Clean store. Easily accessible. No Pina Colada Bangs, but Sour Heads worked. Inside is wide open and filled with inventory. Vitamin Shoppe is the place for all supplementation needs and energy drinks on the go.

I always look forward to going to the Clermont and Ocoee locations. I consistently receive great customer service and the VS professionals are warm and welcoming. Thank you!

Knowledge and friendly

I have been to this location a few times. Everytime I walk in, Im the customer that never receives a greeting. Today, I walked in and walked over to view a few products that just so happened to be by the walkway towards the back office. I feel like it was a big deal because a guy in a red shirt ran to the back and a cashier was looking at me strange. Maybe Im treated that way because of the color of my skin? Anyways, I work hard for my money. If I walk in this store its because I have a few products that I buy all the time. They need better employees. Everyone should be treated the same. Its 2019!

Best place to get supplements at

I visited this shop yesterday evening (07/11) and was blown away by the expertise of the young lady who assisted me. Wish I could remember her name...In any rate, she was absolutely amazing! She saw that I was struggling to make a selection and came to my rescue. Im that person that will spend hours reading labels before Im confident enough to make a purchase, especially when my health is in the equation, so for her to know the brands so well and make precise recommendations that would provide long-term results, saved me A LOT of time.

Its a big Vitamin shoppe, they sell natural medicine for everything, or any type of illness. This is the only store that I have gone, and they have great customer service. Loved it!

Not sure what us up with the customer service at this location. It seems like every time I come in to get a refill on the Kombucha tea they are out of the flavor I buy. Today I was told they just ran out, really? I suggested they up their inventory on this flavor to get a non-ownership answer for the sales associate. They pushed this very strong in the beginning. Talked me into using the product know they are out of it when it is time to refill. I dont understand the business practice???

Smaller location but clean and orderly. They can be busy on weekends I have noticed. They tend to harass you to autoship and auto charge items but who needs that headache, it reminds me of an infomercial scam where you cant cancel.also i guess they dont realize by strong arming people to get their credit cards charged every month they will be closing their doors and unemployed. Vitamins are good though

Very helpful employees, who actually listen to what you need, as opposed to trying to get you to buy something you dont. It remains the only place that I can locate pure vitamine C, with ZERO additives. If you currently shop at GNC, I would highly suggest that you give The Vitamine Shoppe a try. On a personal note, I myself am tired of Rewards Cards, anyone else out there feel the same? This would be the only thing I do not enjoy about the experience.
