Convenient and close to home. always clean and stocked. staff always very nice and knowledgeable however I feel like compared to most other grocery stores Publix is extremely over priced.

Haley at the register is stellar with her customer service!! She’s always friendly, very helpful and always exudes strong customer service. The store is always clean and everyone is friendly.

Store is great; however, the deli needs some attention. This is the third and final time I order a sub online, wait 30 minutes to drive to the store just to see they havent even started it. Why offer to order online if its never actually done 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ last time i waste my time here.

When you go in the staff are very friendly and willing to help you out. The checkouts are quick and very efficient never a long wait. They will help carry out your groceries to your car. And if out on the shelf they will check if there is any in the back.

This has been my Publix since it opened years ago and it slowly has become the most disappointing Publix for us to shop. Football Saturday and Sunday and the deli is empty by noon but that is not new. Always an excuse. This was not the case several years ago. Maybe its due to the manager relocating. It is very disappointing and the Instacart experiences are a nightmare. Time to try Krogers.

Lori (I believe thats her name), the Deli mgr, needs a refresher course in courtesy. She does not make shopping at Publix a pleasure. Speaking of the Deli, its always understaffed with never enough assistance during busy times. Someone should look into this & staff appropriately.

My husband & I always make this restaurant a goal when we ride our bikes into New Smyrna Beach. The staff here are phenomenal and the food is super good for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend!

Its a smaller sized Publix with less selection, but its only a mile away. Deduct 1 star for lesser quality produce than target or other publixs. Still better than Walmart tho.

Good place, expensive but they have a better selection of products than walmart and their employees are almost always friendly, courteous and helpful. I just wish that theyd come down on their prices a bit. But, all in all, still a considerably better choice than walmart.

Publix was terrific. An associate was so helpful, he put my groceries on the conveyor belt and loaded my cart and walked out with me. Sorry I didnt catch his name.

I placed a meat order around lunch time at my local Publix & spoke to Niel advising him I will be picking it up at 6:30pm 9/5/20 and he assured me it would be ready... I arrived and found out it was never processed 🤦🏽‍♂️ and Neil had already left, luckily one of the managers stepped in she was really helpful including the lady cutting the steak to get me out quickly... The manager went out of her way and gave me $10.00 credit towards the steak which I was able to use to pay for it... Great Customer Service Thank You!

Everytime I order something online from the deli, they get the order wrong.

The service is great. I appreciate the offer to help me get everything in the car. Matter of fact my son who lives in Tampax looked confused because he was offered this service. I have been shopping there for the last nine years and we have very happy for there service. I would like to see more frozen vegetables. I became unhappy because they stopped carying my fav veggy. I was very upset about that. It s like a huge thing to deal with. I missed quiet a lot not having my favorite. I hope that one day they will be back.

The roasted chicken didnt taste like it had no lemon pepper seasoning. 2 sandwiches were not right neither had cheese n we ordered dbl meat n cheese, mine was not pressed terrible experience so sad

I love going to publix in general. We just moved from Winter Garden to Clermont. Corporate definitely needs to come by and see this place. People at deli talking to each other infront of customers about how they dont like working for publix. Deli people not acknowledging customers and just doing there own things.In the bakery the fresh bread wasnt that fresh. The French bread could have been used as a bat or weapon it was that hard.There is no self checkout available there yet. In the future will be going to my Winter Garden publix for my needs. Its an extra 15 minutes each way but worth it.Publix should be very disappointed!

My boyfriend and I went to the deli to get some subs and Mark was awesome I definitely recommend trying to get him to help you out if hes there. Very professional and polite and extremely helpful.

Truly an awful location. Coupons on items that weren’t meant for the item they were on. Cashier argued that they didn’t accept Apple Pay because the cashier didnt understand what Apple Pay is ( ‘Kay Boomer) this was after ringing up the items belonging to the person behind me without voiding them. Only reason for the second star; Customer Service refunded the non-voided items without hassle.

Ordered a sub online . When i got home found out was made wrong. They put black olives on it instead of black pepper. Had to go back to store line was to long to get another. Was given a refund. But what is the use of ordering online if they cant read order correctly.

The sub department is the absolute worst. They put the slowest lady all the time making subs. She is a nice lady but has no business behind the counter making subs. They have three people making Togo orders and have this lady helping in store customers and she takes forever. I finally get up to order and I was going to get three subs but she is so slow I only order one for my little one and then ask her to get hott food and she says I’ll have to wait for that person to get the chicken. I literally just watched her help someone over there after she got done taking 25 minutes to make this guys sub. This has happened numerous times with her making the subs. We have literally walked out when we get up to the sub counter and see her and the lines of people waiting. Get it together publix.

Six people working with customers to handle an afternoon rush in the deli on a monday. They were hustling, but could have used an extra employee in my opinion.

This Publix sucks!! No one is ever working deli counter. Having one person who isn’t even using the number system. Never have anything in stock. No manager to be found to help the workers. One person can’t help 10 people waiting....

Publix is good. Sometimes they hit our BOGO stuff right and sometimes not. Their prices aren’t the best for a lot of items which is why we stock up when our preferences are BOGO. I like the option of Publix but sure wish there were other options nearby.

Went in to get the legendary Pub Sub that I have always enjoyed and Rachel made me a perfect foot long Havanna Bold and the tomatoes didnt fall out! Thank you Rachel for continuing the legacy of perfect Publix Subs every time!

Love the selection and the helpful employees. They usually have what I need, or if not on hand they are willing to try and find it for me. If the shelf is out, they offer to check in the back. They are quick to add more help at the checkout if it is busy. The bakery cakes are a staple for celebrations. The baked onsite bread selection is wonderful - they wont rival France, New York, or San Fransisco for flavor, but a wide variety is appreciated. The deli makes a great sub sandwich. Or get your slices meats and cheese to make at home. There is a hot counter with rotisserie chickens, fried chicken, along with sides like Mac n Cheese, potato wedges, and so much more. There are Publix side salads with a dizzying selection of cold potato salads - NY style, Southern, Red Potatoes, with egg, then Macaroni salad, baked beans - plenty of options for even a picky diner. A seafood counter, butcher, and a fantastic selection of wines from around the World. Absolutely everything needed to be a casual cook, or world-class chef.

I regularly shop at this location & I never had any problems prior to my last visit. I went into this location to the customer service desk and I was the next one in line and it was clear that I was next due to the social distancing markers due to COVID-19. A customer attempted to skip me but then claimed to not have seen me after I brought it to her attention and then went behind me.I then went to be helped at 1:30 on 09/02/2020 by Kristine and I had 1 item, Kristine scanned my one item and stopped mid-transaction to help the customer behind me who previously attempted to skip me because the customer had a question which was to have the ingredients read off of 2 hand sanitizers & compare them while I was left there waiting. I grew impatient as Kristine attempted to compare and contrast the ingredients also seeking help from a coworker who clearly did not agree with Kristines actions of leaving me standing there based off of how her coworker looked at me. I do my grocery shopping here regularly and this was by far the worst experience ever!

Publix has always been great. Constant sales and a great in store food venue. All employees had masks and were very kind. Some people were not wearing masks but thats a customer problem.

I agree with other reviews that the management is great and the deli could use improvement. One of the managers, Ken, kindly made balloon bouquets for me while I picked up flowers and a custom cake from the bakery. I have received help from a different manager, Jim, on another visit, and he was very pleasant as well. Michelle in the bakery did a wonderful job on our detailed custom cake. She made the effort to meet with us, took notes and on the day we picked up the cake, we couldnt be more pleased. She is a talented decorator who you can trust with your special occasion cake. Frequently, we get chocolate covered strawberries from the bakery which we love. In customer service, Megan is always glad to help. We get monthly prescriptions at the pharmacy and really appreciate the automated texts, updates and notifications when pick up is ready. Most of the pharmacy staff is friendly and service is much better than CVS.

This Publix has seriously improved over the last couple of years. I can tell that management has changed, and that they have taken a deep interest in improving this store.The cashiers are absolutely fantastic and I enjoy seeing how they are doing when I go in. Through Covid-19, they have done everything they can to stock up on items that are on sale and items that other stores did not have.Ive started shopping here again as the changes have earned my business. Good job managers.

Shopping completed, sitting down inside the front of store where there is tables and chairs, when I left the table and chair area I forgot my iPhone, I discovered I left my phone on the table when i got home.. it was over a hour, and returning to the store, asking customer service if any one had turn in a phone, the answer was yes, 5 star for a store that cares about there customers... Bob in the pharmacy is beyond kind and helpful. My old pharmacy was bought out by a store I refuse to use and he made the transfer process super easy. Thank you for going the extra step in making the transition smooth for me.

I always have the best service, I dont go anywhere but Publix on hwy 455 and 50. Their employees are the most friendliness and helpful. Everything is always nice and clean. I just wish I could quit spending do mych money in there. I go in for 3 things and come out with 50 million othet things. Lol. The pharamacy employees are the best, along with everyother that works there. You should be proud of your staff.

A clean supermarket, well stocked with good, fresh food. Friendly staff. Even wine and beer. What more could you want?Not the largest Publix ever so it wont have everything you could possibly want but its a good, mainstream place. A good neighborhood supermarket and a great place to stop by if you need anything. At least, anything normal.

Myself and a co worker went there for lunch. My co-worker of course caucasian got served at the deli first and I was there before him. After 15 minutes had passed and watching 4 to 5 customers skip me thats when I started complaining.
