Not Jake at State Farm, but Ryan Gengo is the The Man! Ryan provided outstanding service in a very timely manner. He sold us a phone and accessories and had us out the door in 35 minutes. Best experience ever in a cell phone store. Received incorrect info at the Seneca store and decided not to upgrade three phones. Stopped by Clemson Verizon today and Ryan made this a seamless procedure. Call Ryan and make an appointment. Good service is not dead!

Best customer service experience that I have ever encountered! Jerad was patient, funny, understandable and explained everything in way that it was easy to understand. He gave us options on phones and explained the pros and not so pros of each phone. He made us feel very comfortable and treated us like actual customers not just number. He was truly a delight and I would highly highly highly recommend him for any needs at Verizon!! He really is the reason why Ill continue to use Verizon.

By far the best Verizon in the upstate! Ellen Folk is an absolute rock star! She worked on getting us a new business account established and several lines transferred from a different account. We had been to our local Verizon in Anderson multiple times with no success. It wasnt an easy task for Ellen to get this done! There were several instances where she could have thrown in the towel but after several hours, her determination and tenacity prevailed! You can count on us being lifelong customers! Ellen is probably the most caring and helpful person at this store, She has called me back every half a year to inquire about the phone I bought a year and a half ago and when I have a concern shes quick to list all my options and offers to call me back when the store has more information. This is probably some of the quickest and most helpful customer service that I have ever recieved at a store. If youre debating on getting a new phone anytime soon I would highly suggest going to this location rather than going to say the apple store directly, its a quick process and everytime I have been there its not too crowded or has a large line of people to wait on. If you like asking for specific employees to help you, I highly recommend requesting for Ellen :)

I have used several different Verizon stores in the past but the Clemson location is the best! I took a friend there to get new service. Brian was the customer service rep that helped us. He was awesome! He went above and beyond to help her get the best deal possible. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question we had about the phones and the different plans they have available. And he transferred everything from her old phone to the new phone! I will definitely be using this store from now on. If you want great customer service, ask for Brian at Verizon in Clemson!

Store associates Dante and Brian were the ones assisting me. They were both knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and honest. They do their best to help and accommodate customers. Seldom do I ever leave a bad review, but the lack of service, smugness of the salesman, and deliberate waste of time warrent the one star this time. Even though I needed a new phone badly a walked out of the store mid sale. You would be better off waiting a day for your phone by mail than wasting your time in this store.

Jerard Sloan is the ONLY reason I am giving this 5 star review instead of a 1 star review.I went into Verizon in March of this year, and got a new phone with a promo for trading in my old one. After signing the contract with the promo deal and everything my promo was not added to my account. After many frustrating calls and being told to give it another billing cycle to post, Jerard answered when I called to explain that my promo was STILL not showing up on my account after what had now been 5 months! Which is ridiculous!Jerard went above and beyond digging trying to figure out what was going on and why my promotion was not connected to my account. He was understanding with me and my frustration of not getting what I had signed for. He kept me updated every step of the way when he found something out. He deserves recognition because after waiting for now 8 months to receive what I had a contract for, he has been able to get my account straight. And my promotion has showed up to be added to my account for the next upcoming billing cycle.He is the only reason I still do business with Verizon. Thank you so much Jerard!

I have been coming to this Verizon store for the past few years because their customer service has never let me down. Every staff member has been wonderful to work with. My last trip was just last week to get a new phone for my daughter and Ryan was amazing to work with. The manager came over to say hello and to check that everything was good. Very friendly store and I will continue to go to them for all my cellular needs. I would highly recommend this store than any other.

Great customer service! The whole crew here were extremely helpful and willing to help with all of our needs. We were able to upgrade two phones with our sales representative being able to quickly find the perfect phones for our needs. The whole sales crew helped with getting contacts and pictures from one of our older phones and were patient and extremely friendly through the whole process. We came on a Sunday afternoon and were surprised that the wait was not long. We will definitely be back!!

Ive been a Verizon customer for 20 years and have always liked them but Im not pleased right now. I was charged TWO upgrade fees because this Clemson Verizon store is not a Direct Verizon store, whatever that means. So I basically was charged $80 to upgrade my granddaughters phone, instead of $40 which is all I would have been charged if I had gone to a Direct Verizon store or upgraded online.Update: They reached out to discuss my review and helped me with some issues on my bill. Ive never had customer service like that! Really nice guy.

Dante Raymond at Clemsons Verizon location provided my husband and me with exceptional service while purchasing two new cellphones and one tablet. He was very professional, friendly and informative. Dante was able to take my cell that had completely crashed and pull up and transfer all of my contacts, etc. He also went the extra mile and set up our new cells in my car. Very pleased.

Best phone purchasing experience at Verizon!On Monday Sept 20, I visited the Verizon store at Clemson to see about getting a new iPhone. Upon entering Verizon I was Immediately greeted by Verizon Agent Ellen and she did a amazing job getting me setup with a new iphone, with not only all my information on the old phone transferred but phone case and screen protector installed as well. All in less than 30minutes out the door.And gave me a quick run down on all the different feature and setting on the new phone. In the pasted at other Verizon stores I have spent nearly entire afternoon trying to achieve the same results that took her just 30minutes to do. Great job Ellen!Verizon please continue to hire and train Agents like Ellen. It makes the experience very pleasant in going to your store and not feel like if your going to the DMV.

Just before the stay at home order was in place, I saw a need to upgrade my cellphone provider after 5 years with a different company. The Verizon store was closed in my area due to COVID -19. I called cellular sales in Clemson as it was the next closest store. I spoke with Brandon then proceeded to the store. Brandon helped me with all of my needs, got me the best promo available, worked diligently with corporate office as my credit was less than stellar. He got me 4 phones and service that was just a few more dollars than what I had been previously paying through my limited prepaid service. He followed up with me at 30, 60, and 90 day intervals to assure that my Verizon service was exceeding my expectations. Couldn’t ask for more, great job Brandon and the folks at Cellular Sales Clemson.

Thursday evening January 31, 2019. My wife and I needed to get a phone for our daughter. Brandon and Isaac were extremely professional very courteous and went out of their way to make sure that we got our daughter a phone she would like and also helped my wife get an upgraded phone. Not only did they go out of their way to help us with the service we needed but they stayed after hours to complete the service and we greatly appreciated Isaac and Brandon for the great service. My wife and I would recommend anyone who is looking for a phone and a phone service to definitely come to Verizon in Clemson to see Brandon or Isaac. Again great service.

I came in with a couple of different issues, a guy named Jose came and greeted me. One by one we took care of each issue. It was a tall order with pairing my Apple Watch, fixing my email and going over my phone with me. Fast and reliable service and all with a smile!

One of my least favorite things about going to a cellular retail store is how long it normally takes, but I was in and out super quickly. Isaac was very knowledgeable and helpful. I have a new phone, all the data transferred over quickly, no delays or disappearing sales person going in the back and leaving me standing and waiting, waiting, waiting. In fact, Isaac stayed right with me the whole time. And they have nice places to sit while they talk you through the details (unlike other stores where you are standing the whole time). I will definitely go back to this store when I have a need. Thank you Isaac!

This is my second experience with this particular store and both times the customer service, knowledge and level of care the employees have shown me have been spectacular. Isaac assisted me with upgrading my phone and was able to transfer all of my data from one phone to another, even after just about everything that could have gone wrong did. He was knowledagble, patient, and just overall pleasant. This is 100% the store that Ill be going to for the foreseeable future .

I went to this location on 4/12 around noon. There were three total associates there and I had the pleasure of working with Camden. I had called a few hours earlier to schedule an appointment since I was going on my lunch break. He got me in and out in plenty of time but made sure that I didnt have any issues or questions. The other two associates were not super friendly-- but Camden was SPOT ON! He provided me recommendations that would make the most sense for my cellphone usage. He was kind, knowledgeable, and very professional without losing his friendly touch. If you have to go to this store-- ask for Camden-- you wont be disappointed!

Chris was a huge help and very friendly guy. I came in with a phone that didn’t work and expected to get a basic phone at an expensive price. After he let me bombard him with my million of questions, we finally found a phone and plan that worked for me. Ended up getting one of the best phones on the market for a much cheaper price than I expected. Definitely there to help rather than pressure.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a phone. I had the pleasure of dealing with Chris Henry. After a mishap with my IPhone X quit working I called Chris after he gave me his card during a previous visit to the Verizon store. Unfortunately he wasn’t working that Sunday afternoon but very politely volunteered to come in on his day off to help me with my phone. Chris went through the steps of trying to get my IPhone to restart with no avail. He then went through my options for replacing or upgrading my phone. I chose to do an upgrade and Chris went through all the options of the IPhones available. After choosing the phone he helped me with accessories and put them on my new phone. Chris was very helpful, and explained everything such as fees and billing. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend anyone go to this store and ask for Chris to help you.
