I have been doing business with Eagle Rental for years. My entire house is furnished with their furniture. The prices are great snd the staff and delivery personnel arr the best. They really go out of their way to make furniture buying a wonderful experience. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or lease furniture or accessories for their home. Thank you Eagle Rental for all of my beautiful home furnishings.

If I could give 0 stars I would this is a terrible place ! Not only is the staff extremely ghetto and trashy they are out of control. Giving out personal information about customers. Literally talking negatively about customers and sharing private and payment information. Milton is one of the culprits the furniture is used and they are unprofessional. I’d avoid going here at all costs. Seriously just go to Rent a Center

I just made another payment and still no apologies to me or my family. I rented a recliner and it had bed bugs on the first day of delivery. I didnt say anything because I thought it came from another area. But, this was not true the continue to show me bugs, 3 times I was bitten. I went and purchase alcohol 91% that help me kill them. Havent seen any in a week or two. The point is NO apologies at all or how is the chair coming along. So, be careful renting from this company !

I rented a brand new living room set, and I fully understand rental agreements cost more. Im fine with what the cost will end up being at the end, what Im not fine with is was delivered with 2 different holes in it. The delivery guy took pictures, said he would give them to the owner to review and he would be in contact with me. Im a patient person, so I wait to hear from them... I did finally get a call from the store, not about the damages, so I had to ask what they plan on doing about it. I was told the delivery guy never gave them photos of the damage, but if I email them the pictures, they would review them for what can be done to repair or what needed to be done, and would get back to me. So keep in mind, I bought it new, not pre-owned, and Im a patient person... that was April 30th,2019. Were now into July, I still havent heard from the store about what they are going to do, so Im planning on returning my livingroom set, because I dont see the damages being very important to them, or my being a happy customer with my purchase. If it was pre-owned, I would be more understanding that it had damages, but being brand new, Im not understanding that Im paying more for a damaged set that they obviously dont consider to be important enough to resolve. My payment was just made again, because Im on auto pay, although I did receive a text message today reminding me to make my payment that is already set up automatically that was slightly confusing to me, but I checked my account to see before sending the information asked to make the payment. I probably wouldnt feel this way if I wasnt already months waiting on the resolve, probably wouldnt feel this way if after already waiting to hear from them, having to email them about what they said they were unaware of, it still wasnt addressed. All they showed me was its fine with them, and Im now fine with returning it before my next payment is due.

Me and my wife went up there for a washer and dryer. The manager David, went over are application and said to us to come back up here Tuesday. We went back up that day and he couldnt find the application it took him over 30 minutes to find it. Then he told us that they sold are washer and dryer. She was more pissed than I was because she picked them out. We actually ended up going to Aarons Rental and they actually took the time to make sure everything was perfect. Are brand new washer and dryer will be here Saturday. Eagle rental you are the worse place. The management sucks. The whole place needs new employees and management.

The only black lady here was rude and disrespectful not only to myself and wife but my 4 year old child getting into a struggle match over their cheap treasure chest box. Made a complaint to the store manager david and of course took employee side. Thats fine. Denied my application? That actually works best for me. All i wanted was a deep freezer. Which sams club has the same size brand new and cheaper. If i really ever decide to go back here i WILL NOT do business with her.

The one on Northfield is very rude n disrespectful they dnt greet you at all or talk with you they are very mean I had the worse experience and felt very uncomfortable there im going to try Fulton I heard the are the best Northfield need to shut down.and let fulton run the show...😞😞😞😞
