My order was correct, made with great fruit and look fantastic

Was extremely satisfied with my purchase. I placed my order online from Pa and my daughter was able to pick up in Oh with no problems. Our products looked liked the pictures and were delicious.

Worst experience ever! Dont waste your money! Ive ordered from Edible Arrangements for years. This is my first time dealing with this particular location and my LAST!!! The fruit was far from Edible - more like ATROCIOUS! In addition to the overpriced underwhelming arrangement, I splurged and ordered a half dozen balloons at $29.99, which comes out to about $5.00 per balloon, which is sheer insanity. But this was a special occasion and I thought the balloons would be the perfect complement. They didnt even deliver the balloons!!! Talk about adding insult to injury. I called the store and the corporate office, no one returned my call. I will never order from Edible Arrangements again. The only thing worse than their substandard, non-existent customer service - is their disgusting, rotten, offensive overpriced fruit in a bucket!

I called the store to order an arrangement and they asked me to do it on the website. I placed my order on the website and confirmed a pick-up time of 6:30PM. The time was noted on the order which was confirmed by email. I drove to the shop and arrived at 6:35PM only to discover that it closed at 6PM -- one hour earlier than their own website claimed! I double checked both the Edible Arrangements website and the Google listing and both indicate a 7PM closing time. The shop had my phone number and email address on my order and yet they did not bother to call me about their closing time. Completely unreliable and totally unprofessional which left me scrambling for a hostess gift on the evening of my event.

Oh now you want to say that you are temporally closed, hope that means you read my review from Saturday April 4, 2020. You still have not refunded my money nor has anyone from your company contacted me about the bogus order you allowed me to place online all to find out that your location was closed and you ruined my surprise for my sister in addition to having someone waste time, money and safety. Maybe there is a reason you are closed, your service is the worst. Now I have to take time from my schedule to call my credit card company to dispute your charges. Shame on you.

I ordered an Edible Arrangements for my mother on Mothers Day which is one of the busiest days of the year for this company. I ordered around 12 noon and they still had everything prepared and delivered within two hours!!!! My mother called me and was very pleased! Everyone at her office was able to enjoy and take pictures and share in her joy! Great job and very pleasant customer service!!!

The in store customer service was excellent, also the explanation of goods was first rate. I request the delivery service arrive at 12 noon so I my wife/administrator could enjoy the fruit at work. I informed the staff that she get off at 4 p.m. so please have it early at 12, they said they could not give a specific time. I did not expect they would give it to my wife as she walked out the door from work. She got off work at 4 the delivery man arrived at 3:59 p.m.

I live out of the state, made an online order to my mother who is local to the area. They were two days late with delivery and they are not answering any of my calls or emails to their store. I used the contact us form on their stores website and was told that Id have a response in 48 hours. That was almost two weeks ago. To make the late delivery even worse; when the fruit finally arrived you could easily tell that it had been packed and sitting for days, it was old and not edible. Highly disappointed.

My favorite location , south Taylor is a great location staff always friendly and the get you taken care of swiftly each and every time no matter the occasion! I come in often for the chocolate covered strawberries!

I am done with Edible Arrangements. My husband ordered a large arrangement to be delivered to my office so there would be enough to share. They didnt deliver until 4:45 when everyone was already gone for the day. Why would you offer to deliver to businesses if you cant even deliver during business hours?! Its just a greedy company that doesnt care about customer service. They dont limit the amount of orders they take in a day so they are always behind. What a waste of money.

Dont use this location! After waiting 2 days for delivery - they found out that the order was lost. The person that I spoke to was so nonchalant - didnt even apologize for the errors that were made with this order.

I bought one of their same-day products in the display case to celebrate a friends promotion. I trusted it was good and did not look under the plastic to check, as Ive been happy with products from other Edible Arrangements stores. When our friend opened it, several pieces of fruit were molded and everything was becoming mushy.Took it back the next day and money was refunded. So, I give them 2 stars instead of 1; they didnt give me any incentive to come back after this incident. Now I cant trust their product/service, and I dont think other people should either. The price tag was $45 for about $10 of fruit that I could buy at the store - people pay the premium price for good service and quality. Why should anyone buy if the service/quality is poor or untrustworthy?

It was horrible. Totally unorganized for the Valentines day rush with extremely poor customer service. The absolute worse experience I had with this place.

Terrible service. Incompetent employees

When making my order I used a 20% off daily online cupon. The girl working couldnt use it though, she needed manager promision for the size of the discount. She called to get access to no avail. The store owner came in to help. He gave me the discount and some a dipped fruit for the inconvenience. The fruit it fresh and the chocolate is good. Really good store ownership. Will come back.

If I could give zero I would I literally had the worst experience from them never again I’m just waiting on my refund the manager at Lyndhurst was very understanding I’m over this location
