The employees are not friendly they cant even say hello can I help you because they might have to produce trys to help you as best that they can liked produce.

My drive up order was delayed and missing several items. Thank you Flash for taking the time to help me and providing excellent service! Their Pick up grocery team works very hard and they do an excellent job!

The layout is much too different than Walmart Winter Garden or Ocoee. Getting into departments was a challenge because the racks were super close together, had to move a couple as I couldnt get the cart through some. Overall it was clean. Just wish the employees had a designated smoke area. Some lady was smoking right outside the entrance (not sure if it was even an employee or just a lady) but she sat up as I walked by and blew out a big cloud of smoke right in my face by accident and immediately apologized which I was grateful for. But I have medical issues and had a hard time the rest of that afternoon afterward.

The Walmart Deli guy was great.. however every other Walmart employee other than Joey the produce guy has no customer service attributes. Working in the Hospitality industry maybe I expect to much. No hellos no let me show you... Just I dont knows and get out of my way looks....Im an employee I have the right of way. Sad but true.

The Vision Center staff is so friendly and accommodating. In May of 2020 I came in for an eye exam and forgot to give my personal information, and later lost that prescription for glasses, but the doctors assistant is sending the prescription to my home and I couldnt be more impressed! I highly recommend this place for all of your vision needs.

Clean store? Friendly associates. A lot of outstock in juices, medince, makeup, pets. No one at self checkouts to help customers that didnt know how to use them.

The atmosphere at this Walmart is very pleasant. Also, the shelves are always stocked and the food is fresh. We ordered cold cuts from the deli and asked for the ham to be shaved thin. A job well done!

This location is better then others one near by. Very clean, less crowded, easy parking and plenty cash registered..

Great Walmart only they never have not one register with an employee working ever. So you wait Im very long lines for self check out no matter time of day!! When you need to load money in the evening you cant at self check outs so do not bother. other than that its clean and organized.

I came to change my tire at 2:50 pm, it is 4:35 pm and Im still here, they told me it would take 30 minutes but Im waiting more than an hour at the moment, I check the app to see what the progress is and neither They have even touched my car, I am really upset at the moment, time is precious and I feel like they have played with mine, apart from no one answering my questions. Ill never come to this walmart anymore

Price stickers always wrong. Tons of out of stocks. No cashiers and not even every self checkout operable. The savings are barely there at all anymore and not worth the hassle of going there. I still have to finish my shopping elsewhere because something I need is guaranteed to be out of stock. The staff are unfriendly and miserable. My cashier today was untrained and completely overwhelmed.

Visited store in the evening while employees were restocking products. This was a problem as it was difficult to shop & maneuver around the store 😀. Many of the employees were not accommodating & continued ro work without assisting shoppers 😕. I will attempt to shop only during the day to diminish my frustration.

Always enjoy a trip to Cicis. Reasonably priced with over a dozen pizza selections, as well as a salad bar, cheese bread, pasta, soup, and dessert pizza, cinnamon rolls, and brownies. This was my first time at this location and found the staff to be friendly and busy ... including the manager who was serving up pizza, interacting with customers, and sincerely seemed to enjoy his job!!

MY NEW FAV WALMART! We stayed at a resort and cooked most our meals. We legit got everything from Walmart. Everything for the pool, kitchen, car, clothes everything was fully stocked. I’m from up not and they had so much food, drinks, snacks and spices we don’t have back home. I legit purchased an extra bag to bring stuff home! TSA stopped me to check every spice to make sure I wasn’t transporting drugs. They legit were like “What do you need with all this seasoning!” Lol definitely recommend and cannot wait to come back! I posted all my finds and people in the area commented they had never seen some of the stuff I found there!

The grocery pich up servisce sucks. Two orders were supposed to be ready by 7:00 pm. The first order was 85 minutes late. The second order was two hours late. I had to go inside the store to get my orders.The pick up area had been moved with no signage indicating where it was relocated to. Never again.

It great with all the self check out. Fast no lines.

Good luck ever reaching a department. Some lady named Cathy wouldn’t even let me talk after holding for 20 mins being transferred over and over again to the SAME department that I was trying to reach that was not picking up.

Quickly found everything I needed and was out the door happy.

WHY is the music so dang loud??? Literally blasting in your head can’t even hear yourself think! Sheesh am I in a store or a club???? Other than that, pretty clean and decent Walmart.

Normally all Walmart stores have a lot of variety, good prices, and they are relatively clean.. the problem is the time you wait in line to pay, because although the store is almost always full, they do not have enough people to help you pay! It is very frustrating!

Curbside pickup is way faster than any walmart Ive been to

Update. 10-19 went there with my daughter to get a new cabin air filter and windshield wipers for her car they only had 1 filter left but it was previously opened and resealed with tape, we asked for a discount which they denied, this is new to me as theyve always been able to offer 10% for customer relations. Pics attached. Thankfully amazon sells them in new condition so my daughter got it from there. Walmart is doing a disservice to their employees by bean counting.I had a good night at Walmart tonight young man helped me find a item, really went out his way. Sometimes you get lucky.

Good selection, found most of items I needed and some I didnt know I needed yet. Workers were busy restocking the grocery area. Couldnt find the Perrier sparkling water and asked for help. A young man was helpful but we didnt find any. Nice selection of womens shorts. Various styles and sizes, with prices you cant beat.

Better than the other location in Ocala. Easier to find help and also a heck of a lot easier to find products and they actually have the products available. However, money services and customer service run slower than average. Still worth my extra minute or 2 commute.

This store was very clean. The bathrooms were clean too. The foods looked great and I found everything I needed. Checkout was even a breeze!!

Upon entering they will put you in a queue if you need help. If not grab n go...They are still doing curbside orders. You may want to enquire about your item before heading to the store because several of the shelves were empty or sold out. They are still limited on stock due to Covid.

Did a Walmart Curbside Pick Up on 10/3 from 7pm to 8pm.Got to the Walmart in Clermont at 7 got a notification that my order was late. Spoke to a curbside rep. He could not find my order.Went inside the mgr send a young girl off the clock to speak to me. No body told me to go home or wait just call back. No one was answering. The customer service was horrible. The communication is bad. Everytime you go in the store. There is never a cashier only two cashiers. I hate the employees at this location. But it’s the only one closes to the house. They really need to hire more and work on communication.

Just the usual crowded, noisy and hard to find parking Wal-Mart Supercenter experience. All, except for a few good friendly and helpful employees who assisted my wife and I with a few answers and directions to find items.

I hate Walmart. All lines too long as usual. Walked out and didnt purchase anything. Self checkout is ridiculous and very slow. You think youd want to get people in and out to buy more, spend more if you came in and left quicker.

Its the only super Walmart know the area so its always packed with people. I have taken to just doing online orders because I can never find decent parking unless I go when it first opens.

I’m giving them 1/5 stars because I was appalled with what I saw there yesterday. There were signs posted at the entrance saying masks were required, yet there were SO MANY people in the store without masks. No employee was checking them upon entrance, within the store, at checkout or at customer service. I asked an employee at customer service what their mask policy was and she did not understand me and tried to direct me to where they sold masks. On this point, please train your employees on basic communications. I talked to two managers then and they said they can not enforce the mask rule because people don’t wear them for medical reasons. On this point, i saw no one even checking if it was a medical reason a person wasn’t wearing a mask, and also we all know this is not a legitimate reason to not wear a mask, so this is very poor policy from corporate. I will not be coming back here because I see Walmart A) has no cohesive policy on safety B) has no care to enforce any posted rules C) does not care to reassure the safety of guestsI have attached photos of a customer at customer service who the worker did not even ask about a mask and another person lacking a mask (and any type of social awareness obviously)

Good source for beer and alcohol, at the adjoining building. We were looking for good beers, found good options here.

Come to this place here and then, No issues with parking unless you park on the right side of the building.I usually buy soap and Base ball caps. This location has plenty of parking, and shopping carts. I arrived in mid afternoon and it was not very busy. There was plenty of produce and choices of everything however certain items were not stocked up on shelves! I can only think that it is due to shortage of labor! It is very hard to find employees and it is making hard on businesses.The check out lanes had lots of “scan and go” which in the long run it will speed up the check outs.I decided to use a lane with a cashier, she was slow and dropped every items in the bags. I can tell she was new because she was very slow.I will definitely come back to this location because of the convenience and hopefully by then labor will be ample at businesses to sustain a better customer service.

Just used p/u at this Walmart. We got lost in the parking lot. Followed signs and that area was closed. It was on the other side. It didnt take long to get our order once we found where to go.

Store was huge, but they need to hire more employees, checkout lines were huge and not enough registers opened, assistance in electronics was being handle by one very nice gentleman, working hard doing his best, but he could have used one or two more people, customers were waiting 10-15 minutes to be attended to.

Good selection of goods and huge grocery selection. Its always super busy though and even though they work hard to keep shelves stocked, sometimes you might not find what you need.

I had fast and great customer service,ordered on line and would go pick it up later. It was a 30 minute trip to the store,was in and out in less then 10 min. So yes Im very satisfied with the service.

This store is always out of stock on lots of things. The TOY DEPARTMENT was only 1 not out of things! There was 3 women employees working in ladies clothing. There was NO long sleeve or 3/4sleeve tops. Looked like got hit by tornado. I wish WM would get more style in XL & 1X tops no v-necks. Bathroom had 2 stalls out of toilet paper.

I like this 1 in Clermont a lot better. Usually cleaner than some of the other ones.

My wallet was left here yesterday and someone attempted to use one of my credit cards. I know I left it near the auto center. Because that’s the only place I went. I’ve been trying to get in touch with lost and found since last night and I was told to give a call this morning to speak with lost and found as they were closed.I’ve been trying to get in touch since 8:30 am. It is now 9 am and only one associate keeps answering, transferring me along with hanging up on me.I’ve tried every other department and no one is answering. I’ve even asked to speak with a manager and this associate acted like she couldn’t hear my request and hung up on me.And now I was just hung up on again.I’ve called a total of 10 times.

I went in to purchase a pit boss smoker. I asked the manager of the department if they had a 700 square inch smoker. She asked me the name of it. I told her I didnt know, but I knew the size was 700 square inches. She said she needs the name of it, as I was pretty much chasing her to get some help. Needless to say, this Walmary wont get my business every again.

Very poor communication. I waited at the pick up inside for almost 40 minutes. Manager didn’t seem to care. Then I proceeded outside to called and they were not answering. For almost an hour I tried to get ahold of someone. With as many people that order online for pick up. They should have other employees to help or hire more people. I shouldn’t have to wait an hour to get 1 item. Thank god this nice young lady answered the phone finally and got me my item. If I could remember you’re name I’d tell everyone how nice you were.

This WalMart was spotless and well-stocked in most departments. They clearly were nearing the end of what looked like renovations and it showed. One of the nicest WalMarts Ive had the pleasure to shop in.

Used to be my go to store for some Disney souvenirs at a reasonable price. I think more people are finding g out about their huge Disney section and the prices have skyrocketed. Paid almost double for a nightshade this year as last. Not sure I will make the trip again

Great location. Clean inside and out. They generally have everything I’m looking for. I love the tire center. It’s the BEST part of the store. I’ve bought 4 sets of tires for different cars/vans at reasonable prices. I get my oil changed there as well. I buy the road Hazzard on the tires and they just repaired one for $10.00. Just dropped my van off, went inside to shop and they paged me when it was finished. I was able to get everything I needed and my van taken care of in an hour at one location. You can’t beat it. Fast, friendly and convenient!

Very busy for a Friday afternoon but they had everything I was looking for good day.

I dont want to blast the department I was in because the workers were doing there best but management in this Walmart was very upsetting. Asked for help with an exchange and was told they needed a manager. Directed to go to customer service. Get to service counter and spoke with a manager and was told by the acting manager they couldnt help me. They said the big store manager was on lunch and I would have to wait for them to get back.In my opinion if your the manager and your manager is on lunch you need to step up and handle the situation and find a solution. I should not have to wait on someone to finish a lunch to get assistance. The excuse I kept getting was, sorry but thats how the system works, we cant help you. Its sad a multi million dollar company doesnt put these people through some sort of training program on how to take charge and act as a leader instead of blaming a computer and refusing to think outside of your normal day to day routine to find a solution that works for your customers. These interactions at Walmart are why I specifically have not stepped in a Walmart in over 3 years. I wont be back unless I absolutely have to.

Store had plenty of workers to help you find whatever you were looking for, store was crowded but there really isn’t anything they can do about that. But overall great store with great prices!

Shelves were missing allot of stock. Store was out of items I was looking for. No House Autry Hushpuppy mix, no Dunkin Moca ice coffee and No green onions to name a few itemsI was looking for.

Lousy service. Most employees look like they dont want to be there and seemed confused when you ask them a question. Hopefully new management can fix that.

Regular walmart, stays pretty clean only complaint is there is always super long lines at check out.

Shopping carts. Around here we gave more than our share of older or disabled people. The last 5 times I shipped here there was not one to be had. Waited 20 minutes, and left. And, they have no chairs or benches for us to wait on. No, this is a store I will not go in if I didnt have to.

This Wal-Mart its one of the nicest I know. Its always clean. Its big and well organized. They always have enough cash registers open so you dont have to wait in long lines to be cash out. Their employees are always nice and polite. The location its very nice.
