New York auto glass was nice and polite, they came as agreed upon installation was great alot better than safelite the windshield is in right and at a portion of the price. 👍Thanks again

Lucky to even get one star, finally got a hold of the lady Tuesday and made an appointment which was for Wednesday at 10am and he didnt show so I called and left a message didnt even have the courtesy to call before hand so I wouldnt waste my time waiting. At 10:42 AM I get a text from him stating he was running late ( really...42 minutes later?) I text back OK giving him the benefit of the doubt. Waited again I figured he was unreliable so after waiting more then an hour he calls stating that hes around the area but at this point I wasnt home and told him Ill be home in 30 minutes which I was, called again no answer, wasted my whole day. This Company is unreliable in my book, if you cant make it at least call or text so you wont waste your customers time.

Mobile, good work, family business. Owner quoted a price but as it turned out the problem wasnt quite what I had originally described and the parts were more expensive than expected. He researched and found parts that would resolve the problem and come in under the original quote. Would definitely use their familys service again and recommend. My window actually works better than it did before it broke.

No one wants to get a new windshield, especially when theyre on vacation. However, when my wife and I faced this last week after a rock put a large crack in our windshield, I could not have been happier with the service we received from New York Auto Glass. While I hope to never again need their services, they were top notch. The service and work were both impeccable and they were able to work with our schedule so seamlessly.

New York Auto Glass is a great local business. A tree fell on my back glass and shattered it, they came out the same day conveniently and vacuumed out all the glass and put in a new back glass for me. I highly recommend New York Auto Glass they had great service and a good price!

Highly recommended!My windshield was shattered by flying highway debris while driving on 408. The insurance company checked local windshield replacement businesses in the area and none would provide immediate service due to the holiday. Not satisfied with the 10-day wait provided to me, I searched the top ranking businesses on Google. Not many businesses were open at 7:30 a.m. this morning (Sat), though my call was answered and to my surprise, I received the best quote and an appointment for today. A few hours later, my windshield was replaced and my car back on the road! My insurance covered the full cost.

I was in need of a windshield replacement after the larger well known company who I will not name (SL) very rudely told me, we can put you on schedule three days from now, I thanked them and I called New York Auto Glass, I was pleasantly greeted by Ms. Heidi, she was an absolute angel, she asked a few questions about the glass, antenna, and top strip or something, I was unsure how to answer her, and she very kindly, told me not to worry about it, asked if Id please give her the vin and she would be happy to look up the needed information, we made an appointment for the following day, she called when they were on the way 👍 they received an emergency call in route to me she updated me on their eta, (they still arrived well within the appointment window) ☺ once at my location, they very quickly and professionally changed my glass, wiped everything clean, and I couldnt have been happier. I would highly recommend their company. They are fast, friendly, & very professional, simply the best...I am a happy customer for life!
