My wife and I started riding 5 years ago. At that time, we met JR when we were looking to buy our first motorcycle. His professionalism and no pressure sales process earned our respect immediately. Over the next 5 years, JR and many other Stormy Hill management and staff have become friends for life. It really is like another family. The last few months weve been debating trading the old motorcycle and buying a new one. JR has gone above and beyond giving us advice on any questions we asked, ideas for things we hadnt considered, and came to us several times with additional thoughts and suggestions. Of all the people weve met in the motorcycle industry in our 5 years, JR is definitely the best of the best, doing whatever he can to make your experience the best it can possibly be, and to keep it on a personal level to get you whatever it is youre looking for. We highly recommend going to JR for your motorcycle needs.

My wife and I stopped in to just look at Harleys. All of my friends have Harleys and we wanted to see what they were all about. For the last 7 years we were riding Can Am Spyders. When we walked in to the dealership we were greeted with a smile. We mentioned to John (JR) that we never had ridden a Harley. JR spent a lot of time explaining the different models to us and trying to put us on the right machine. Every question we had for him he had an answer. We had many questions and he never got tired of answering them. JR helped us find the bike that would suit us the best. For that reason we will buy all of our bikes from Stormy. The dealership has a family feel. Everyone is so nice and Knowledgeable. Jr and the staff are first class!

No surprise they are going out of business. The owner has been running the place in the ground for the last four years. See ya Janice, dont let the door hit you in the butt on the way out.

Website has a link to rentals. I called the dealership to ask about them before booking as I had a couple questions after I noticed it was booking through a different website. Thought maybe I could book right through them and they would have a different selection of bikes to choose from. WRONG. Was directed to Don who told me they no longer do rentals at that location. I asked why the website was allowing me to choose pick from them? So what do I do from here. He said “you do understand we aren’t eaglerider.com” in a very condescending tone. So I would book right through eagle rider, go to clermont and pick up but have no bike to rent? He said yep and hung up on me. I called eagle rider directly and they were told they have a contract through the end of the month with them and should be renting bikes. She called and was told they are not renting any longer no matter their contract with them. Thank god I called the dealership directly and was talked to very disrespectfully so I knew better to not book with them (even though they would not have a bike for me). Maybe you should remove rentals from your website to clear confusion. Eagle rider on the other hand was very helpful.

Friendly staff and knowledgeable. Just wish they had a bigger inventory. They are on the small size but still good people.

Stormy Hill was an amazing dealership. It didnt matter if you had a Harley or not. They made you feel at home and as if you where a part of a family. Sadly they closed their doors for the final time on March 27th. But hopefully the spirit they fostered will live on at their sister dealership Gator Harley in Leesburg.

Let me start by saying that I just successfully completed this weekends motorcycle training with instructor Jim and seven other students at Stormy Hill Harley Davidson. The level of Jim’s knowledge of riding is second to none and I am very happy to have taken this course. Thank you to everyone for an outstanding experience.

I agree with MICHAEL LEE. I have been in and never seen the owner. I think that she hides upstairs in her office. Probably a good thing.Other customers have told me she has been very ugly to them. O well all things must pass. I think JR will get a great job he is the best salesman I have ever talked to.

Stormy Hill Harley Davidson is by far the best Harley Dealer in the state of Florida. They beat any size dealer hands down. Makes me and my wife feel like we are one of their family. If youre ever in the market or even thinking about a Harley, Harley parts, or anything related to Harley, go to Stormy Hill and talk to JR. I just recently bought a 2019 Harley Road Glide Special after renting an Electra Glide. I knew nothing about Harleys as I use to ride sport bikes. JR was so awesome, never once did he try to pressure me into buying a bike. I told him I was interested in learning more about the Road Glides. He was so whiling to teach me and was more than knowledgeable. After a couple days of thinking about it I called back and asked for a test drive. When I arrived he had the bike out waiting for me with a full tank of gas and even put a back rest on the back for my girlfriends comfort. I decided to buy it. Let me tell you, the best buying experience I ever had. The entire store gets involved with the purchase. You get to go around and met everyone from every department and then JR spends a good hour teaching you the ends and the outs of the Bike. I have called in several times since asking dumb questions and JR always has the answer and never made me feel stupid for the questions I ask. This is the best Harley dealership out there.

My wife and I just stopped in to buy a replacement American flag to hang on the back of our 13 triglide but as soon as we walked in we saw a scorched orange triglide on the floor. We were attracted to it like a bear to honey!! We could take our eyes off of it. JR saw us and started to chat with us and after talking with him we decided to see what he could do for us as far as a trade in and the numbers. Well it didnt take long before he came back to us after speaking to Jim, and my wife and I looked at each other and said yes. Soooo needless to say after all the paper work was done we rode home on our new 2019 triglide. WOULD NOT recommend this dealership to touch your bike.This service department had scratched my bike on 2 separate occasions for service and failed to secure items in the fairing on another visit which was fixed by another HD dealer. The bike also sat for another issue almost 2 months while they tried to figure out what was wrong with some electrical issues. In trying to support our local dealer, called to get an oil change done and was told they can no longer service the bike due to them damaging it every time it shows up. Unbelievable - take your bikes to another dealer and save your bike

I just recently completed my basic rider course with Dave as my coach. He made my experience really fun. He’s attentive, patient and safety is his #1 concern. I went to a car show they had sponsored in their back lot. The employees were friendly and let the vendors use the air conditioning and the restrooms. The showroom is a sight to behold. Beautiful machines lined up everywhere. I was eyeballing this awesome looking 3 wheeler that may someday be in my garage. If youre looking for a motorcycle, I think your hunt ends here!

The staff here was amazing. We were on way home from a day of riding and our 2014 Ultra Limited started losing power; we were an hour from home. I called from 3 miles away and the service staff greeted us and took the bike right in, this was 5pm. They kept the bike for repairs and J.R. gave us a ride home (1 hour out of his way). If you are going to buy harley and live in clermont before think about it, if you need Service forget , they are the worst, my husband sold the harley and bought the gold wing honda, i still insisted on staying with my bike, but i already regretted second When I needed it I was poorly attended when I arrived, they work to meet the hour, not to serve the customer

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE!!!!! I have been dealing with their Service Department for several years. They have been doing my routine maintenance on all my Bikes since I purchased them. They have also replaced my shifter and added my upgraded accessories. They stand behind their work and never leaving me guessing if or when the jobs will be completed. I live in Windermere and they pick up and drop off my Bikes. I truly appreciate everyone there and just wanted to send a shoutout to the crew at Stormy Hill for always putting a smile on my face. Purchased my CVO Limited from SHHD in 2015 and had many problems with customizing work performed by the dealer. It was so bad that I had to go to another dealer since I did not trust the service shop. Fast forward to the current time and now that the service manager is a true expert in the field, I decided to try them again. I was told that SHHD will not work on my bike and that I should call Janice to speak about it. Four messages later the owner, (Janice) has not returned my calls. As a business owner, this is unprofessional and uncharacteristic of a business owner who actually cares about their customers. Having owned 6 HDs and three of which being CVOs, thanks to SHHD I will not consider a Harley Davidson next year for a new bike. So much for my preferred customer poker chip that was given to me some time ago.

I had purchased a 2008 Ultra Classic new and was never treated as anything better than a walk in customer. Got tired of this and traded for a 2013 Can Am RT Limited Spyder. Now I get treated much better and having more fun. I loved my Ultra just did not like my experience with the dealership.

Staff was easy to work with, new model year bikes with very low miles and in great condition. Would have preferred some better helmets to use and the fee increase due to Daytona Bike week was fairly steep ($50). Overall Id recommend them and use them again.

One of the best named Harley shops i have been in. This is a small shop with some nice bikes to choose from and a small clothing store to pick up gifts from. Shop is easy to get in and out of but the area is busy so watch cagers as you pull out onto the main road.Downfall.... with a name like Stormy Hill you should do more advertising your shop with better store shirts!! Mostly mens button down with pocket shirts.

Service was TERRIBLE! First, I decided to buy tires from them (a local dealer) rather than from Michelin at Bike Week. I also wanted them to look at a rather load ticking noise coming from the engine - load enough that I was concerned about driving the bike.Stormy Hill charged me over $250 more for the tires & installation than I would have paid at Bike Week! So much for doing the right thing and buying local!In total they had my bike for over a week. When I picked it up the ticking was still there! No difference whatsoever. I turned right around and brought the service manager out to listen. He said, he heard it no problem buy had no idea where it was coming from. No offer to look farther, no apology, nothing.I brought it to Orlando Harley off I4. They put stethoscopes on it & immediately identified the noise as coming from the front cylinder - which is what Id said to Stormy Hill. They took the engine apart and found metal filings in it. Harley Davidson replaced the engine under warranty. over a week with Stormy Hill with no resolution, under 1 day at Orlando & they replaced the engine. They also replaced the battery (wasnt starting fast enough for them), and all three lamps up front due to fogged lenses.These days I drive 30 minutes farther to Orlando - even if Im just buying oil - because they deserve my money while Stormy Hill only deserves my contempt.

I would have given a Zero if solely on the Service Department. I purchased my 2016 Street Glide there in June of 2016 the Sales Department treats you good as well as the parts Department but it stops there. Every visit I ever make to the Service Department was horrible. My first service they left oil dripping from my oil cooler were it was spilt and they did a clutch recall rebuilding the clutch master cylinder it lasted a day lost my clutch in traffic almost causing an accident then they wanted to try to rebuild it again I had to fight to have the whole cylinder replaced. A year later they replaced a rear tire left the valve cap off, 5 psi low on air and drive belt loose. That should have been my lesson but I tried them again for a front flat they did a thorough inspection found a few items that needed attention repaired an oil leak that I never seen left oil all over the engine not leaking but there from repair they never cleaned up. Flushed brake fluid spilt fluid on my Boom Radio screen delaminating screen you could no longer could read the radio and tried playing it like I brought it in that way, note my Bike is in pristine condition. Had to review incoming photos to verify It did not come in that way. They did fix it and now the bike has a vibration from a improperly balance tire. Brought back they could not find out because their excuse was they could not take it to the 70 MPH speed where the vibration was, now I was stuck they did find a steering head bearing out of spec for a low speed issue but I would not let them touch. I brought the bike to Gator Harley in Leesburg Florida very professional they adjusted the steering head road tested to the speed where the vibration was and it turns out Stormy Hill Harley Davidson jacked up my bike, improperly placing jack and bending lower guard into engine causing a had harmonic vibration that transmitted through entire bike at the 2000 to 3000 rpm range Bike now rides like a dream. So like I said beware of service department.

I needed replacement rubber pads for the driver floorboards on my 2001 FLHT. They had them in stock. Awesome 👍
