit: Original review 3 stars -> 1 star due to their response to this review. I want to set a few things straight:One of the technicians told me directly that there was a newer technician working on repairing my windshield. During the installation, the wipers were taken off to place the new glass. He did not sync the wipers prior to fixing them in place. As a result, they snapped against each other and broke during the installation process. I recently replaced my wipers a few months ago, so the breakage was definitely due to poor installation, not wear and tear.In addition, the discount that was applied was for same day appointment scheduling. No additional discount was offered for my inconvenience due to poor installation. Extremely disappointed that Glass Doctor feels the need to cover up their mistakes. Let this be a warning to future customers.

It took several times for them to be able to do the actual job because they needed a person with a certain level of expertise to get the big sliding glass door out, but in the end they did it and looks great.

I was so distraught when my bedroom window fell out of position and had one of its double panes broken while I was trying to clean it. I called Glass Doctor of Cleveland and after telling the gentleman on the phone what happened, he calmed me down and assured me that he would send a technician over that same day.When Mary the technician arrived, she was very professional and assessed the situation. She got the window back in place safely so it I would have the protection of the remaining single pane while she ordered the double pane replacement.When the new window pane arrived at their office about 10 days later, the technician brought it out and installed it into the window frame, and doing a beautiful job!The cost was very reasonable for such a great service. I had an excellent experience with Glass Doctor, the representative that came to replace a window was well prepared and professional. The window had not been taken out for years, it was challenging for the rep but he made it happen. The window looks great. He was wonderful and a lovely human being.

I came with my 3 month old puppy, And while he enjoyed exploring outside we were welcomed in. I felt very comfortable waiting outside with him and the front desk receptionist even came out and checked on us. We were done within an hour. Matt was excellent at explaining how the window repair would be made, and used the manufacturer specs to get as close of a match as possible to the original window. We gladly took him up on his offer to create a small sample of the LOE2 window, at no charge, so that we could confirm the tint and performance of the replacement window to match the others in the room. I was so glad to find the Glass Doctor. One of our family room windows on the outer panel has been broken for a long time. We didn’t know anything about glass repairs. Instead we were checking out window repairs and replacement. None of them will repair windows, instead they try to sell you expensive window sets that would cost thousands of dollars. Glass Doctor came over on the date and time promised. Measured my window. Two weeks later, my window is replaced with brand new glass in mint condition. Don’t call window companies. Call Glass Doctor if needs repaired. They did fantastic job I’m super thankful.

Glass Doctor installed frameless glass in a shower I had built. The sealant failed outside their one year warranty period. I have mold in my walls and the company will not do anything whatsoever to assist after two calls including speaking with a manager. They got their money and dont care. Choose where you spend your money wisely and think twice about Glass Doctor.

I had 4 windows I purchased from a manufacturer 8 years ago go bad under warranty. The warranty replaced the windows but did not cover labor so I called Glass Doctor to do the job.Understand that 2 of these windows were enormous and super heave. One needed to be installed aver 12 feet above the floor in my house. It was not a DIY fixA crew arrived at my house, set up scaffolding and protected my furniture and floor with coverings, and worked like a well honed machine to do the job. They were in and out even faster than expected and did the kind of work that deserved applause.I could not be happier with the crew. They were skillful, knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, and kind. They are now on my speed dial if I ever need glass help again.

Got a windshield replaced. The fitment wasnt even close to correct. Tried telling me it was right. They replaced the windshield again. Now it sounds like Im driving through a wind tunnel. Tech came out said everything was fine. I found a hole in the seal and fixed it myself. The weatherstripping came undone on the freeway. Staff is clueless. Not even wasting my time contacting them to get it fixed.

I hired them to replace two windows that failed and after 45 days they still have not finished the job. The left broken glass in my bedrooms carpet and after it rained the window leaked. I am still waiting on their promise to replace some trim that they broke. Very frustrating !

Arrived on time and did a great job with replacing the windshield. Took extra care prior to scheduling the appointment to make sure that I was receiving the right windshield. Hoping to never need another replacement but if so, will definitely use them again.

I had a cracked kitchen window and called Glass Doctor. My call was returned immediately and a representative came out the same day to measure for the replacement. On replacement day the installer communicated his arrival time and was very professional. It was a seamless process and I would not hesitate to use this company again.

If you need your glass replaced in one or more of those expensive windows you need to call the glass doctor. Replacing them is out of the question these days as product availability and quantities required will jump the price out of the realm of possibilities.

I have used the Glass Doctor in the past. It’s a mainstay in the NEO Cleveland area. I had a chip in my windshield and they delivered once more! The bonus is that now they offer custom showers, which I am in the market for. Kudos to the Glass Doctor.

Very quick and responsive! Called around 9:00am after finding out my passenger side window has been smashed in and had an appointment by 11:00am! Was able to drop it off to get repaired and called when it was ready to be picked him. I would highly recommend!

In the middle of freezing weather they were able to come out, assess the situation, and repair my broken window. From first call to completion turned out to be only a couple of hours because the assessor had the glass in his van and he took care of it quickly and professional. I was very impressed. The pricing was great for a glass table top to replace a broken one. The delivery of the item took only a couple days. I opted out of delivery and picked up the glass it was brung out quickly but the associate wasn’t very helpful in placement of the glass in vehicle as it wasn’t wrapped to protect it.
