I came into Headquarter by a referral from a family member, with high hopes and expectations, and I have not been disappointed!Asael Arruda became my “car guy” from the moment we shook hands, and took the Jeep for a test drive. He was very informative when I asked him questions about the vehicle, and he made sure to point out all the features it had. When it came time to make a decision, I let Asael know of my hesitation, because my first vehicle was also bought used, and I ended up signing for something that had issues I would later have to heavily repair, that weren’t disclosed up front. That being said, Asael assured me this experience for me would be different, and I would not be blindsided as I was the last time. Needless to say, the rest was a breeze, and I got to drive off with my new (to me) Jeep.I did find a couple of things that needed to be fixed shortly after driving off the lot, but upon reaching out to Asael, I was treated like family, and was able to bring my Jeep back to Headquarter, where they addressed and took care of the issues, with no out of pocket cost to myself. They also did a courtesy wash and interior cleaning before handing the keys back!It truly has been a positive experience I will not forget, and I am more than happy to continue bringing my business to them, and keeping Asael as my “car guy”.The staff is professional and personable, and overall, I’ve never felt more comfortable at a car dealership in my life. I recently leased a car at this dealership. Everyone is friendly and my salesman patient. However, I would be careful with purchasing any aftermarket products or programs. They are not presented in a transparent manner The cost was presented to me as price per month not the cost over the term of the lease. I put down an extra $1500 which I thought would lower my monthly payment. Guess how much the aftermarkets (gap insurance, and prepaid maintenance services) cost me? Yes, about $1500.Of course the blame is partly mine for not thinking of things ahead of time, and not having having a plan and sticking to it. In retrospect I should not have purchased these options. If you are new to leasing MAKE SURE you bring a friend who knows how the game is played. Remember, they (and I am sure all dealerships) know how to play with numbers, and act like your friend when in fact they really are out to make the most money. It goes back to the old saying, “buyer beware”..

Took advantage of the Teacher Appreciation special for a free oil change, system check, etc. Very appreciative of the offer/deal. However, part of the etc. was an interior car cleaning as well as a car wash. The car wash appeared to be equivalent to me running a hose over the car myself. The windshield is still very dirty, as well as a good amount of the nooks and crannies. They did not even touch the interior of the car. I spent time on Friday evening prepping the car for the interior clean and they did nothing. Again, very appreciative but I couldve taken the car 2 minutes from my house for a car wash and an oil change and saved the gas driving nearly 30 minutes out to Clermont.

Super fast service. Really neat feature of recording a video and sending it to you, showing any service concerns they find so you hear and see it from the tech first hand. Also They’re cheaper than the ‘fast oil change’ places with experienced techs. Schedule it in advance and you’ll be in and out in no time.

We bought a used suv from Headquarter Mazda recently. When we were looking at the cars the sales guys seemed to be so nice and as the story goes with most dealerships, theyre so nice until you buy the car, then they dont want to know you. They did fix a couple minor things, not everything that we ask them to, but then one of the sales guys happened to tell us our car was being sent to Ford for safety reasons and that they were going to fix something with the airbag, put new struts, shocks and sway bar. I should have gotten that in writing had we known they werent fixing everything we were told they fixed!!! Not good service!! We asked them to finish repairing what they told us was repaired and they said they will fix it but we would have to pay for it!!! What!! Really? So beware shoppers!! If they were a decent, professional dealership, they would have finished repairing what they said they repaired. I would definitely shop elsewhere people!!! Not happy. 👎

Drove into service department to have electrical issue solved. This took a couple of hours because the shop was very busy and we did not have an appointment. The service department could not have been more helpful and ultimately the battery was replaced and problem solved.With idle time on our hands while service was being performed I walked all over the property looking at used and new vehicles. I had given thought to the possibility of stepping up from my CX 5 to a CX 9, so I engaged James Madden to answer some questions I had about the CX 9. After spending time going over to differences between the 5 & 9, we went for a test drive. There was absolutely no pressure on us by Mr Madden or our need to have a new car. Our 2017 CX 5 with 50,000 miles on it was good for several more years . The extra room, power and features of the CX 9 however put us on the fence, do we step up or stay with what we had. We mentioned to James that we needed to go to lunch so he offered the car we looked at for use to and from the restaurant. Over lunch, my wife and I weighed our options, deciding to go consider purchasing the car.Mr Madden then worked with us to ultimately evolve to a price package with which we were satisfied.The facility and every staff person we met with were exceptional. We are confident we made the right car choice at the right dealership.

This was my first time looking at Mazda vehicles, and I really liked the Mazda3 2021. Keith was amazing, and he took us to test drive on both the highway and local roads, which truly allowed me to appreciate the vehicle. I loved the car, but my wife and I wanted a very specific interior/exterior color for the vehicle (which they did not have in stock at the dealership). But within 24 hours, they got the exact match of the vehicle we wanted on site and ready for us.I honestly did not consider buying a Mazda during the beginning of my search, and I went to other Name-Brand car dealerships, but I did not like the high-pressure tactics.
