They treat you like family...maybe even better! I will not purchase bikes or accessories anywhere else period and I come out of Winter Garden every time.Tune ups - they are all pros and know what they are doing.Sales - they are patient.Window Shopping- they will actually chat you up unlike some bike shops who are literally snobbish. I’ve been literally chased out by way of being made to feel uncomfortable by a couple of local bike shops- not here!Fair Treatment - trust me, this is very, very important and I feel like they are treating me fair.Dog - German Sheppard - lots of fur and BIG teeth! Hates the UPS driver - customers not so much!Customer service - try them yourself!

This is a huge RAVE for Clermont Bicycles! Our bikes had been sitting unused in a shed for over a year and needed tune ups and a few minor repairs. We recently traded our vehicle with the hitch and bike rack so had no way to get them to the shop. Zahra and Nasir were kind enough to pick up and deliver. The work done was excellent and at a fair price. I would definitely recommend Clermont Bicycles.

Went to Clermont Bicycles for a specific Liv full suspension mtb for the wife. Although COVID has made quality bicycles scares, Nasser kept me updated by email on availability. When the bike came in, Nasser fitted it to my wife and spent an hour covering the various parts, maintenance & function (Me: Its called a dork disc, Wife: No its not! Nasser: Yes, its a dork disc). Finally, despite the huge demand for quality mountain bikes, Clermont Bicycles gave me a price below MSRP. Always a pleasure, love the shop dog, will be customers for life! Thank you.

I cannot say enough positive things about Clermont Bicycles. They have always been incredibly helpful answering questions and I go out of my way to buy accessories (shoes, clips, cages, etc) to support a local business.I initially came to the shop to tune up an old road bike. They did it for free; and, as I spent more time on the road, I decided to upgrade my bike. I got a Giant Defy Advanced 3 and will be coming up on 500 miles very soon (the next 500 will be much quicker). As we have more bike needs in the family, this will continue to be my shop of choice.

Information about respect of Covid protection measures are wrong. Went twice during 2021 winter and man who seems like the manager and lady at cash were not wearing mask. Will not go again as total lack of respect to clients to me.

Just picked up a new TCR from the team here and their service was fantastic. The selection in the shop is too notch, especially if youre Giant loyal like me. The icing on the cake, however, was that they mailed me a thank you card with a check enclosed because it turns out the bike price was slightly lower online. Theyve found a repeat customer with that kind of honest service. Definitely recommend them.

Best service and great care! Went in for something specific, and the owners went out of their way to provide exemplary service. They made my wife and two kids feel right at home, made great recommendations and made sure we had what we need. Not pushy at all and also told me what I needed whether I get if from them or not, things I should consider. We drove and hour and a half, I will only buy and service here in the future if I can help it. No matter how far you live, they are worth the drive!!

Today I stop by the Clermont bicycles shop and I was impressed how friendly everyone was including their German Shepherd. I need to change a cassette from one wheel to another wheel and they took care of me quickly and then told me there was no charge. Wow you dont see that anymore. Thank you! During this bike shortage, Nasser found a bike for me that is even better than the one I was looking at, and competitively prices. Got my bike there a few years ago... Needed the gears adjusted. They adjusted the gears adjusted the handle bars, (that I adjusted wrong). They gave me some maintenance advise, and there was no charge for the adjustments...I was looking to get a good mirror for the bike. Their mirrors were more money than the big box stores, but they were a much better piece of equipment... They installed it while I waited for only the price of the mirror... Needless to say I was very pleased.

None of the owners/employees must realize were still in a pandemic since noone wears masks. Lack of respect for everyone else around them

We went in just to look but purchased a bike. The staff was excellent, Nasser our sales rep was nice and attentive to my wife’s bicycle needs. He really took his time and explained and showed her the difference in each bike and then let her try out several different bikes to let her find the right fit and comfort level she desired. My go to LBS. Came here for a small repair years ago and Nasar didnt charge me. The big box guys around here wouldnt have done that. Personal, friendly and knowledgeable. Staff is same including the big Shepard up front who always greets you.

I went here to rent a bicycle for the Great Floridian Triathlon. I flew in from Oregon just for the event, but tropical storm Nestor caused the race to be cancelled. I thought for sure they would still charge me for the bike rental, but they did not. My faith has been restored that there are still good people out there.Thanks!

Great , fast service and great job educating me!

We were initially greeted (yes this dog was that friendly) by this big dog that scared my 5 year old son to the point that he literally ran out of the store. Even though the dog was not a problem, a 5 year old that is already scared of dogs doesnt automatically know that. It felt like no one seemed to really care at first, but the guy that ended up helping us tried to make sure the dog stayed back. At first I thought he wasnt really going to help us, but he ended up being very helpful and didnt make this experience a 1-star one. The guys (not sure if it was just one man or a couple men) behind this little area never talked to or greeted us personally. If they talked, they did so through the guy helping us. Maybe it was just an off day, but overall, we wont go back.

As I waited to be helped, I was impressed by the knowledge of the...well I’m not sure if he was the manager or repair person or owner. But by his diligence and dedication, I’d say owner. Anyway, I took in my bike to see if I could get the seat post cut down a wee bit. I expected to leave the bike because he seemed busy. I explained what I needed, which was also a brake adjustment. He took the bike, told us to wait, then was back in a few minutes with my bike which fits me so much better now. We got ready to pay and he said, no charge. We will go there for all our bike needs while snowbirding!

The worst service from the mechanics, they didnt want to help me with the service, they sent me to another store. No one wearing a mask! I will never go again!

After this experience, I wont buy a bike from a big box store again. This is now my go-to place for cycling equipment. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Not pushy at all. And theyre passionate about what they do. Which makes me very comfortable asking questions and knowing theyre giving me sound advice. My wife and I both bought bikes here. They spent a lot of time making sure we were getting a properly fit bike for our size and desired use. They had us test ride and everything before we finalized our decision. Big department stores generally dont or cant do this. I had been to other bike stores during my shopping around time that treated me like I didnt matter. These people make me feel like a valued customer. Since then Ive returned for various accessories and a nice hitch mount bike rack. Ive been very happy with everything Ive purchased from them. Not just the quality of what they carry, but their prices are reasonable too.I started bike riding again after not doing it for about 21-22 years. I dont think I would enjoy it as much as I do if I had gone anywhere else for what I needed.

This is a great place to purchase a bicycle, the owners are friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased a MTB from them about 4 weeks ago, when I went to pick it up it was tuned and ready to go. Have put about 50 or 60 miles on it with no problems. Went back in today to have the rear tube replaced and the cables adjusted, took them 10 minutes and I was out the door, no charge. I highly recommend them for any of your biking needs. 08/24/19

I have bought two entry level Giant bikes from this shop. In the two years I have owned them, I have occasionally stopped back in for an accessory or two, but here is the rave, the owner still remembers us, and yesterday I had a flat tire, walked in there to buy a new tube, the owner handed me a new one and tells me to have a great day. This is the second time he has done this for me. I like spending my money at a place that appreciates my business and always greats me with a smile when I walk in. If you are in the market for a new bike or accessory, you will not be disappointed!

I had been looking for a mountain bike (newbie) and was trying to decide between finding a used one or new. I started looking for previous year models and came across a 2018 Giant Anthem Advanced 29 1. It was discounted 23%. The owner his wife and the mechanic/partner were all very gracious, knowledgeable, helpful, patient and professional. I explained the type of riding I would be doing and they let me know that the bike I was looking at was a good choice. I asked about another bike but they explained to me that what i was looking at was a far better value. They never tried to sell me on a more expensive bike and only wanted to make sure that i would be happy with my purchase. I did end up with alot of accessories which I wanted and spent quite a bit and received a very nice discount. I would highly recommend this place. You wont be disappointed.

Had my Jamis overhauled here after 76,500 miles. I had changed the chain and cassette every 10,000 miles yearly but nothing other. Its like a New Bike, well worth the price , now I have no excuse to buy a new bike...oh well....maybe after another 75,000 miles...

Just bought my second bike from Clermont Bicycles....and I live about 75 miles away....I was a return customer because of the great service and because of how helpful Nasser was in getting me something I would enjoy riding. Although there are plenty of bike stores in my hometown, it was worth the drive to go back to Clermont where I knew I would get a great bike at a good price and know that if there are ever any issues with either bike they will take care of it. I highly recommend them.

Nasir and his wife are the most pleasant people and they have always been so kind and eager to help me every time I walk in their door. I have bought several bikes from them over the years and it’s always feels good walking into that shop. I know the owners and mechanics at all three bike shops in Clermont and I have know them all for years. I don’t visit the other two shops anymore. Too snobbish for my taste. I called up today to discuss setting up an appointment to get mike bike worked on. Their web site says they will work in any bike no matter which bike shop you bought it at. Well, evidently not. I called up to have a fork replaced and a derailleur hanger and bash guard. I have the parts.They informed me they only work on the bikes they sell. 🤷‍♀️ Hmmmmm NOT what their website states.

Brought my Wifes bike in because the chain was falling off when shifting gears. They fixed it the same day.

I dont know what happened to this place recently, but everythings been downhill. Ive been waiting for a bike since two weeks before Christmas, their communication has been absolutely nonexistent. I went in today, February 2, which is over two months after I was supposed to get the bike and an employee told me that it came in damaged and they refused to sign for it and sent it back. Thanks so much for your communication, now I get to go home and explain to my daughter that her Christmas bike isnt coming.
