I’m restoring my 31 year old Itaska motor home, s simple problem like the windshield wipers not working turned wiper linkage into a big headache. The bushings wore out. Dorman doesn’t make replacement, Winabego sent me to Miller’s, the have been most helpful in rengenerring the system with new uptodate parts.

Was looking for replacement rocker panels on my chevy cruze and was not finding much until I ran into mill supply. I was so happy to find they had replacement parts for it. I had to wait for a week or two until they were back in stock but they have shipped and will be here in a few days which is awesome. Ordered a new controller assembly for a western plow and received a broken assembly that someone installed the wrong bolts into and cracked the housing on all 4 sides at the manufacturer. I Contacted mill supply and they know they are receiving them broken and defective, but they still box them up and send them to the customer. I paid extra to expedite the parts that I needed and received broken parts. They have no replacements to send me so I have to purchase somewhere else if I want my plow fixed. Thanks for waisting my time. Never do business with someone who knows something is damaged but still ships it.

We use a Workhorse as our work vehicle which is extremely hard to find the correct parts for. Called these guys up. after a few questions they knew exactly what parts i needed. they have pretty much any part you could possibly need for medium sized trucks, work horses, sprinter vans and more. I bought a used postal p42 for my business in 2108. I had some issues getting parts til I found out about Mikls Supply. I ordered a few items including hydroboost assembly which I couldnt find for a reasonable price, til I looked on Mills Supply. I just ordered a rear bumper with an addition canper step and new LED headlights. They are my go to supplier!!

Well, one week later and Im still waiting for the prepaid return shipping label they were sending in an e-mail for a defective product. 2 weeks of run around to get an order right...NEVER will I ever order from them again!!!

Good seller of all things box truck. I have bought multiple times, roll up doors, panels, corner caps, always satisfied with shipping time and quality.

Was unimpressed with the customer service. Reached out to them as shipping to Alaska was going to be more than the parts themselves. There I met John Shega, who never answered the questions I asked. All I wanted was the cheapest way to get it shipped, and this guy acted like I was asking the world of him and would then give me what seemed like a couple random shipping quotes that again were even more expensive than the parts. It reached a point where I was convinced he was playing a game with my mind, like being stuck in Groundhog Day or waiting for someone to jump out and yell ‘You’re on Candid Camera’! But alas, I’m pretty sure he’s just an illiterate jerk. I will not be doing business with this company. 2 starts for at least having the part I wanted and responding... even if it was a bizarre.

Ive ordered from these folks 4 different times now over the course of a couple years. They always have the plow parts Im looking for, even for my early 70s model Meyer parts, and theyre always competitively priced.
