I love game stop. Have been going for years to buy my grandson cards and sometimes also for my son. The people that work there are helpful and very courteous. Great place to shop and not just for gift cards!!

Customer service is great. The store is very well organized. The are not well stocked on used games but they will find you what you need and have it shipped to you.

Sadly, the pandemic has hit this store really hard. Mostly everything on the shelves are only for display. They barely have any actual product anymore. Not their fault, it’s just a sign of the times.However my complaint is about the current staff. It’s sad because I used to have great friends who ran this store but have since moved on to other ventures. Now all I see is one guy who always looks stressed or disgruntled. The way he talks to me is often very rude, as if he wants me to just leave. I don’t feel welcomed. No hello, no welcome, not even a goodbye.I grabbed a box of Joycons for my wife, and before I even got to the counter he quickly snapped at me before I got a chance to speak. “No!! We don’t have any of those. All sold out.”I’m frankly sorry for the situation he is in. It’s a dying store and he seems to be trying to keep the ship together. The company’s circumstances aren’t his fault. But if he was just a tad nicer, maybe the store would at least have the life that it used to before it dies for good.I give the store until the end of the year before it closes.

Great deals and great games. This is basically the only store left that even sells games. Its Gamestop or Digital folks.

Everytime I go in there they are doing nothing but standing there. And people call and they never answer the phone. They also never gave me my headset i purchased for over 2months. They delivered to the wrong address twice. I’ve called multiple times to dispute it. Yet I still don’t have my 160$.

First time going inside this location, every time I have driven by it looked closed. And now I can see why... They didnt have the game I wanted in stock. Another customer had driven all the way there because the website told him that something was in stock but wasnt, felt sorry for his kid. A third customer was having as hard of a time finding a game aswell, was told it wasnt in stock. But at least for him the associate offered to check online... between inventory and service, Ill make the drive to the Florida Mall.

Wrong location on google maps..513 US-27 SOUTH Clermont, FL. this is another store in clermont..but not the one your probably at, your more then likely at the wrong address..instead of the one your thought..this is deciving considering you drive 38mi. to find out theres a mix up with addresses..

Customer service is the worse! I tried to exchange a Tshirt that I bought for my husband on December I bought 2 SAME SIZE Medium for some reason one was too small eventhough it was the same SIZE, I didnt keep the receipt and we had health issues with covid Now trying to exchange at least for a bigger size they lady didnt try to helped me she had attitude freom the beginning Like I was asking HER for money, I ask her to check in the system under the phone number( like ALL stores do) she keep her attitude so Im very disappointed not going there anymore

Well where do I start I bought a game second hand only to find out that it doesnt have all of its content and no one told me this as they gave me the option of old or new. If I knew it wouldnt have everything including the extra content I would have got the new one. I spoke to someone on the phone who was rude and said it their policy to say that they stipulate what is included fine (I understand) and that it was on the box. It was in small print and if no one told me how the heck would I know. So I took it back and had to exchange it for a new one only to find out they where giving me half the amount I bought it for wow. The game is a 2 game in one purchase or it was supposed to be.I was a good customer of their perhaps not anymore Im not going back there again

Be aware of your warranty, paid 150 for this to happen less than a year and warranty didnt over it. Still a great place to shop

I can understand how come GameStops in bankruptcy the management at this particular store is horrible why would you hire someone that knows nothing about gaming game systems or details of games

Staff are friendly and helpful both over the phone and in person. Prices are a little high for what youre getting (who even uses physical disks anymore?), but deals are frequent and the bonuses for preordering are nice.If you want games for a good price, utilize online deals and get digital. If you want collectibles, shirts, and specialty items come here.

Through the pandemic they never seem to answer the phone ever. Never helpful it seems.

This GameStop store has a convenient location in Kissimmee, you can find here different options in video games and consoles, you can choose from used games to brand new.

It was longer than expected but lack of Xbox one x in inventory was not expected. They took care of me the best way they could and i was satisfied. And yes I still got the Xbox x. Trolling the other associate because he bought the the last one was rather entertaining. All in all, Ill be back for future trades. Best experience at GameStop.

Called today about the Black Friday specials on certain games Im trying to buy for my son. Spoke to Marcy(not sure thats how its spelled) and she was not pleasant. I was asking questions and she seemed agitated that I was.I wanted to know about Nintendo Switch games and she was insistent on me checking the ads online myself instead of just telling me.I finally got frustrated at the way she was handling the phone call that I asked her name and said ok thank you, and ended the call.Wont be going there anymore.

Video games on tangible media will slowly evaporate with Cloud media storage and ever increasing hard drive space. Physical forms video games will be a thing of the past. Being able to sell your video games of Facebook and other app like like let go will decrease the use of used video game Outlets.

If no stars were an option I would leave that. Went to this location to pick up a game I had held online. The only way I had to pay was with change. I know its annoying and everyone hates taking change. I however did all the work of bagging it up in ten dollar amounts and separated the coins for the employee. Went in with all the intentions of spending the 70 dollars worth of change and ended up leaving with nothing. The employee working decided he didnt want to take my change. Told me he wasnt allowed to take over a certain threshold of change because he had no way of taking it to the bank or storing it. I even jokingly walked in and told him hed end up hating me because of the change. Through courses of conversation he ended up saying hed go ahead and take it if I rolled it up for him. He proceeded to hand me rolls. I told him its rude to ask a customer to roll change for him. After a few more minutes of back and forth he decided he would go ahead and just do it for me this one time like he was doing me a favor. While saying that he told me it was a loss prevention issue to why they couldnt take that much change. He also told me that I had come at him with an angry face and just looked mad and thats why he didnt want to help me.Based off of this whole experience I cant recommend this store at all. I know that a customer bringing in change is the most annoying and frustrating thing ever. However sometimes its all they have on them until the next pay day. Or its so they can get something theyre really looking forward to playing. It isnt ideal no but its rude and disrespectful to deny them service. Even if he had taken the change and just given me grief I probably wouldve been ok because I knew what I was doing but that never happened.Instead of this store just drive to the one off highway 50 and see Joshua hes fantastic.

This is a good store. The floor plan is very awkward making it alittle difficult to move around the store. Gr eat location for Funko pops.

Adam helped me at this location through a very frustrating situation trying to find an xbox one x scorpio edition several months back.I called to reserve one for myself, but then person misheard me and thought I wanted a standard edition xbox one x. Well this situation unfolded in the store after making the purchase, as I wasnt aware of the edition I had purchased until we had already created the transaction.However, Adam called me the following day and had a scorpio edition left and held for me. He also gave me a game for the inconconvenience. This was very thoughtful.After this, I am sure to recommend this location to everyone and especially appreciate Adams level of attention to customer service.Thanks!

Bad employees.I had made a call for gta 5 for ps4.The employer had told me it was 8$.He even asked for me to repeat what to say and I said in the call “to buy”.Then he said “to buy right?”. Then I said “yes sir”.went to the same exact game stop.Then I asked the employe for gta5 ps4 used.Then it was 22$So I had to go back to my parents when we had a long drive.for 5 extra dollars to also pay tax.Then he said I need to give him a extra 4$ So I went back to my car.Then I gave it to him and he gave me 25 cents back.Im a 13 year old boy and I haven’t noticed.So I had to go back inside and argue with the employees.Game stop is a good spot BUT it needs more professional employees.
