I have been using Edible Arrangements for years and this location has been by far the best I have used in the Orlando area

They genuinely care!During this Social workers month, I wanted to surprise my wife with a congratulations arrangement. I accidentally sent a Get well soon themed arrangement instead.Embarrassed by the situation, I called the store and explained to the manager what happened. She felt so sorry for me that, even when It was a mistake on my part, did everything she could to squeeze in; within their already busy schedule; a delivery with the right arrangement, so my wife could have a great day at work, enjoying a beautiful fruit and flowers arrangement.Thank you so much!

A lot of blank spaces in my arrangementDont answer the phone its always busy. 20 minutes to find the place that means they were on the phone for 20 minutes they really need call waiting.Because when I got there no one up front so not busy there. Ive got plenty of arrangements from other places and they were packed full not room where you can see through you should get what you pay for. I will never use this place again

Fabulous customer service! I was out of town when they delivered my edible arrangement. After explaining I would not be home for 4 days, they told me to have a neighbor pick up the arrangement they originally delivered and they would deliver another when I returned! The arrangement was delivered the second time and was fabulously delicious! Thank you so VERY much!

Breanna was the best she was really helpful and knowledgeable with the store menu and she helped my daughter and I pick out the perfect bouquet for Mother’s Day.

Wanted to get something nice for my sister who recently had surgery. edibles provide us with a wonderful arrangement. I highly recommend them.

I placed a order and asked for it to be delivered in between 1:00 and 6:00. It was delivered at 11:00. So I called and was left on hold for 25 minutes. I hung up and tried calling back and no answer now. This was the first and last time using this company

Definitely the worst place. Legit every order I placed or received from them was rushed and you definitely don’t get what you paid for. Just placed an order yesterday a bundle with strawberries and a bouquet, just the strawberries was received. Called today and spoke to a manager, she expressed her sorrow and offered to send the bouquet and a throw in a box of cookies. When I arrived home the box of cookies were on the ground and a bouquet of one rose and definitely nothing like the picture. Definitely won’t be ordering from there anymore.

I am not rating one star because this place delivered a completely wrong size order (received small, ordered large). I am rating one star because I’ve called minutes after my order arrived and got no answer. That is not the way to take care of your customer. Not cool.

I am very displeased with the edible arrangements store in Clermont, FL #335 established in 2018 for not delivering birthday arrangement at school at all because someone lost track of time. It was clearly their fault and they wouldn’t do the right thing to make up for it and save face at all. If I could give them a quarter of a star I would and that’s for my refund that I have to wait a week for🤬. If I was the manager or store owner I would be unhappy and do something to show my gratitude for keeping me in business in these tough times. I probably won’t depend on this store anymore. So 😡......

The staff are always friendly and go above and beyond to custom my order. My mom is always so happy with the flowers she receives and they always last for a while! Highly recommend this florist..

I called in last minute for a bouquet of flowers for a dance recital. They were eager to help me and create what I had planned in my head. It was available on time and looked prettier than I could ever imagine. I got so many comments from other people and many asked where I got them. It is a good price for amazing quality and she enjoyed the flowers. Thank you!!

I ordered something for my grand daughters birthday earlier this week and all I can say is that I was amazed at the professionalism of this location. The gentleman I spoke with assured me of everything. Not only were they extremely helpful and kind but they went above and beyond to make sure she got it as early as possible and made it look fabulous. I have used edible arrangements all over the country over the years, and so far this location is the best I have used so far. I highly recommend this location

DO NOT trust these people with your order. They “say” they delivered my order and the business was CLOSED! I called back once the status updated incorrectly and could not get through. I literally called 43 times and it kept ringing busy. Once I spoke to the Manager she insisted that it was delivered and said it was delivered after 4pm. I explained that the place of business closed at 4 and no one was there to receive it. This is just bad all around and the birthday boy never got his birthday surprise. I am utterly disappointed.

Hi this is Eli I bought one player and one fruit basket for Valentine’s Day and everyone that tasted the platter and fruit basket I have them for me and I’ve tasted the pineapple was very sour strawberry sour I did not like it at all I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone I bought it at Clermont store thanks

They’re are “transitioning to curbside” but were closed before 4, this is on a Friday keep in mind, they close at 4. We were trying to order simple smoothies around 3:20 ish. The site said a smoothie would be ready at 4 tried to go to the building to order and were greeted with locked doors and an “unavailable” ring at 3:28. This is extremely unacceptable.I see great reviews but that’s not my experience especially my fiancé’s and I first experience with them.

They were so nice the second I walked into the door. The customer service made me feel so comfortable while picking what I wanted to buy. The way that the bouquets look are so beautiful.I recommend it to anyone if you want to give your girlfriend , wife, mother, father , etc. something , this place is the way to go ! I ordered an edible arrangement for Mother’s Day with extra shipping fees to ensure it got there that day. My family stayed home in the afternoon waiting for delivery and it never came. I called at 3p to check on it and I was told “it is the busiest day of the year please be patient.” I called again at 4:45p (15min before the store closed) to check again, and I was told the same answer but that it was out for delivery not to worry. I called again at 7:45p, same answer. They call me at 10:45p to tell me that the driver is now lost and will try again tomorrow. I call at 10am this morning and it is still not out for delivery. They tell it will be delivered between 2-3pm and it is now 4pm with no sign of delivery. While I understand the busy nature of Mother’s Day, this store is clearly not equipped to handle any holiday volume or with the customer service required if things don’t go right. And now my Mother does not have a gift. I would highly recommend using another retailer for gifting as important as Mother’s Day in the future. 😐

Came in today for information, and ended up walking out with some delicious strawberry cups. Great and friendly service. I will definitely be back

Place is terrible ordered something for my wife two weeks before Valentines Day... I get an email saying they were unsuccessful at delivering...The thing is they never tried to deliver anything. My wife was at work all day and no came out to deliver anything to her. My wife ended up coming to the shop to get her order and they said they tried to deliver but they dont know what happened. The girls there did seem to care they gave her order and told her hope she like it... What about the money I paid for delivery. Customer service sucked wont be doing business again.

Absolutely horrible experience with this location. The most important part of my order was not delivered and they never called to notify me of this. I had to find out later from the recipient... Very embarrassing to find out from my loved one and not the company!! The problems that I had with part my order not getting delivered were also not resolved properly either after multiple attempts to contact them. I will be using a more professional company for important events in the future.
