Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable folks here. Made buying my first nfa item a straight forward process. Ill gladly drive the 20 minutes from Chattanooga for this quality. I also appreciate the store is clean, organized, and not full of a bunch of political commentary.

Really nice people running a small shop. The selection isnt huge, but they have all the essentials. Most importantly they have a Silencer Shop kiosk and several suppressors on site you can see and touch before ordering. I highly recommend doing business here.

These guys are seriously knowledgeable. Thanks to their staff and on-site gunsmith I was able to remove a defective buffer tube detent and get it replaced same day. Also they seem to be the only place in the greater Chattanooga area that sell oops parts like detents, springs, etc. Would highly recommend for anybody looking to get started with guns.

Stopped in there on a Saturday morning and the guys were busy with other customers but still had toke the time to answer a few questions and had no problem referring me to other places to check on the products I wanted. These guys are great.

Cool old dude and an awesome store

While being a small store they have a good selection and the guys that work here know there stuff and are happy to answer any questions you have. They are a class 3 dealer so you can get SBRs and suppressors here and yes they will do background checks for online orders but you need to call them ahead of time to let them know. Their hours arent what I would like but it is a small shop so I understand. If your in the area check them out just be aware that traffic on paul Huff pkwy can be a mess so be careful.

Very reasonable to work with on form iv and I highly recommend as your dealer for class three items. They were easy to work with and very fair. Would plan to use them for business again in the future should I need to . Thanks again guys!!!!

Went in to use the silencer shop kiosk. However I live 50 minutes away and wasn’t sure how the shop would feel about me using their kiosk without having the suppressor delivered to them.I was met with no opposition and a friendly staff. I highly recommend and Gun Works will definitely be doing my next transfer.

One of my favorite places to visit very friendly staff and owner very helpful and great prices probably the best prices in town .great selection of firearms.ive bought a pistol 3 lower receivers and a few magazines here and all great quality products at the time my background check came back flagged and the owner helped me figure out what the problem was and helped me to solve it because Ive never had a bad background just came back with a flag for some reason it took some time but he helped me through the whole process and was able to get what I needed so great service really appreciate it.so for the bad reviews I dont no why you had a bad experience !

Absolutely terrible service! Went in today to check out the store, there were two other customers with two gun counter guys. I was at the gun counter for roughly 5 minutes and neither of the gun counter guys even acknowledged I was there. I will never return to this shop, I support small business but this one straight up sucks. All inventory was low budget ARs and mid to low pistols. If you like quality in firearms and customer services look else where.

Highly recommended for anything gun related. One of the best store I know of.

Walked in with intent of buying a pistol. No greeting, no fairwell, no interest in helping me at all. Older gentleman walked in three minutes after me and was instantly asked if he’d like help and shown guns. Maybe I didn’t fit their typical profile but I definitely felt like I was discriminated against. Took my business to American Defense Company and was treated like an individual. They earned my business and I’d suggest you let them earn yours because Gun Works doesn’t deserve your business.
