Spoke to Everett many times, He came to our home to measure for hardwood in our living room.Never got back with a quote. If the job was too small why did you waste our time? What a joke!

I cant honestly say anything about their price or workmanship. But what I can say is my experience is not good it doesnt seem like they really care about their customer. I tried twice to visit thier showroom first time I arrived I received a phone call in the parking lot I arrived about an hour and a half before the close time. As I was sitting there the lights turned off and a man came out he seen that that we were there and said they were closing early due to some staffing issues, come back tomorrow so ok we can do that we arrived again on Saturday said they were open until 3 my wife called this time it said they were assisting another customers. So we drove up long before the close time arrived and closed locked up. Not impressed I would not bother going here to many others out there.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I purchased a 12x15 glamor girl (pink) carpet for $600.00. I at first thought this price was too high for this size but I was told by Steve that this was the standard price. Nevertheless, I was told that my carpet would arrive in 2wks or less. Long story short within a week and a half I was given a call by Steve stating during the process of delivery the carpet was damaged and that I would receive the carpet in a month instead of 2wks and asked what would I like to do? I told him I would call him back and let him know, therefore I called back the next day and stated a whole month is a long time to wait but since I have done business with them in the past I would like a discount for the inconvenience. He stated no. So the therefore I went back the next day to get my money back but the employee in the store at the time refused to give me back my refund. So I called the police and then and only then did I get all my money back. I went with a different carpet company (MARKS FLOOR) and the same size carpet I got for 408.00 (200 dollars less). And also it came in week .If you are looking for great customer service and cheap prices please go with MARKS FLOOR.

Worst experience so far..I bought a rug in September for my master room.. they installed in October (6th) the rug was installed in three pieces with joints visible to the eye.. When I complained, the salesman came to take pictures.. in October 20th. They sent Richard, the installer .. He tried to fix the rug, but after a while working on it, got up and told me that he wasn’t a magician and could not fix the damage.. Later that day, salesman Mr. Butler Clermont.. told me there was manufacturing problem with the rug and he was placing a claim..November 12, salesman call to come and take pictures again.. as of today, November 17, after two months of the purchase, I still dealing with this lemon rug and they keep giving me the runaround... I contacted consumers affairs...

Salesman was very friendly and very helpful. We were in a hurry to get new carpet installed before our new furniture was being delivered and they DELIVERED. Thank you Best Flooring Center. The installers were quick and very courteous. Thanks again youre the best.

Great people to work with! Fair and honest flooring specialists that did a great job on quoting and installing my new floor. They took care in taking up the old floor then prepping my floor before installing the new flooring. I would use Best Flooring again with no hesitation!

Worst phone customer service. Forget about getting quote online or over the phone. All they want is to get you into their store. Unless you have a large home they cant be bothered with you. They dont want small 1 or 2 rooms. Ive tried to deal with them before over the years and nothing has changed. They only want the big jobs for the most $$$$.

Excellent product, competitive pricing. Installers were fantastic. Only complaint had to do with communication. We were told 2 to 3 week delivery time. At the end of week 4 I had to contact them to find out delivery would stretch to 6 weeks because of a bad run on the product. We were ok with the delay, but we shouldn’t have had to call them. The company should have called us with this information.

The service was phenomenal! The sale associate was nice from the start but, the service guys add the icing to the cake!

Purchased carpet for two bedrooms. Our experience from sales to instillation was great. We have used Best Flooring before and will again.

I wish I had read this review before I used Best Flooring. I do have to say that the installers were the best experience out of the whole thing. I had to have carpet put in my house as the tile that was there was killing my back and in the winter the floors kept the house so cold. So I called Empire got a quote from them and then thought I would get a second quote and thought I should use a business in the area. Stopped by Best Flooring in Clermont and found some nice carpeting and great underlayment and waited for a quote. The sales rep was to call me Christmas Eve and the call never came. A few days later I called him as he gave me his cell phone number. He had been sick with the flu so no problem. Well later I realize that this is normal they don’t call back and to expect the owner to call you back when something is wrong well not in your dreams will he do that he won’t even look at you when you are in the store. Well they came to install the carpet and were 3 feet short. Now mind you we have packed everything up and moved the stuff to the garage and now they couldn’t finish due to three feet? I was not happy but try to keep calm which I did. They ordered more carpet that (as I was reminded over and over again) was not going to cost me anything extra even though it was not my fault. They put a rush on it and would call me when it came in and would work with me on scheduling the install as they don’t work weekends and I work during the day. Well the carpet was there within a few days but no one called me. I kept calling them over and over again. Last Monday I finally stopped by the store to find out when the carpet will be in I had entertaining two day this coming weekend and needed to know if I needed to cancel. They tried to make me feel that all this was a blessing and I know what a blessing is and yes maybe I am getting free carpet but having to be the project manager when I am the customer is not my idea of a blessing. Due to me stopping by and be more demanding they sent the installers by that day to do the one hour install to complete my house. Oh by the way I found out the carpet came in 5 days ago at least and they had paying customers they had to tend to. I still owed them almost 1800.00 I guess that is chump change to them. Customer service STINKS! They don’t care about their customers unless you are a bigger fish.

I paid over $3000.00 for carpet with a clear deadline for installation. I was assurred by J.R. no problem. My whole reason for selecting this store was because they kept assuring me my deaddline could be met......HA!After weeks of phone calls and broken promises, i finally got it installed...weeks behind schedule.The final straw was when i called about the padding to go in my closet, already paid for and promised it would be delivered, i wait and finally call to find out where it is and am told to come and get it myself if i want it in time for the installers.JR will promise you anything to get your business and then leave you in a jam after he has your money. NO ETHICS or plain incompetent

We hired these people to replace a carpet in a rental home. The old carpet had many stains and smelled from animal odors and we needed to get it replaced ASAP so the place could be shown to potential renters. They said they could get it replaced within a few days. After we hired them, it took well over a week and when some very highly qualified renters went over to see the place the carpet had not been replaced yet, and the place still smelled bad. The smell was so bad the wife had to exit the house and they were unable to commit to our place when previously they were very interested. It turned out that the Best Flooring people bumped our order after we committed to hiring them, to install another more lucrative customer, a bigger fish. Now we are at risk for losing this high quality renter because we got bumped. This is a terrible business practice, and we are unable to recommend Best Flooring because of how our account was handled and because it caused us to lose a good renter due to our property being unshowable when the carpet should have been replaced.
