:HONEST REVIEW:Worst shop Ive ever been to! Bought a package of coils yesterday, thought they were right, got home seen the box was the wrong ones. Went back to the store to exchange the $15.00 product she sold me for the right ones, and they wouldnt exchange em. Box was Unopened by the way! I leave a 15% tip there for no reason just to be nice, and they cant even exchange there screw up! Poor place!!!!! Dont waste your time! To many shops around this one, and everythings way over priced!

Such wide variety of products and accessories I could shop there all day. Linda is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about. Definitely recommend

Never know what youll get here.I came in a total of 3 times and 2/3 times I got a broken disposable vape. The first one I bought tasted burnt you could see the air pockets in the coil clearly defective. Then the second one I bought had the same burnt taste and air pockets eventually just stopped firing. Still totally full. So I tried to go in and exchange it but their policy is no questions asked. No returns. If they sell a bad product they should accept fault. Both vapes $40.Terrible service the Lady behind the counter literally said It looks fine to me and pointed to the policy

I purchased a DHook Vape. Purchased on 5/7/21. Product failed 5/21/21. I called the store and they requested that I bring it in and they would exchange the item. When I arrived I was advised that they do not warranty their products and they wouldnt exchange for me. They stated that all sales are final and if I wanted to exchange, they would give me a replacement at a discounted price. I accepted their offer since I paid $39.95 for the Vape and figured I would take my chances with a replacement at the discounted price. I dont recommend this store and I personally will not shop there again. Thank you for reading my review.

The guy working there would rather talk on the phone instead of helping customers. I stood there for 15 mins while he walked from one end of the counter to the other passing me several times and never asked me once if i needed help. For now on im going to the shop on hwy 27 and 474.

This place is like most other smoke shops but I think they are overpriced on their products and most of the vape products they have you can buy online cheaper. I bought some Creating Better Days CBD oil from them and was lied to about it being a sublingual product. After I bought it, got it home and opened the bottle it tasted weird and unlike any CBD oil I have ever bought. I looked at the label (I admit I should have read it before I bought it) and found out it was for vape only which is not what I wanted. I believed what Chris told me and shouldnt have. BTW if you buy something from them even if you dont open it you cannot return it to them.----- Reply to the owner no where on the bottle of CBD does it say it should or can be used for sublingual use. It clearly states that you should add drops to your vape cart. The pics dont lie.

Immediately upon entry, it was greeted with an amazing ambience and incredibly positive energy. The beautiful Mrs. Kim was very energetic, attentive and helpful. She blessed me with a belated bday gift and i was further wowed. She mentioned bob marley and i knew she possessed an incredible spiritual quality. I didnt want to leave. 5 stars

The Smoke Shop is across the street from Kings Ridge Publix, and next door to the Walgreens where this 66 yr. old shops. I am also a medical marijuana patient and very grateful for Danielles expertise regarding a grinder that would be most gentle on the end stage osteoarthritis in my wrists.5 stars for the Smoke Shop BUT I will have to return the Green Monkey grinder because after using it three times it locked up!

The dude working in there is holding it down. Not the owner because I have not yet met the owner but the employee working there is knowledgeable and on top of it.It is also under new ownership, prices vs the other stores around I think are much better overall.

I have been shopping at the Clermont Smoke Shop for months now and i just love it! It`s located right off of highway 27 so I just pop in when I need something. Just bought a fresh vape battery today, the brand is GOGO and I`m obsessed. The customer service is also always impeccable.

Unbelievable prices, and not in a good way. They promised to match prices and when they found out what I wasnt lying about the same product being $10 cheaper they still refused to match the price. Its better to save your money and drive to Hancock and 50 and visit Fuego.
