This place is a joke I called and got a price quote on gold so they gave me a price of $2025 with taxand when I went there the guy said 2225$And called the extra 200$ taxYou gotta be joking me I said I already called for a price and the quote you gave me included the tax and now your trying to rip me off of $200Hell no this place is a joke

Very good business, I walked in about 2 years ago and I couldnt imagine going to another coin shop. Ive made about 50 to 60 transactions here and I have never been upset at a purchase as a later date. Always fair prices and the workers are extremely helpful and very nice. You cant go wrong with buying from these guys. I hate to spend money, but Im always happy to make an investment at the Coin Shop.

I sold some foreign currency here. I got 5 dollars I didn’t expect much. As a collector I wanted to check out what they had and went into the show room and couldn’t help but notice how dirty this place was. Coins were kind of expensive compared to others but honestly clean up that damn show room.

Many people told me this was the place to sell my coin collection in the Cleveland area. They offered me 25% more than two other shops. I didnt know they bought gold jewelry, wish I would have sold it here. Thank you for the great service.

I did business at the Coin Shop today; I didnt want to sell my coin but sometimes life forces you to do things youd rather not. The service was excellent, they treated me as if I was their only customer even with others in the lobby waiting. The gentleman who took care of me even gave me some education about the coins I was selling. They took all the time I needed (well within the 20-minute average) and paid me a fair sum for my coins. Its nothing flashy, just strictly business and handled very well.

After arriving i was very unimpressed with the old and dingy look of the lobby. Was low balled on an item, surley due to my appearance then went to Howards and was offered 200 dollars more there which i avoided in the first place because i read good reviews. However, after further reading more review they all seem to be very similar and Im sure are not real. I do not recommend this place at all. 0 stars if I could.

Totally Fair! I called around to a few shops in the area trying to trade in some old coins I ran into -- most of the places i called didnt even know what i had was worth something. I called here and he quoted me a price over the phone -- when i went in, they gave me the same price when i arrived. Im a fan!! New spot to trade and sell!

I have sold scrap and unwanted items to the Coin Shop for the last 10+ years. I have always been treated fair by The Owner and his protege. The other workers there I can not say. They kill the Jewelry stores and 650 Gold with their buy prices and I have found their offers always to be higher than the other local coin dealers. You simply can not find a better dealer in the area who pays more. I dont often write reviews but these guys are Very Good and Very Fair. I have visited many of the dealers in the greater Cleveland and Akron area and I have yet to find one that pays more.

I have been dealing with these guys for over 10 years. They are the only ones I will take my coins to. I drive 45 minutes away to see them when I could go to another shop 5 minutes down the road. They are honest and fair, always.

Tried giving me 30 bucks for a 280 dollar coin and tried telling me 1ounce of silver is worth 7 bucks. I guess if I was a junkie that would be a fair price. Total crooks.

As an amateur coin collector, and albeit younger than most, u was denied entry into the shop just to even look around. There is a separate entrance to the store where you have to wait for a rep to come and get you. And if you do not have anything to trade, sell, or buy, you will be asked to leave, immediately.

Not a good experience. Did not like how I was treated there
