They used to be very good. The last few times they have gotten our order wrong and this last time the decaf Carmel Frappuccino tasted horrible like it or something was burnt. We would have turned around and brought it back but we were late and they had already took 15 minutes fixing our order.

Before the remodeling process the only complaint I had was the time to complete their orders. Now after they finished the remodeling, the speed still as before. Now the quality of the coffee is well below Starbucks expectation. 4 out 5 times the order is wrong or the quality of the flavor is below Starbucks grade. Several times I have to ask for a remake of the order. Today’s coffee was so water down that me and my wife ended up tossing the coffee. Hopefully the administration take their business to the expected level.

Hands down worst star bucks I have ever visited. For starters they shut down the entire inside of the store. Next, I specifically ask if the WiFi is still work, but they failed to inform me of the small trivial fact that they cut off the power to the plugs outside (the only place you can sit). When I finally figured this out, the workers inside acted like they were just too busy to even speak to me. I’ll never ever come to this location again. I would rather set my money on fire then to spend it at this store ever again

This store has serious issues with diversity & treating customers of all walks of life with courtesy. Walked into this store twice before & never get a hello or good morning, yet I took notice that it will depend on who you are if they the employees decide to greet you. I remember how the lineup of baristas was purely white & none even looked to acknowledge my presence in the room yet a white lady walks in a bit after me & three were able to look & say welcome. I did mention it to the lead that morning. I truly hope that Starbucks pledge not long ago actually is more than a marketing ploy. If not than this store desperately needs a decency class for the staff.

Pros: Lots of space to sit outside, good area, lots of parking (which is not often for Starbucks)Cons: My mobile order took 15 minutes. Thats the longest its ever taken before when I order from Starbucks. Even with 9 workers, their drive through line winded around and there were 14 people waiting in the lobby for their drinks. Thats not okay. To the manager at this store: Either hire more workers (I understand its Covid times) or come up with a better, more organized system.Score: D

Absolute worst service I have ever had at a Starbucks. Absolutely no rhyme or reason to orders coming out. Asked for assistance on more than one occasion and no one would check on my order. Rather, they would say it’s coming. 40 minutes later, they realized my order was lost. Zero customer service.

I ordered in person 1x trenta mango dragonfruit drink and Quinoa with chicken protein bowl, they gave me chickpea bite with avocado....lol, listen to the order and get it right next time!!! The food they gave already havr mold in it.

Summer made our drinks today and omggg she was bubbly and fast and my strawberry acai and our Cafe con Leche taste great!!!. The cashier was friendly and helpful. The store was clean. Sorry the photo is after the fact lol. It was full of fruit.

The best place to drink my coffee mocha

Friendly staff but extremely long wait times. You could easily sit in the drive thru line for 20-25 minutes. Also, arrived at 6:03am this morning and they weren’t allowing any guests. Called and said they wouldn’t open until 7am.

This is the absolute worst Starbucks, longest wait and worst service. I would give zero stars but it wouldn’t allow it. It’s located close to my home and work but I usually go out of my way to avoid this Starbucks. Today I went because it was my only option as time was short. I usually get my low calorie Frappuccino and it’s Very good. After waiting 20 minutes with only two cars ahead of me I get a watered down unsweetened coffee icy! Terrible!!! I would not go back to this Starbucks if it was the last one in the planet! Been here 3 times and everytime I have left angry and annoyed at the wait, service or quality of drinks!!! Never seen a Starbucks this poorly ran!

This is not my frequently visited Starbucks but is very convenient when in the Clermont area. Starbucks is always good.

Sadly not a good experience tonight. After working a very long bridal show I wanted to treat my mother to some caffeine(and I needed some before I passed out!). We decided to skip the drive thru (at least 8 cars) we got out on our achy feet and we went to place our orders inside. All they kept doing was making the drive thru orders and mobile orders. Meanwhile a girl ahead of me was waiting for a croissant and bagel for 10 min past the time she got her drink. I finally couldnt wait any longer...I was about to fall asleep standing up...I asked where our drinks were. I was told I should have stayed in the drive thru since they take precedence over inside orders. I was also told they discontinued saccharin when I asked for Sweet n Low(pink)...and was told they havent had it for months. Strange since I got some 2 days ago. Then the guy told me they are franchise and changed his mind and said they are corporate. Weird experience tonight and one I do not want to repeat.

Honestly it’s very frustrating at how often this location seems to have to close its doors. Drive through only is great if you want to wait 20 minutes for coffee.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. 5 workers standing around never greeted us or spoke a single word to us. Upon waiting a couple of minutes I thanked them for their service thinking that might prompt them to say something but nothing. Then I tried to call and no answer because I thought maybe the lobby was no longer taking orders and wanted to see if they were able to fill drive through but they never answered the phone.

Don’t understand why it takes 5 minutes to watch a customer talk to the operator sitting in the drive-thru and not be able to get your order. This location takes way too long to get orders served.

Leanna was very rude to me, I come to this Starbucks on a daily basis buying multiple items for my employees and I won’t come back to this establishment because of her. She was extremely mean to me and said something uncalled for. This is unacceptable for me and I will be telling everyone I know not to go here. I have NEVER had this problem at Dunkin Donuts before and they always show respect.

Baristas are friendly and fast. Walk-ins were faster on Sunday afternoon.

The mens restroom was under construction and the womens restroom wasnt. There was no working lock on the womens restroom but I used it anyway because I had to pee really bad. Everything worked out ok and the coffee was great. A great place to stop when youre crossing Florida.

I waited for almost 7 minutes (with no one else in line, only myself!) just to order. My one drink was over $8 for something with only a shot of espresso and milk foam. This place is terrible... I would rather go to a gas station for coffee than this kind of service and prices.

This store is a light 4, maybe headed to a 3. This is exactly the type of store that mobile ordering was made for, as the lines get very long during peak times and the wait inside us bad. Dont be in a hurry to go through the drive thru. Ever. Staff is pleasant and I have never had an order require remakes. Outside seating is available, although it is in a busy parking lot and next to make road, so no nice views.

I’m only a 10 year old and there strawberry cream Frappuccino is the best drink for a grown up or a kid to drink there’s no caffeine it’s just decaf and decaf isn’t bad. This place should be number one for my first time going to Starbucks and I’m already giving it good views that mean it’s the best coffee drink shop you can ever go to!

My girlfriend and I just moved to clermont a week ago and we have been to this Starbucks location twice. The first time we went was a Sunday around 10:30 am. The drive thru was packed so we went inside and ordered at the counter. It was pretty busy inside too and it took a while to get our drinks. The second time we went was 5pm on a Saturday.... you wouldn’t think that would be a busy time but apparently this place is always busy. It has to be the slowest starbucks I’ve ever been to. We waited 15 mins in the drive thru to get two drinks. They didn’t even have them ready when we got up to the window. They either need to step up their game or put another starbucks location in clermont; the one inside target doesn’t really count. Also, I ordered a violet drink that I’ve had from numerous other starbucks locations. At this location, its pink... it’s not supposed to be so I’m not sure if they’re making it wrong or what. It’s usually purple, and it doesn’t taste like it’s supposed to either. I’ve attached a pic for reference.

This place used to be our families favorite in our morning routine, stop by there everyday and order our same order before work on curbside, or in-store pick up. On most recent curbside we have been getting a little disappointed lately, they never come outside to give us our order, over 10 mins late all the time, mind you we were there 15 mins before our order is placed through the app... And what do we get inside? A sarcastic excuse of a apology... I dont know what happened to the staff that used to be there, but they are missed.

This is the 4 time coming to this location they never have frikin cheese danish.. if you cant keep it in stock why have it on you menu?.. get it together..

This Starbucks used to be good, but for the last 6 weeks or so it has been awful. I always have the same order every time. They started handing me cups that were only half filled. That happened three times. Then today I ordered my same order and they have me a different type of coffee that I can’t quite tell what it is but it isn’t what I ordered.

This is one of the worst Starbucks I have been to. Been waiting over 25 minutes in the drive-thru line and still haven’t made it to the window. It’s a bit ridiculous to have to wait so long. When pulling up to the window. Nobody even acknowledged us and yet we are sitting for another wait time. I can see why they have a hiring sign on the window. I will not be coming here again. Would NOT recommend!

Starbucks just like every other one

Its so barren in the Starbucks stores these days. This one in particular is so uninviting. Tables and chairs all pushed and stacked in corners and along the walls. No condiments out at all. I know this is COVID related, but the folks behind the counter seem to be there just for a job and not any kind of good customer service experience. Many dont even make eye contact. Not going to spend money at these coffee businesses anymore.

This Starbucks is super slow just waiting fifteen minutes for iced tea is ridiculous. Not sure if going inside would have been better but definitely the drive thru is not quick. This makes people wonder what are they doing that takes them so long and did Starbucks not train the employees they hired to make a drink or do it without spending fifteen minutes to make it so dumb.

10 am was very crowded but we got our coffee and we found a table outside. We got the new caramel mocha creme brulei, which was a little too sweet for me. The waiter came and checked on us and offered us water. That was very nice.

This particular starbucks is awful! I ordered my drink at 2:33 pm with an estimated pick up time of 2.41pm. Here it is 2.54 and still no drinks.

Gotta say, this one was a huge disappointment. Service was slow and baristas were rather curt without being rude. My gold card did not get me my black coffee refill. Time to review policies? Or does this franchise opt not to follow all of the Starbucks services and offerings?

Changed my review to 5 stars because this location has greatly improved in the last 6 months. When COVID hit this store stayed open, greeted people with positivity, and constantly works a massive line to get people their orders.

Even in the middle of the busy morning rush, the crew was polite in helping me with grinding coffee that had to be pulled from the back. The team assembled is great at working together to make the process as efficient as possible. Great team, great product, and always a smile. Makes it a worthwhile stop anytime of day!

Very inefficient employees. Many of them seem to wander aimlessly, while others prefer chattering with co-workers rather than serving customers. The store is really fortunate in that there isnt many other establishments in the area to choose from for coffee.

Every time I go there its pretty quick without a lot of issues. I had recently gone to pickup an online order from here and only one thing was missing from that order. They quickly noticed it and issued a refund immediately. They are very friendly too.

These people rarely if ever get my order right which is always the same thing a venti iced passion fruit sweet tea made with 10 pumps of classic syrup instead of cane syrup. However nine times out of 10 they dont make it that way, they either forget to use classic syrup or they dont put enough pumps of the classic syrup in it and I always have to go back and have them remake it. Its ridiculous that they cant get even a simple order right.

They were slammed the day I went in so it was quite the wait BUT they make the best decaf iced vanilla lattes I have had at any Starbucks location. Good, strong coffee flavor, though decaf & even though its a latte. Ive gone to others where it tastes very weak, like milk with maybe a third of the amount of coffee.. very odd.

I love Starbucks but this location has mediocre service. They do not exemplify the typical Starbucks experience. Employees need customer experience training for sure. Dont ask them to remake a drink they made wrong, youll get an eye roll and an attitude.

My daughter and I love this location. Theres usually a line around the building, but thats with good reason (the line moves quick though) The customer service is always amazing and I definitely recommend this location.
